Lush Space Girl Bath Bomb Review

such a luxury to have, absolutely love this Space girl bath bomb, I just couldnt wait to get in the bath and use this product. Dropping this bomb in the bath was such a delight to watch, the glittery purple/pink colours surrounded the bath and smelt like blackcurrents. I so enjoyed using this product!!!

It also did an amazing job in leaving my skin feeling fresh and clean, when I did hope out of the bath it left my skin with a little glittery glow. love love love

I bought this bath bomb together with my other lush products. I always mix my bubble bars with my bombs. I love bubbles and also the the colors from the bombs. Space girl has very appealing design and thats what attracts me. The colors are pretty as well. Lavender with red patches and silver glitter all around.

When I used the space girl with my bubblebar the water turned purplish red. The water had shimmer to it but I was expecting alot more glitter...where did it all go? However I did enjoy the scent which was very sweet. A bit surprising because of the ingredients.

Dropping it in the hot bubbly water I found it to fizz quite quickly though I do like to pick it up all the bombs with my hand to see the layers and surprise in it. Bit disappointed that I didnt see or hear any pop as I was looking forward to it. Also found out that my bubbles disappered very quickly when I used this bomb. Dont know if it was a bomb itself that did this or the bubblebar I used had been wonky

After an hour spent on it I came got out (very carefully) to find my skin soft and scented with very little shimmer or glitter. However the scent didnt last long on skin and neither did it in the bath.

I wouldnt purchase this again as I found the other bombs work much better personally.

Space girl, a planet shaped bath bomb. Pink, purple and glittery....fun and adventurous.

This bomb smells amazing! Really sweet which I did not expect at all considering some of the ingredients were citrus and grapefruit....a little dissapointed it wasn't more fruity smelling to be honest.

I filled my bath, popped this in as normal and went 'Ohhhhh, Ahhhhh, huh?' The colours separated beautifully through out the bath sadly unlike other bath bombs the water wasn't coloured deeply. The water was left a light lavender colour with a slight shimmer. The slight shimmer surprised me aswell! The bomb was soooo glittery I was expecting to be covered in it once I hoped out. Nope :( I wasn't a glittery glow ball at all.

Was it moisturising? Yes! Man my skin felt as smooth as a babies bottom one I was out and dried off. This bomb was relaxing to soak in but underwhelming in the colour department and the fragrance department.

Once the bomb was in the water the fragrance didn't stick around for long, it faded quite fast which was dissapointing.

There were pros and cons with this bomb. One I won't re purchase. I did hear it's being discounted, so maybe worth trying before it disappears.

I picked this up when I was staying at a swanky hotel in Auckland to use in the bath. Heaven knows I don't need to add to my Lush collection! I've always passed this by in store as I am more of a bubble bar girl. I know this is being discontinued though so I thought I might a well try it whilst I could.

This has a gorgeous sweet candy smell which is not what you would expect from the ingredients (it includes grapefruit and bergamot oil but doesn't smell citrusy at all) It is a quick fizzer and emits pinks then purples as different sections of the bomb are released. What you are left with is gorgeous bright lavender coloured water. I didn't notice any popping candy at all. The water feels lovely and soft and there is a fair amount of 'slip' on your skin (be careful getting out!)

This is one of Lush's cheaper bombs so I used the whole thing. Unlike other reviewed, I didn't notice any sparkle in the bath or on my skin afterwards. My skin felt soft and was left with a soft fragrance. The label on the bag said "it's the closest we'll get to floating in space". I think Intergalactic would get the reward for that now actually. Maybe that's why it's being discontinued as us Lushies are expecting more of a show from our bombs. A nice soak on a lazy Sunday morning though.

I used this in a spa bath and was totally in love! It's not quite as moisturising but I used the shower jelly with it and it was perfect! It smells heavenly and makes me feel like a little kid in a sweet store whenever I smell it! 100% recommend, especially if you've never used a bathbomb before!

I was saving this up for an outdoor bath next to a roaring fire at a friends place and I am so glad I did. This spaceship type bath bomb smelled sweet and fruity even in it's wrapper. It is a beautiful shade of blue-ish purple with red sploshed in places along with silver glitter. As it erupted upon hitting the water the fizzing was furious, turning the water a pale red-purple and hints of glitter swirling throughout.

The water smelled like a childhood favorite drink that I still enjoy today. And while this particular one isn't as moisturising as other Lush bath bombs it is still on my re-purchase list.

This bath bomb smells really good and it made my bath water different shades of purple and fill of glitter. The different shades of purple all blurred into one when the water is moved but the scent hung around the whole time. After I got out of the bath my skin smelled nice and was a little sparkly from the glitter.

I uses this a few times and lush is expensive but I love it and when you sit in the bath and there's sparkles everywhere it feels like heaven. It's so amazing and sometimes I put flowers to make it look cuter! It's really relaxing and I think I need 50 of these right now

This is one of my favorite bath bombs that I've tired so far! I had it gifted to me and decided to use it before I went into town to wash the 'work stress' off of me. BEST IDEA EVER! Not only did it smell amazing, look amazing and relax me. It left me covered in sparkles which added to the night look for a night on the town. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone!

This bath bomb smelt so delicious! It was so soothing and moisturising. The colour was wonderful and all the sparkles made for a fun bath! I'll be getting this one again (after I try all the others ;) )
