Lux Exfoliating Scrub Body Wash Review

I thought this body wash smelled great in the shower and felt really nice, but I didn't feel as though it helped too much with exfoliating, even when used with a loofa. I probably would use it again for the scent because it smelled great, but not for the specific purpose of exfoliating.

ok this stuff is amazing , the smell is just amazing. now i admit im not sure if its actually exfoliating my skin , the beads are a good size and there's a decent amount so its probably doing something. it works well as a body wash and the smell omg , the smell alone is justification enough to buy it

This stuff is gorgeous.

The packaging is really appealing to me, it's bold and gold and shimmery. I like that you can see the actual product, and they match by colour and fragrance.

The fragrances are heavenly, I've tried a few of them but my current fave is the Tahitian Escape scent. It's fresh, fruity and oh-so delicious. It lingers for ages on my skin, I love it.

The exfoliating beads aren't rough or scratchy at all, I actually use this in combination with a shower-pouf for a really good scrub. I'm not sure it's uber moisturising, but it's certainly not drying, which is great.

These are great value for money, I find they last a good few months. I like having a couple of different ones to chose from depending on my mood.

Oh how I love thy product! This is one of those products that once you start using it, you can simply not use another brand, ever again. The range is fantastic, you can almost certainly get it in a colour that matches your bathroom’s interior and they all smell delicious! I have had every single one and I have loved every single one, some of them give you a nice, perfume-y smell long after you’re bath/shower is done. They all feel silky smooth on your body and they all leave you feeling soft as. Lux most certainly stands for luxury.

this is a very good scrub I have gone thru atleast 3 bottles of it. the smell is amazing and it also lasts for agaes if you are the only one using the bottle

I love these exfoliating body scrubs by Lux and they are really good for the price. I just buy mine from my local supermarket. I had the Tahitan Escape bottle (which sadly is now not stoked anymore), and I LOVED the smell. It gave a gorgeous tropical and fruity scent and made me feel like I was on a tropical island while in the shower. I think I've also used a berry version in the past and they now have a Shea butter version. I found the exfoliator to be very gentle given the fact that it was a scrub. In the past I have used body scrubs that were way too harsh for my skin, and it felt like I was rubbing sandpaper on my skin. But this body scrub leaves your skin feeling smooth and soft and it feels like tiny grains on sand being rubbed all over your body.

I also like the fact that this body exfoliator is soap free and Ph balancing. I have sensitive skin and found that this product didn't irritate my skin or leave it red. The bottle is a decent size and has heaps in it which will last you ages. I only used mine once a week and one bottle lasted me ages, a good 6-8 months at least, if not more.

I adore all of lux's range of body wash. The perfume from it is just delicious. With the added benefit of exfoliating it's definately a twofer. Not only do you walk out of the shower smelling like heaven, you've exfoliated your skin and feels incredibly soft.Highly recommend to anyone who hasn't tried it!

This is by far one of my favourite body srubs. It exfoliates my skin without being to harsh. And don't get me started on the smell. Even after you have showered and changed i can still smell it on my skin. Amazing all round product for the the price

lux has a range of body wash but this is one of my favourite, it smells amazing, its great how it exfoliate your skin as you take your shower, i love hows its affordable, great for a relaxing saturday night.

Mmmm these smell great and do exactly what you want them too. They lather up well, and give you a great clean. The exfoliating is not too harsh, and makes you feel wonderful after use. My skin feels moisturised and I don't often need to apply other moisturising products after using these body washes.
