Dettol Healthy Touch Hand Sanitiser Instant Refresh Review

I've used detol hand sanitiser for years as it's a necessity in the great outdoors when clean water is in short supply. Fast, easy, effective and gives you piece of mind when you can't wash your hands with soap regularly. The smell can become overwhelming if you are using it super regularly. And it will find any kind of cut or grazed skin on your hands and will sting!

This hand sanitizer does work really well, fights and kills most germs. Only down side to this product is that it doesn't smell very good and it leaves your hands feeling dry.

I have a small bottle of this that I was given during the height of the Covid pandemic, and it’s still not empty because I just much prefer using antibacterial wipes when I cannot wash my hands. I know that wipes produce more waste, but I much prefer the feeling of cleaning something off of my hands to putting something over the top of what is already on my hands. That said, as hand sanitisers go, the Dettol Healthy Touch instant hand sanitizer is pleasant to use and not as sticky as some other hand sanitizers. The smell is as you would expect from something that kills germs, but by far not as strong as others I’ve had to use during the pandemic. From everything I’ve read, Dettol actually kills germs as stated on the bottle, and I definitely like that it comes in a small bottle that is easy to carry around all the time. While I am not a fan of using hand sanitisers, when I need to use one, this is the one I would choose.

I love this hand sanitiser as it drys fast, has a great smell and doesn't leave your hands sticky at all. I keep one everywhere! In the car, in my handbag and most importantly at the door so I can grab it before I leave the house.
