I would not normally spend this much money on a small tub of body butter, but I decided to splash out with my Beauty Points to get this beautiful looking product from the Beauty Vault. I love that the cream is made in NZ, and that the tub and cap are made from post consumer plastic, what a great idea! Both the box and the tub are beautifully designed, and look and feel expensive. On first opening, I really liked the mango smell of the body butter, but as soon as I removed the cream from the container and put it onto my skin, the smell changed and became unpleasant. When I use it, the cream does not smell of mango any longer, and I cannot really describe what the new smell is. It is a real shame because the consistency of the cream is beautiful, it is easily absorbed by the skin, and it leaves the promised shimmer. However, if I use it in the evening, my skin is already no longer looking and feeling hydrated by the morning, so the hydrating effect of the cream does not last long. Looking at other reviews, the weird smell change might be something that is only happening to me, but for me it is so off putting that I would not buy this product again.

Lovely special box with purple container which gives a special feel prior to using as you feel as though this is indeed a special magical product. The scent is light and fruity but nice and the body butter is easy to apply and absorbs easily into my skin. This is a lovely product and makes my skin feel so nice. The shimmer is hardly discernible but unless you bought it only for the shimmer not a major flaw.

The body butter smells like a dessert. I apply after showering. It is non-greasy and my skin feels instantly soft and smooth. My skin feels silky ALL day.

I have not noticed a shimmer, but this is not a deal breaker.

This arrived in time for our summer, we'll, what was meant to be our summer, but the lack of summer aside, I got a new body butter! The packaging is so cute, the colours are very eye catching, aimed at a younger age group than me, but I like to think I am young at heart. This body butter comes in a 180ml pale purple plastic pot with a screw top lid. Once you open it you get a faint scent of mango, it is not a strong smell, this may or may not suit, just depends on what you like. This body butter contains Shea, cocoa and mango seed butter. It absorbs nicely into your skin, it is not greasy. It leaves my skin feeling and looking great. The only thing I would say that is jot totally positive is the shimmer, I didn't really get much of a shimmer, and I do like shimmer. That's OK, I still really enjoyed using this body butter.

I'm not sure who this is aimed at, probably someone younger than I am, but I enjoyed it none the less. The fragrance isn't overpowering, the shimmer is subtle, I would have liked if that was a bit less subtle and more shimmery. I'll use it up, but won't repurchase. Happy I got to try it out though.

Cute packaging. From what I understand this brand is aimed towards teens? Like the potties and the purple colour. Was hoping this would smell more mango-y? More tropical but it is a Suttle scent. Also the shimmer is barely detectable. Would have loved and obvious sheen.

As a moisturiser though, does the job. Lightweight and quickly absorbed. Skin feels soft after use. Glad I got to try this (bbbe Xmas 22). Not keen to repurchase.

After trying a whole bunch of other Evre products, I decided to give this a go. It definitely does not disappoint! I’m not usually a fan of mango, but this has quite a subtle smell. Like others have pointed out, it smells more like passion fruit than mango which a preferred. It’s really thick and buttery, so you don’t have to use a lot for a decent amount of coverage. The shimmer is a cute addition, great for summer! I’ve been sharing this with my 4yo who is obsessed with anything shiny and she loves it. The jar isn’t huge, but I’ve found it has lasted me a while. Another great product from a kiwi brand!

Firstly - this smells divine. It's my second evre product and once again I find myself wanted to taste it.

It's rich and light at the same time, and absorbs easily with no greasy residue. The gorgeous smell lasts.

And the shimmer. Oh it's just a touch of fun. Nostalgia to getting ready for a night out at uni. It adds a bit of oomph to these long summer days.
