I wasn't a big fan of this product.
It centainly does remove the make-up, but as it's a rinse off formula it's best for clearing away all of your make-up at the end of the day, rather than fixing small mistakes.
I prefer other make up removers in the range. It's expensive compared to miscella water, which does the same job.
Is good at removing lipsticks that are designed for all day wear too though.
I have a liking for Clinique since I got introduced to it in the 90's. This remover comes in a blue bottle and when shaken does have bubbles in it. You don't have to shake it as it is not a dual liquid cleaner with oily after finish. It leaves a clean finish and you can reapply after as soon as the area is dry.
You are supposed to put this on a cotton pad and then wipe over. I normally tip it in my hand and smear all over my face. You could also use a brush or cotton tip to correct a mistake on your make up.
It may say for eyes but I find that eye make up remover is normally more gentle than others so I use it all over my face. I find it does have a soap quality, you can make it bubble when you rub your hands together but it doesn't feel soapy on the skin or during removal. It does a nice job of removal but waterproof does take a little longer compared with non waterproof. Pricewise this is not cheap like all Clinique products and a bonus time purchase is the best time to get which will be the only time I can afford it.
