I picked this one as I loved the smell, it smelt sweet and fruity. I placed the whole thing in the bath and it looked so pretty as it dispersed in the warm water. I loved how my skin felt afterwards, but I am not a glitter girl and this had alot of tiny silver glitter. I will repurchase again for my daughter who I think will love the sparkle.

I was given this for my birthday and was delighted as I'd heard it was being discontinued The bath bomb is shaped like a cartoony Saturn and is purple in colour, with red/pink. It's covered in small silver glitter, but it doesn't go everywhere and make cleaning up hard. Turned the water lilac-y pink and super soft and silky. Smelled good in a more subtle way than some other Lush products. I enjoyed it alot!
This was a bathbomb i only brought because i heard a rumour it was getting discontinued, and i had to try it before i lost my chance forever.
Firstly, this bath bomb is one of the coolest shapes from the lush range, its shaped like a cartoonist impression of Saturn. It really cute, and its pretty. The colour is mainly a lilac purple, will splotches of burgundy red, and a thin film of silvery glittery. How pretty does that sounds?
And it just gets prettier.. when i place this bath bomb in the winter, it spins around and leave a trail of prettiness behind with swirls or burgundy and lilac in the water. It just looks lovely. Once the bath bomb fully dissolves, the water is a light lilac colour and has tiny bits of glitter flecked throughout it, and it has the perfect amount of glitter. Enough for you to notice it and appreciate it, but not enough to stain your bath and make clean up a hassle.
Lastly the smell. It smells lovely, its sweet, but not sickly, and the smell is quite comforting. I actually cant smell the grapefruit oil, but im not good at picking up fragrance notes anyway so that could be why!
Overall, a really nice bath bomb, and one i would love to buy again.
This is a cute bath bomb, it is what attracted me to purchase it, shaped like a cartoon version of Saturn and in a dusky lilac shade, a heap of golden glitter coating a side. Then the smell so reminding me of lilacs, parma violets and sweets.
Running a warm bath I tossed it in and watched in awe as it spun around the tub in the stream of water, fizzing like a crazy thing and turning the water a murky purple with hints of pink and purple merging together. Popping crackles as it descends into just a nub, the glitter lying like a veil over the water and the fragrance even more pungent now it has been heated with the bath water. I didn't want to get in and disturb the pretty patterns, but in I got and the water heavy with this lustre of glitter was soft, leaving my skin smooth and huggable but with the glitter clinging to it, even once towel dried there is a thin glitter effect to your skin, which I personally love as I am all about glitter and sparkly things.
I love baths and I love bath bombs. I have a bath at least once a week now, it's a bit of pampering, it helps me relax and helps with aches and pains I get from working on the farm because I don't bounce back like I used too so I always make sure I have got a good selection of bath bombs at the ready and pick one for my mood.
Space girl sort of sat around for a while because it always seemed to be ol trusty twilight that got picked. But finally space girl was picked to work its magic.
The shape of space girl is like Saturn (the planet with the ring around it) she is coloured purple with hints of blue and red splashed all over. So I pop her in the bath and watch her fizz around and watch on as lots of fairy dust (lustre) twinkles in the bath. Eventually when she stops fizzing I'm left with lovely Purple coloured bath water and fairy dust the scent of this magic is blackberry it's refreshing and lifts your spirits. The water however was a wee bit slimy after using this something I hadn't noticed with other bath bombs. Anyway I dried myself and the fairy dust (lustre) stuck to my skin making me look like I was glowing. And my skin still smells like blackberry until I go to bed. I do like you space girl but I'm sorry your not outta this world
The bath bomb comes wrapped in a simple Lush paper bag that lists its ingredients and how to use the product. I love that Lush uses minimal packaging on their products and how the bath bomb was made of mainly natural ingredients. The bath bomb itself is shaped like Saturn and is sparkly purple in colour, with hints of red and blue through it. I purchased the bath bomb because it smelled irresistible. When added to the water, I could hear the popping candy fizz quite loudly, which added to the fun. It turned my bath water a beautiful sparkly purple and made it smell amazing. I found the bath bomb to be very relaxing, and the lovely blackcurrant scent stayed on my skin afterwards. I would definitely repurchase this again, if it were a bit more affordable but nevertheless, it makes a great relaxing treat.
Tips: To make the fun of the bath bomb last longer, cut small chunks of the bath bomb off with a knife and use a few chunks for each bath, rather than the entire bath bomb at once.
I purchased this gorgeous little space gem from Lush when Fiance and I went on holiday. He promptly left the store as a headache from all the smells was coming on - but I could live in Lush. Forever. We tried it out later that night when we got to our new hotel and it was awesome!!
The bath bomb fizzed away happily and both fiance and I have fiddly fingers so we kept touching it to feel the fizz. The water turned a light purple, like a lilac, and glitter was everywhere, it was gorgeous. However the bath bomb was small and the bath was massive - it could probably have fit 5 people - so the bath bomb wasn't as effective as I would've liked.
The smell was gorgeous, and it overtook the lovely sulfur smell that Rotorua is famous for! The water was silky smooth and my skin always feels amazing after Lush bath bombs. I would definitely repurchase this if I had a bath!
Lush and bath bombs and hot water are a match made in heaven.
This was a absolute favorite of mine. I'd buy 3 or 4 at a time. Place in the hot water cupboard so they would scent my linen until I was ready to use it.
The shape of this is fun! It's no at crumbly ad some of the other designs for some reason. I turn on the hot tap and fill to about a third full, (it warms the bath up so when you get in your bottom doesn't feel cold), add the Saturn shaped bomb and watch it dance under the tap. All the sparkles and fruity smells escaping it. It's magical and hypnotic I reckon. Turn on the cold tap and go grab a wine.
Now the bath is ready to go. It's all purply and sparkly. Soaking in it feels amazing. I love lifting my hands in and out watching the glitter on my hands and arms. Pure relaxation.
I always get in a shower after a bath. So this washes away the glitter bits but leaves the fragrance
Tips: Wash the bath down with hot water to stop the colour and sparkles messing the bath
