I bought this product by mistake, thinking I was grabbing the gentle skin cleanser one again, which was slightly annoying, I wish the packaging varied a bit more! The product itself looked and smelt about the same, and as someone with oily skin I figured this would work well for me. I found it to leave my skin feeling slightly irritated and tight, definitely a more harsh formula than the other one. That being said, I think this product would work well for a lot of people, but it was not a match for me.

Tips: Use on very oily skin, and a little goes a long way.
I cannot recommend this product enough. Cleanses nicely but does not leave skin feeling dry and tight. Easy to use pump for the bigger volumes and also has a smaller bottle with a cap and lid. A very affordable yet effective product. I have recommended to my brother who has acne prone skin and he has gone through bottles of this.
I bought this by accident, as I'm a diehard fan of the Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser, and meant to purchase that. I thought it would still be a good cleanser and wanted to use it up so as not to waste the product but I didn't like it at all. It stung my skin and left it so stripped and dry, which was quite uncomfortable. I had to use a lot of other hydrating products to try and compensate. I would not recommend this unless you have really oily skin, then it might be suitable but definitely not if you have sensitive, dry or combination skin.
As I've aged I've found that highly perfumed cleansers just strip my skin of oils. This product is extremely gentle, yet effective in removing my overnight face creams and leaves me without that tight-face feeling.
Tips: You might need something heavier to remove make-up at day's end, which is why it's my go-to for the morning shower,
I used this product for a year or so when I was having break outs - I found it left my skin feeling nice and clean, removing makeup well and not irritating my skin.
I did find that the product dried out my skin alot, a I needed a good moisturiser and supplemented this with rosehip oil at night which was a good combination.
I would recommend this to anyone with oily skin, but would also recommend switching to the Gentle Skin Cleanser if you find your skin is too dry with this product.
Tips: Pair with a good moisturiser.
I thought I would try this as a cheaper alternative to some different oily skin cleansers and have been very impressed with the product. It doesn't dry out your skin, feels nice to use and has a pleasant fragrance too. Both myself (41 with combination skin) and 12 and 13 year old daughters are using it.
This is a great product for teens with changing skin as even though its target for oily its gentle enough for combination skin. The size of the bottle makes it well worth the price, especially for teens who generally use more then they should be. I tried this out myself and while I liked it as a everyday cleanser, I had different needs for my skin at my age.
This formula does a good job at reducing oily skin, but I found for my skin type that it made my skin a little too dry. I have started using this once a day (rather than twice) and it has been making my skin less dry, but still helping combat oil. It does a good job at removing non waterproof makeup.
Tips: Use once a day rather than twice a day if it feels slightly too drying
