I used this as a teenager when I had acne and found it helped keep my skin feeling cleansed and fresh at all times. It helped keep my face free of black heads and my skin from being oily. I have some on hand for that time of the month when I break out in a couple of places and my skin feels great afterward. I love the smell of Clean & Clear Essentials Self Foam Facial Wash it's so fresh and clean smelling and preps my skin for moisturizer love it!

Tips: Good for when you have acne prone skin bu not for my now dry skin
Blast from the past, I loved using this when I was in my early teens. It is really good for getting all the dirt and oil off my skin. Especially in my acne prone years.
Now days 10 years later my sin has changed dramatically. When I wash my face with this my skin feels so tight after 5 mins and then it starts to itch. It does not go well with sensitive skin.
I would 100 percent recommend this to anyone with acne prone skin as it is pretty good at getting the dirt and grime off. If I got a really bad break out I would use this again
Tips: Suits acne prone skin
Didnt like this product all to much. The scent is quite strong. Love the packaging and the fact that it comes with a pump. It foams up pretty well too. This product left my skin feeling stingy. I have pretty healthy skin, so maybe it will work a lot better with acne prone skin.
I use this item to remove my makeup each night, works a charm and has controlled my break outs, has lasted a while and foams right up. Smells good and is very straight forward to use. I paid $10.99 at pak n save and is well worth it. Big bottle and very sturdy, nice packaging and stand out colour.
Tips: Try it to remove your makeup
This stuff is great, easy to use, feels nice, and works, well for me anyway, I have oily skin, not much has worked for me, but this stuff did.
Leaves your skin feeling nice and fresh, easy to use and doesn't damage your clothing if you accidentally get any on them. You get good bang for your buck, good sized bottle last for ages. love it.
This cleanser is really easy to use, it glides on nice and smooth and doesn't feel like it's tearing your skin from your face, like some other cleansers do. It's also nice that it's a foam cleanser, I felt like I wasn't using as much. However I did find that it didn't work as well as some of the other cleansers I've had do.
Tips: Could be good for others, just didn't work with me.
I wouldn't use again or recommend as it made my skin feel really tight and dry after use. I gave it a good go but didn't like it and find my skin to be oily to combination.
I use this only if i need to double cleanse for some reason. It is just too drying even with a decent moisturizer. It leaves a strange squeaky clean feeling that is strange and tight feeling. Ill use it up but wont repurchase.
So a few years back when i was trying to get into a habit of cleaning my skin, i saw this on the supermarket shelf and decided to give it a try. I only ever used it once and then the practically full bottle just sat in the bathroom unused. Though this product was easy to apply because of the foam and it was easy to massage into my skin, it left it feeling very dry, itchy and stripped, i even broke out into a bit of a rash. I would reccomend it more for people whos skin doesnt react to harsh products but i still think there is alot more better and honest products on the market.
Tips: Use a more moisturating exfoliating scrub after as well as some moisturiser.
I have very sensitive and problematic skin prone to dryness/ezcema and allergic rashes (hives and contact dermatitis) but I went through a spate of acne and tried a number of products to get this under control. I always love a good foam, something about it makes you feel squeaky clean! And I loved the pump on this facial wash. This delivers the right amount of product and is very easy to use. That’s about the only thing I liked about this product unfortunately. I used this after removing my makeup with makeup wipes and washing my face with some warm water. The facial wash felt like any other foam but I did notice it had quite a harsh smell to it, very strong and more of a chemical based smell to it. This put me off a bit at first because I really like my skin care to not have much of a smell at all. I used my hands and lathered my face up and washed off. Unfortunately very quickly after using this my skin felt super dried out ( reminded me of that feeling when you put a face mask on and you want to stretch your skin and make the mask crack to relieve it ). I followed with a oil and moisturiser and this relieved it and went to bed. The next morning I noticed it had irritated several parts of my face which broke out in a contact type dermatitis and it was a little red (and angry). I didn’t use this again as my skin couldn’t handle this product. As I mentioned I have sensitive problematic skin so I wouldn’t recommend this to someone with very sensitive skin like myself but to someone more robust it may be ok. Because I had a reaction to it I really couldn’t say if it would have helped with the acne in the longer term. I would definitely not use again.
Tips: Perhaps if you have sensitive skin patch test this somewhere other than your face.
