I'm pretty sure most women in NZ have a bottle of this in their cupboard. It is great to have on hand for the start of summer when the body hasn't seen the sun in a while and is lookin a little white. It is so handy to be able to apply a few times and know you will have a nice glow prior to hitting the beaches. The main reason I couldn't scare a 5 here is because the smell is obvious. Even though it doesn't smell bad - it smells like fake tan and every time I put it on someone says to me "Oh you've got you're summer glow on today" which I don't think I a great comment to get when you want people to thing you're tan is real!

Tips: Don't use it every day and exfoliate prior to using. Good if you are a night shower person and can put it on before bed so the smell isn't so strong the next day.

Time for Summer
I have the palest palest skin, so I dread the first hot days of summer when I have to brave a skirt at work but it's too hot for tights - I've had many orange streaky disasters in my quest for healthy tanned skin, and Dove has been a consistent performer for the last 5 years. It smells nice, no chemical smell, and tans gradually so you don't turn up at work looking like an oompa loompa - there are no orange knees and ankles and it's a nice natural colour - the only downside is that my nice white towels get a subtle "glow" as it seems to come off a little the next day in the shower

Love Dove Summer Glow
I love this product, its the first "fake tan" i have ever used and i love it.. i have extremely sensitive skin and im covered in eczema, hence why i was very reluctant to try this. however i went on holiday to aussie and (i am very pale) wanted to go back with a tan.. i looked at many different types but for the price of Dove i couldnt say no. so i used it for a week and feel in love, i was scared id turn orange but i didnt :) when i got back from my holiday everyone was commenting how wonderful my tan was, i now use it for if a have a special event coming up or just to get ride of my paleness, i wouldnt like twice about buying again! also it lasts for a long time as you dont need to use at lot of it :)
Tips: use it after showering, i found every second day did the trick for me!

Perfect glowing tan
I am extremley pale. If i use this every couple days on my legs it keeps them the perfect shade to match with my arms and make me look naturally tan! I don't know what I'd do without fake tan it is my life!

Umpa Lumpa
Sadly, make me go orange :/ Smelt weird and stuck to my under arms, inner elbow creases (and elbow) around my belly button and knees. Not a fan!

Dove summer glow
I was surprised how quickly it worked on my skin, within 3 days I had a nice natural looking bronzed glow. You do have to be careful around the knees and feet as mine went a little orange if I applied too much. I only apply it once a day at night as it got a bit too orange on the body applying it twice a day.

Dove Tan
I used to use this when I wasn't so lazy lol it's just like a moisturizer but better. It's easy to rub in, the smell isn't over powering, you cant mess it up so no streaking, and its a gradual tan so thats not orange. The only downfall is your palms become very tanned

Dove moisturiser
A great moisturiser, does the job and builds up a slight tan. Doesn't smell too strong And its reasonably priced

Natural tan
Love this product, it builds a natural looking tan and you can keep applying the product across a time period to build the tan up depending how dark you want it. I have never had an issue with going orange and love using this in the winter when I cant get in the sun as much! Make sure to exfoliate on elbows, knees, ankles (anywhere you have joints) before applying the product.

This product is great for a gradual natural looking tan. I am extremely pale and hate going to the beach in summer without fake tan, I love this product because it builds without streaking and doesn't smell horrible like most fake tans.
Tips: Wash your hands well after use!
