Lux can be found at most stores. I remember growing up using Lux soap bars . Over the last fee years they came out with Shower gels. I noticed that there was two types in certain stores. Grocery stores had gels and department stores such as the Warehouse have these shower creams. This one is there along with a few other scents which I am yet to try. They also had them in smaller sizes and were priced extremely low.
These bottles stand on themselves. This lid is easy to open . This liquid is creamy and pearlecent. It has a creamy whiteish pink colouring to it. This scent is described as having Egyption Violet and and Elemi oil.To me this scent is floral with a rich cashmere undertone to it. Its not too over powering in scent.
I find this product lathers well. I only need about a fifty scent piece onto my flannel and it foams out nicely. I only used a small sized bottle it didn't last me longer than three to four weeks.
Lux's shower gels are easily accesible to anyone. I don't think five dollars is much. I got mine for about $3 at the warehouse. Sometimes they have sales on there or two for one deals. Like catching bargains. These are good products, gets the job done. Might not be luxurious but it is ok. I would buy it again and try more.
very nice smell the product comes out pearly and either pink or white I think it was pink am sure it had a pearly look to it too and was not transparent like a gel its a cream. Lathers nice but does not give the feel that you are stripping your skin and feels good. Not sure how to describe the scent but its feminine and sort of floral not over powering but not light either 4.99 is not bad but the bottle does not hold a huge amount in it and I recall it bottle being smaller than other ones of the same brand but they may sell another size I just have not seen it. I like the lid of this bottle it helps you recognize the brand. I would use again if on special. The description of this shower cream is short and does not say much which entices you to want to try it.
