As a newbie starting out with skincare. Clean and clear was one of those brands I started out using. I used to breakout on my forehead a lot. I haven't really seen it in a lot of stores only the warehouse.
Packaging wise it's simple . You can visually see this orange liquid through it. The scent of smells like citrus fruit. When pumped it forms into a white foam. I rub this on my skin it feels soft. My skin didn't react to this thankfully.
Results from using this foam is clean skin. It left me feeling quite tight on my skin . Also felt very dry like it sucked the moisture out of my skin.
Now that I have more knowledge about skincare I definately will be more selective about what I use on my skin. It's priced ok could be lower. I wouldn't reccomend this for people with dry skin like mine.
I have been using this foam facial wash for years and I still go back to it. It takes everything off at the end of the day and doesn't leave my skin dry or tight. Also the bottle lasts and lasts. I only go through around 2 bottles a year and thats using it everyday!
Good cleanser, i have oily skin and this cleanser can be quite drying but I would recommend using it 3-4 times a week, not everyday. Affordable, available from most supermarkets.
This was one of the first products I tried from clean and clear and whenever I need something i can rely on I always go back to this. I have seen it on clearance a couple times so i feel like it's definitely more affordable and definitely recommend anyone picking this up if they see it. You get so much foam out of this product because of the type of pump which also means you don't end up using that much product
I love the Clean and Clear brand, it's one that I always come back too. This product is a great one for removing make up and cleansing your skin. I love that the product foams as you pump it out, and it applies to the skin really well. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a friendly cleanser!
One of the first products I used on my skin when it was particularly oily and spot prone, worked well with controlling oil and preventing break outs. My skin always felt fresh and clean afterwards. I find it a little drying now as my skin isn't as oily
My skin can be very fussy sometimes and is all over the show, I need something gentle but effective which isn't going to upset my face as it is sensitive.
I like foam cleansers, this has a pump which I think everything should have. It foams up nicely but it makes my face feel tingly and so dry and tight, so for my skin it was a big no no.
I suggest if you have sensitive skin to perhaps stay away from this as it is too harsh and strips the skin quite badly. There are definitely much more gentle foam cleaners out there.
I have combination skin and after using this my skin felt so dry and tight, i dont know what it means when it says "over drying" because that is literally what it did to my skin. I had to throw it out after using it three times because my skin could not handle it and i had to end up using twice as much moisturiser for my skin to even begin to feel normal again.
We've had this product sitting in the shower for quite a while and I recently tried it again.
As a product it does what it says it will do, it foams and it washes the face. It offers nothing spectacular, but for a cheap face wash it was far less chemical smelling and feeling than I expected, though it did still have a bit of that cheap chemical factor.
My skin is combination and reasonably clear, so I can't really comment on acne prevention or dryness. But I feel like this formula could lend itself towards being a little drying.
