Lush The Comforter Bubble Bar Review

I got this xmas 2015 from the Boxing Day Sales. I wasn't about to pay $11.50 for a bubblebar but let me tell you now that $11.50 is worth it all day every day. If being spiral, pink and just plain puuurdy isn't enough to convince you, well read on!!

It is larger than I thought it would be. If you are like me you look at the weight of it and think, but how big is that?! Well let me assure you it is bigger than the palm of my hand easily. The swirly pink and white colours are magical in itself. The smell reminds me of a candy shop but it speak of blackcurrant. If I am honest I can't smell the blackcurrant more just very sweet. If you are like me and love sweet, this is for you!!

This is the sister of The Comforter Shower Cream which is a very close match in scent. The name is very fitting for this. Once you slide on in to the flubbles it gives off you are wrapped in a sweet hug instantly. When hot water hits this baby it quickly lets off thousands upon thousands of creamy sweet flubbles. The tub becomes over-run with them but it's how I love it! The water is a creamy pink colour, so I don't know where the purple comes from in the description?

The tub can be very slippery so be careful about how you position yourself when standing or getting in. I nearly slipped so caution is needed. After my bath I feel satiny smooth and smell of sweet berries and cream. Oh it's heavenly. Please if you love sweet, creamy and comforting this bubble bar is right up your alley.

I am so happy that I decided to slash (ha) out one day and buy a comforter bubble bar! The amount of bubbles you get from a tiny amount of this bubble bar is phenomenal, especially given they stick around for a while rather than the flash bang of many other bubble productions. The scent (as always for Lush) is amazing, and the bubbles themselves don't leave you feeling coated in oily-residue.

This is my ultimate bubble bar from Lush. The scent is my absolute fave, it's pink and oh gosh it makes so many bubbles! How great is a beautiful bubbly bath when you're stressed or need a bit of me time? I find this bubble bar gives so many bubbles even in my giant bath I only use half of the bubble bar per bath. If you are looking for the ultimate comforting bubbly bath in your time of me-time need then look no further. Best scent and best bubbles ever!

A friend on here (Shazatron) introduced me to this amazing little bar of lovliness. If it weren;'t for her I likely wouldn't have picked it up as I am a miser when it comes to bath products hahha.

This is a large bar, so what I like to do is break it in half and use one half per bath (so I get 2 baths from it). As the picture shows, it is a pink and white swirl.

The scent of this is divine. It is sweet but not so sweet that it will give you diabeties from smelling it :P It creates beautiful soft, luxurious bubbles that make your skin feel exceptionally soft and lightly perfumed.

I am in love with this and abolutely will purchase it (I was given 2 of these by Shazatron, so I haven't purchased any myself yet).

This is the only bubble bar I buy from Lush time and time again as it really does go a long way. First, the smell is so beautiful and sweet, yet not overpowering and a small bit really goes a long way! I love how the white creates white bubbles and the pink creates a pinky bubble bath. My children absolutely love this product also. I have tried children s bubble bath and have had awful results on my children's skin where their skin is left feeling dry; however, with the Lush comforter my whole family is left smelling beautifully sweet and our skin feels lovely after we get out of the bath. Definitely a repeat product in our household!

I had been wanting to purchase this bubble bar for a long time, the fushia and white really stood out to me in the shop and it smells amazing. I finally received it in a gift box at Christmas and used it straight away. It left big bubbles and the bath was bright pink smelling of blackcurrant/ribena juice. The smell lingered on my skin after the bath and my skin felt super soft and smooth. It was a nice relaxing scent and the bathroom still smelt lovely in the morning.

I have always loved the look of the comforter bubble bar. With those pink and white swirls it looks so tempting. When you smell it, it adds to the temptation. I personally couldn't specifically smell blackcurrent, but I could smell a lovely sweet smell that made it even more tempting.

When using this product I divide it into 6 pieces if I can. Then I take a piece and crumble it under the running water of the bath to start getting the bubbles going. For maximum bubbles however I recommend using a spa bath and having the jets runnings. This gives you a lot of bubbles.

The bubbles lasted well and made the bathroom smell lovely and sweet.

I would repurchase based on the smell alone. In comparison to a liquid bubble bath mix it is not a cost effective option, but the smell and the use of natural ingredients when it is getting so close to your skin make it an appealing option for me.

I really love this bubble bar since the first ever try, out of the lush bubble bars, this one makes the most bubbles and also has the best scent up to date in my opinion.

I crumble it under the running tap and it instantly starts making gorgeous scented bubbles, it lifts my mood immediately, but it's even more relaxing sitting in the bath, covered with sweet scented bubbles!

The bubbles also last longer than store-bought bubble baths and being lush and all natural they're also better for the environment and conscience too.:)

I bought this for my kids to have a nice relaxing bubble bath with, with out stealing away from my Lush stash... and just be a little something special of their own. My daughter (and me too) love the pink and white swirl of bubble bar, it's like a beautiful koru.

It dissolves easily and lathers up into bubbles with little effort, and the bubbles last the entire bath with two children both enjoying them.

This has an ample amount in one bar for many many baths with a Massive! amount of bubbles... I would say at a guess I would be getting about 10-15 decent baths from the one bar for them in a small shallow filled tub (I just break off as much as I need each time).

I love the scent as does both my daughter and my son, and the pink water is a delight for miss 6. It is soft and fruity smelling and like a softer snow fairy. It says Blackberry on the label sticker and I can almost pick it out... it is very yummy. This hasn't stained my bath even once and doesn't leave an awful residue up the sides.

I have repurchased this bar again as my kids just love it... and I might just have to sneak a bath out of this one myself.

This product is so awesome! I originally bought it expecting it to be like a bath bomb. But instead it let's out lots of bubbles along with an amazing smell leaving you feeling super relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Goes nicely with a glass of wine and some chocolate
