We are never without this in our fridge in summer. We always try to be sunsafe, but there's often a spot that misses the sunscreen and this is great to give some relief to angry burns!
It is really well priced for a big tube and lasts for ages. It has a pleasant smell, goes on well (a tiny bit sticky at first) then soaks in and isn't greasy or sticky at all.
It's very soothing and brings relief very quickly.
Tips: Keep it in the fridge, gives you a bit of a shock when you put it on as it's such a contrast to hot angry burn, but feels amazing when it's cool!
Sometimes I forget (I'm only human right?) So there comes and a time in a cautious women's life when she needs a little after sun care and this is where I look. Such a lovely soothing sensation when you apply it, feels like a weight lifted of your shoulders. It calms the burn down and does what it say it will. It is however a little bit sticky and doesn't last that long but hey you shouldn't be getting burnt!
Tips: Keeping it in the fridge is a must! This should only be a back up ladies. Wear sunscreen! x

i love this after sun gel, i purchased this when i got burnt and its great, it absorbs well into the skin, it soothes and it isnt sticky, i ,leave mine in the fridge so that when i do need it its nice and cold.
This is absolutely hands-down a must have during summer. Or all year round for that matter! Even the worst of sunburns will feeling better when this is put on. Its so soothing and cool against that hot, burnt skin. Would definitely use again and recommend to a friend. Whenever my family goes on holiday we always make sure to have Cancer Society After Sun Gel.

Definitely a must have for sun burns. The product feels nice and cool against burnt skin. The gel absorbs quite quickly and is very moisturising. It leaves the skin feeling soft and the smell is good too.

I have used a few different after sun creams, and this is one of my favourites. Firstly I like that it is endorsed by the cancer society. I also really like that this is a gel over a cream - I find gels much more soothing to angry, burned skin than I do with creams.
You only need a little bit of this to cover a large area, so the tube will last you a long time. It is honestly instantly refreshing to scorched skin and I like to apply it continually throughout the day (or night), as it takes the heat and sting out of the burn.
It does leave a weird residue on your skin after applying it but I think that's completely tolerable when you get the relief of applying it.
I will definitely repurchase this again and have purchased it multiple times for friends as gifts (exciting I know haha).
Tips: Wear sunscreen and be sun smart but get some of this any way for those times you can't resist the sun ;p
I buy this for my husband because his skin is quite fair and lets face it, boys are pretty bad at applying sun screen. This Gel works wonders and we go through at least 2 tubes of this every summer! And because he shaves his head everyday, if he applies the gel to his head, it doesn't make his head look all greasy and overly shiny.
All my family has a bottle of these, and they are always kept close by during the hotter months. If the kids have been playing in the sun for too long I always rub them with this, even if theyre not sun burnt and they think theyre so neat and love the colour! Ive had many burnt experiences and this makes the healing time so much comfortable, the gel makes the areas soothing as soon as you apply it to the skin, you can add as much as you can but the more the better! It dries quite quickly and makes your skin smooth, no greasiness at all! I love the smell of aloe vera, its so refreshing and it reminds me so much of summer. Its great for all skin types especially sensitive skin. We go thru 1-2 tubes a year, worth every penny & its great for any type of burns
Tips: When I get a sunburnt back I get hubby to smother a lot onto my back so its thick, it soothes it and keeps it nice and cool without having to put anything cold on it.
This gel is very refreshing & adds moisture to dehydrated skin. It is a great tonic for wind burnt skin also, of course we all know how important it is to not get sun burnt but sometimes it does happen. I recommend to friends to use this if they get too much sun. It is non sticky, absorbs quickly & smells quite pleasant. A must have, especially over the summer Very soothing, great for kids & helps stop insect bites itching too
Tips: If you do get burnt apply several times a day to minimize pain & the dreading itchy peeling skin.
