I love Clinique and this moisturiser has never let me down. I tend to have quite oily skin and most moisturisers make me break out. This is the exception to the rule. It leaves my skin hydrated and not greasy. The only downside is no SPF and the price, although you do get a lot of product for the price and a little goes a long way. Ask for a tester at your Local Clinique counter, you will not be disappointed.

I think the updated formula is richer and more moisturizing, which suits my skin. It absorbs easily after my toner. The pump dispenser is great! ....no mess, no fuss. I often use this lotion in two layers - let the first layer absorb, and then apply another thin layer to extra dry patches. This gives me more longlasting hydration. Its a great summer moisturizer as its texture is quite light. It is expensive but it really does suit my summer skin. No SPF but my foundations contain sunscreen, so I don't worry too much about that.
Tips: No SPF content, so make sure if you extend this lotion use this onto your decolletage (as I do) that you layer sunscreen on top.
Can feel a little oily once on but it works well under makeup. Gives you a nice shine. Not the lightest weighted formula but does provide a moisture surge for sure.
Tips: Put on after washing face or shower and let it set before wearing make up!
I have been using Clinique make up for 20 years and love it. Unfortunately the skin care range doesn't work for my skin. I was excited to hear they had improved their DDML but after trying 2 samples in my "gift with purchase" bags I have not changed my mind. The new formula is definitely better but still doesn't provide the moisture that my skin needs. The only way I could use this would be in conjunction with their other Moisture Surge products. I really don't want to buy multiple moisturizers.
After only ever using drugstore moisturisers i decided it was time to try something more high end. I do not regret it and yes it’s more expensive but you really do get what you pay for. It’s a light creamy consistency and absorbs quickly into the skin leaving smooth and moisturised. I’d find it hard to use anything else again until my skin changes.
Tips: Let your skin dry after toning before applying moisturiser.
I was looking for a day moisturiser that wouldn't break me out, and came across a discounted Clinique set (maybe from Christmas??) in my local department store. Long story short, within a week my skin felt better, after a month, it's smooth as anything and probably the best it's been since before it went crazy in my teens! It's lightweight, not greasy at all, and goes on like a dream every morning. I personally use this on my face, neck and décolletage, and it absorbs beautifully. Component quality is top notch, frosted plastic with a pump, but looks like glass- so much lighter to travel with! The physical quantity you get in the bottle is 125ml, and using 3 pumps a day (1 face, 1 neck, 1 décolletage), it's lasting really well and will probably do me a solid 6 months of use. It's great value for the quantity and quality of the product you receive. Probably the only downside I can see is the need to add in an SPF, but then you know that going in!!
I have very dry skin amd i got this as a trai pack with the cleanser and toner.
I like that i made my skin feel so much better moist clean hydraited the list can go on. Can wait to try it with the id
I used to be a Clinique girl - loved the whole range, and particularly this moisturiser. It's calming and hydrating, melts in beautifully, and comes in good packaging with a hygienic pump dispenser. BUT - and this a biggie for me - it costs WAY more than I want (or need) to spend on a moisturiser. There are loads of other lovely, effective, equally gentle and hydrating creams out there for highly sensitive skin like mine - and for a fraction of the price (like CeraVe, Cetaphil, Aveeno, Neutrogena...) Clinique's DD does what it says, but I would use it again only if I were given it for free, and I'd recommend to a friend only if they really wanted to splurge on a moisturiser for some reason.
Tips: Use a much cheaper but just-as-good alternative!
I use Clinique dramatically different twice daily and love this product, I originally brought this in the US and have never looked back. This product is so moisturising and dries quickly leaving no residue. Would highly recommend for anyone with dry skin.
Tips: Use morning and night for best results
I recently started using this product after my mother had suggested it for my sensitive skin. I have facial eczema on my eyes and no moisturizer helped until I started to use this product.
I have been using it religiously for about a week now and my skin on my eyelids are actually getting better. If you have sensitive skin then this product is amazing.
Tips: There is no SPF protection in it so if you are using it make sure you have some sort of sun protection, mine is in the foundation I use.
