Lush Bohemian Soap Review

I love this soap first impression to me when I first had a sniff of this was GOOD LORD ITS TANGY FRUITS!! Can you even buy tangy fruits anymore?! Anyway it is that sweet, citrusy scent and ooooh I just wanted to eat it.

After a moment of telling myself that, no soap is not ok to eat, I was mesmerised by the look of this soap it's a cream colour with white soap chucks through it, it looks quite effective it's like snow flakes have been captured inside the soap.

The scent of this soap, yes it is like tangy fruits or a nice sticky lemon meringue pie it is delish. It's a real sweet citrus smell that I can't get enough of. I do believe lemon is an awakening scent, a mind clearer and after using this I do feel like I am more focused, great for when you get a bit of a "writers block" whilst writing reviews!!

It lathers nicely and doesn't leave my skin with that squeaky clean feeling, the scent lingers for an hour not as long as some lush soaps but it's still a good amount of time

The only thing that is slightly annoying and I'm being picky here, is its a very soft soap much like the rockstar soap and sultana of soap and it does get a slimy feel to it if it sits in a tiny bit of water so best to store on a draining rack. And cut your piece into smaller bits for extra longevity and incase the kids drop it in the bath! Love this soap and will buy it again

The Bohemian soap is one of my favorite soaps at LUSH, scent wise you get a sweet lemon meringue scent that lingers for a few hours, it is a great pick me up and I like to use this soap in my morning showers.

It gives a good semi lather and conditions my skin leaving it hydrated and soft. It is cheaper than the regular LUSH soaps but I think it is because it doesn't last as long as the regular soaps, I found the Bohemian soap to dissolve more quickly compared to the other LUSH soaps so when I purchase this I get 200 grams instead of 100 grams.

This is a soap I use a lot and leaves me feeling refreshed and ready to start the day!

I received this in the Hippy Happy gift pack that they had at the time a couple of years ago as a gift. I was excited to use it as I had never really tried the solid soaps from Lush before.

It was a very fresh citrus scent that I initially enjoyed, however as time went on I really started to despise it. I'm more of a sweet scent type of person than a fresh scent type of person. However, I used it up anyway because I hate waste.

It lathered nicely, but the feeling on the skin after was like when you use a 2 in 1 shampoo or when you don't condition it felt like my skin could start squeaking if I wasn't careful. It felt like it just stripped every bit of moisture from my skin. I also didn't like the bits in it that added texture I didn't really see the point in them.

I probably wouldn't purchase this again as it wasn't my type of scent but it was a nice gesture.

I love lush soaps!! They all smell delicious. This is a pretty standard soap it doesn't do much for your skin but it smells amazing! I love using this in summer or in the morning to help wake me up, it smells just like lemons! It helps to add a nice glow to my skin; as it does say it tones. It's a perfect essential for summer and is sold all year round in lush so you can use it in winter to help wake you up on those cold mornings.
