It's been a while since I've used this, I can't say that I liked it enough to buy it again.
I recommend it to someone who doesn't necessarily have acne prone skin, or actually acne all together. It's a very lightweight formula, that works best on people who get minimal acne. It's no different to a normal bar of soap I have to say.
I used it in conduction with the recommended toner and moisturiser. It actually came in a 3 pack together. The first thing I can tell you about it, was how bad it smelt. It's not a chemical smell, it's a perfume smell, but I hated it. t guess some people may like it, but for me it was too heavy of a scent for a facial wash. It is however something you get used to, and it didn't bother me after a while.
Its a watery substance that the pump turns into soft foam. Perfect, because the smallest of pumps can potentially cover the whole face. I also liked that it was easy to wash off as well, with just a splash of water.
It is also really strong, and completely stripped my skin. Leaving it tight, red and itchy.
I can't say that it did too much for my acne. While it did decrease the size and redness of my pimples in a slow process, it didn't work the way I wanted it to completely remove pimples all together. So something stronger than this is recommended for that.
It does however leave skin feeling extremely soft, and noticeably clean. My skin looked brighter and whiter.
This is a pretty decent product for a pretty decent price. I've been using this for years on end and I've never had a problem with this.
The packaging is sturdy so you don't have to worry about it tipping over if you're in a rush to squeeze it out (let's face it - we're all in a haste at 6am).
The product itself foams when you pump it out and has a fragrant, pleasant smell that's quite subtle. It leaves your skin with a great feel and a radiant glow.
It doesn't always clear up all of my pores, but it does the job 9 times out of 10.
