Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser

I do love this cleanser and it is great for people who have normal balance skin but because I have blemishes I need a stronger cleanser, it is very gentle and very moisturising the only reason I wouldn't use it again is because it is a bit too gentle for me but it is still a great cleanser

I used this because my pharmacist recommended it. I get dermatitis and eczema so I thought this would be a great alternative to soap. I didn't react to it, which is great but I did find it extremely greasy and I could feel it still sitting on my skin from one shower to another.

I initially bought this for my daughter, as her skin reacted badly to an "all natural" brand. I ended up using Cetaphil cleanser myself after my own cleanser ran out, and I was pleasantly surprised - it removed all make up well on the first cleanse, but left my skin nice and soft and fresh - no irritated or dry feeling. and happily my daughter's skin didn't react badly to it. I guess I like my cleanser (and all products) to be a bit more "exciting", with ingredients that I feel like are doing more than expected. However, the problem with that is your skin can end up in worse shape and with bad reactions. Cetaphil keeps it simple and does what it says it will do - cleanse without irritation.

When I used to work at a pharmacy I tried a sample of it and loved it so I purchased a big bottle and it also came with a moisturiser, it is a bit pricey but it is worth it!

I liked to used it on my face and just leave it on for a few minutes then wash it off. Once you have washed it off it leaves your face feeling super clean and fresh. I would recommend this product for those who have sensitive skin, it has no fragrance and acts as a soap substitute! I love it!

I have had problem skin in the past and when I bought this I was excited to give it a try but it just didn't really do anything for my skin. Yes it is a gentle formula, it didnt aggrigate my acne but it did somewhat sting my skin, and I do not usually have very sensitive skin which I thought was strange. It also didn't cleanse my face very well leaving traces of left over makeup on my skin. I'm not sure if I would recommend this product or not because for some people it seems to really work on their skin but for me, it just didn't help.

It did exactly what it said it would do. I started to use this when I finished using the proactive skincare product. I found that using the cetaphil, it didn't contain any soap which was good for my face as it is sensitive. It helped to moisturise my skin after using it. Compared to the proactive, this did not dry my face out out. It also helped my breakout to disappear in a week.

Would definitely use it again.

I was recommended this recently by my GP for my eczema and acne prone skin as an alternative to soap, so out I went and bought myself a bottle with very high hopes! I've been using this for a couple of weeks now and I must say I'm pretty pleased at the results! It hasn't dried my skin out at all, my skin is actually feeling alot smoother and moisturised than normal which is great! I've not had to use any of my eczema cream as I've not needed to use it since starting using this cleanser :) It is abit pricier than your average soap but you only use a tiny bit every wash so it does last ages!

This product is amazing for sensitive skin, it didn't dry out my skin and make it flake. It also cleared up my spots on my jaw line!

I brought it from the supermarket and it's super cheap compared with everything else on the market. Absolutely love it and will continue using it!
