I really enjoyed this body cream! It does what it says on the tin (well, packaging) - it's super hydrating, has lovely soft, not too overpowering scent, and doesn't leave skin feeling greasy. Just about everything you could want in a body moisturiser!

I have very dry skin on my legs to the point of scratching until I bleed. I also hate greasy hands or cream that takes ages to absorb which makes treating my dry skin annoying - first world problems right!
This product was delightful - not only did it leave my skin hydrated but it felt like it instantly absorbed making my skin feel hydrated but not greasy or sticky! I love that it’s in a pot not a pump bottle.
The scent is light and lovely! This will definitely be a regular buy for me!
This cream smells clean and fresh, and is the gift that keeps on giving moisture to your skin. The packaging is fully recyclable which is a bonus too. I lathered this on after my shower and it left my skin feeling soft and smelling delicious. My skin still felt soft at the end if each day and I have not had dry skin patches since using this regularly
Tips: Put on after your shower f
The Body Superfood is a thick cream which smooths easily over the skin , especially when skin is warm after a bath. It has a nice subtle perfume and made my skin feel nice and soft I found it was excellent on my hands which are cracked with a lot of gardening work
Tips: It does not need a large amount as it spreads well and rubs in .
I couldn't wait to try this, I don't really use body lotion through winter and so my skin looks dry during this time. Its a huge tub, similar to their hair mask. Simple packaging, I couldn't wait to open it and smell it. There is a very little smell to it, which is good I suppose, I prefer one with more scent. The smell reminds me of a ointment but very little smell. The texture is lovely and thick but glides on so nicely and absorbs really quickly so it's easy to rub in. After using this my skin still looked moisurised for 3 days.
I was lucky enough to be selected to try Garnier Body Superfood Avocado & Omega 6. When it arrived by courier my mother in law and myself were sitting outside in the sun, so we opened it together , her (74 year old reactions) were, " oh that's a nice big tub" and 'oh that smells nice" I was expecting the contents to be green because of the outside container, but was pleasantly surprised that it was white, as I prefer uncoloured lotions. The smell was nice nice, and not too overpowering, smelt more like coconut oil to me, which is ok because I like that smell, what does an avocado smell like anyway?? We both tried some on, and applied a generous amount, after a few minutes it absorbed well with no sticky feeling afterwards and felt very smooth. The same effect when using it right after showering you don't have to wait to put your clothes on. The tub size Isa generous 380 mils, around double the amount you would get in an average bottle of body lotion, so will last longer, but the down side to such a big tub is it's harder to take along to places like the gym or pool, so better for home use. I have seen this product advertised for around $12-15, so affordable and value for money. I would use it again, but would probably choose more of a fruity scent more to my preference. And I would certainly recommend body superfood to my friends, and have plans to buy my two Daughters some from Christmas.
Tips: Don't be afraid to use a generous amount.
I got to review Garnier Body Superfood body cream for dry skin ,I just can say this body hydrating cream is amazing!! Hydrate my skin super well leaving a nice soft skin ,it contains avocado + omega 6 with 97% natural origin ,fast absorption as well so you don't feel the sticky sensation on your skin that other body creams leave .
It does have a strong scent so if you don't like to smell your body with lot of scents may be this is not the product for you , product does come it another scents , pick the one that is most suitable for your skin .
You can find the product at most supermarket at around $16 dollars a good pot size 380 ml vegan formula is also quite convenient for you pocket!.
I would recommend the product if you want to feel your dry skin super hydrate it and smooth.
Tips: Apply after shower everyday .
The Garnier Body Superfood Avocado & Omega 6 cream for dry skin does exactly what it promises. My skin feels softer and looks healthier and more hydrated, every time I use it.
The nourishing cream comes in a nice large tub. With packaging that makes it easy to apply, as you can just scoop it out with your fingers, ensuring there is no wastage.
I've been left pleasantly surprised by how much this product has exceeded my expectations. It's on the thicker side as it's a cream, but has a great texture and is not greasy. It absorbs very quickly into the skin and really does leave your skin feeling nourished for a long time. It has a luxurious feel and has a subtle fresh scent. I love that the product contains two great superfood ingredients; avocado and Omega 6, perfect for my dry skin.
This comes in a huge tub - it's going to last ages!
It smells, erm, avocado-y, which is fine, it's just personally not something I want to smell like. But it is a subtle scent and it's not overpowering at all. It doesn't interfere with my perfume.
This is a nourishing cream and I do think it does nourish. The skin on my legs is prone to dryness (thanks to waxing no doubt!) and I think this is conditioning and repairing the skin. It feels softer and smoother, and looks healthier.
I think Garnier are on a role with this hair food, and now body superfood business. I can't wait to try more 'flavours' !
I was lucky enough to be chosen to trial Garnier’s new body moisturiser, the Garnier Body Superfood Avocado & Omega 6. I love skincare that contains avocado, so I was excited to trial this product.
The Garnier Body Superfood Avocado & Omega 6 comes in a plastic tub which is very similar to their hairfood conditioner. The round tub is cream, with green accents to match avocado. The lid is green, and has a picture of an avocado on the top. The tub states that the key ingredients are avocado oil and omega 6. On the tub the product promises to “Hydrate skin up to 10 layers deep”, “Fast-absorption”, and that it is 97% natural in origin. The tub is 380ml.
The product itself is a creamy off-white. It has a sweet, perfumed scent. The lid is easy to unscrew, and the product is easy to scoop out. I cannot testify as to whether it hydrated ten layers of my skin, but the moisturiser did absorb quickly. It was not irritating to my sensitive skin. In fact, it was very soothing, and felt cool to apply. I was very grateful to have it as I had accidentally sunburnt the backs of my legs just before this cream arrived. This lotion felt very cool and calming on my sore leg skin.
Altogether I really like this body moisturising cream. I think it is a great product from an accessible brand.
