I suffered from quiet bad acne when I was 20 and I found it cleared my skin up so fast. I had been using many products trying to make my skin better and realised u had been using to harsh pimple clearing products with no success so I decided to try cetaphil as I had seen some good reviews as I always research before I try products. Literally a week later my face was cleared up redness was gone. Lifesaver

I did like that this product definitely was gentle, but maybe a little too gentle for my skin. I do need a cleanser to do quite a good job so wasnt really a good purchase for me even though its affordable
Tips: For really sensitive skin this is good, not so sensitive dont waste your money
Decided to get this cleanser a go after reading comments on the Forum about should we cleanse twice a day and I only cleanse at night so thought I would give this a go. I also have sensitive mature skin so needed something gentle, also thought if I wasn't keen on it would be gentle enough for the Mr 12. I grabbed the 473ml on special for $19:95 what a bargain.
So 1st time using in the morning so no makeup to remove just a skin wake me up, its a pump but should be called a squirter, whoosh nearly missed my hand, so just a gentle push and only needed maybe 10cent size. Its like a clear creamy consistency, not too thick or thin, doesn't foam which I like, feels nice and silky. Didn't react so continued for a good week but really felt no different from my usual water and face cloth in the morning.
Now I also tried at night to remove makeup, and won't change from my usual cleanser. I really didn't feel like it removed my makeup well and its only a light coverage so should of cleansed well. I actually forget to use it so have left it all for Mr 12 to use, and hope to see if it helps the upcoming acne phase.
I have been using this along with the moisturiser for about ten months now. It is a super gentle cleanser with no added nasties. I have acne prone skin and it works for me, it cleans deeply without harsh scrubbing and irritation of harmful chemicals and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. It hasn't stopped my breakouts completely but has improved them. I will definitely be using this products in years to come.
Tips: Buy the larger 500mL bottle with the pump, It will last ages as you only need a pump or two.
A friend recommended this to me for my acne-prone skin, and although at first I was skeptical since I normally go for cleansers with added goodies like salicylic acid in, I'm really liking the effect it has been having on my skin.
I've been using it a few months now, and I find that after washing my skin feels clean, but not stingy like some cleansers do, and not tight like it's had the moisture sucked out of it. Definately a keeper!
I was recently given a full bottle o this from a friend as she didn't like the fact that it is non foaming. I however do I love it, it is so gentle doesn't sting your face or leave it feeling tight and dry and my skin has never been better I have been using it for almost a month now and haven't had any break out's at all. I have sensitive skin and have found other products too harsh leaving my skin red and raw, I will certainly be buying more of this though.
I started using cetaphil after my skin broke out randomly for no clear apparent reason.
I knew it was meant to be really great for sensitive skin but I was a bit skeptical because it wasn't too pricey.
Anyways I decided to try it out and see how I went.
The texture of the product is a little thick but it's very easy to work with and really moisturising on your skin. It's not harsh at all and once you've used it, your skin feels refreshed without that you've scrubbed a top layer off or tightness associated with harsher products.
It definitely helped clear up my dry skin issues and the breakout so it was a double whammy win.
Very happy customer.
Tips: Wash your hands before you wash your face. Clean hands first means you won't transfer any dirt and germs onto your face when you're cleansing.
My fiance got a bottle of this because he has pretty bad eczma, and I tried it and was hooked. It left my skin clean, without making it dry. It's also fab for helping remove any wonky eye liner or mascara smudges!
I started using this over 10 years ago when I was on roaccutane as it was the only thing gentle enough for my skin. It was recommended by my dermatologist and I've used it ever since. It is non-stripping and gentle enough for even the most sensitive skins. I've since discovered (in Australia) that Cetaphil also do a range for acne prone skin. I also like the Cetaphil UVA/UVB Defense SPF moisturiser during the day but that might be too rich for some oilier skins.
Tips: Get hold of the massive sized version in a pump bottle for the bathroom and keep your small bottle and refill it for travelling/nights away.
Love this cleanser! It is gentle, no extreme scent, doesn't irritate. BUT it cleans great!! Gets all the foundation off my skin, leaves my face feeling fresh.
Tips: Can be used on both wet and dry skin!
