Dove Facial Foam Go Fresh

One of the only facial cleansers that dont break me out! My skin is very sensitive and reacts with mostly every cleanser possible. I have been using this cleanser for the past few weeks and with other cleansers I would have broken out in acne by now. This is brilliant, its not very foamy however but it works, face doesnt feel like the sahara desert after i have cleansed like normal cleaners.

i love this product, it Lathers well its Inexpensive for the quality. It does not dry out the skin which is essential for me. Its also perfect for oily skin. It has a refreshing fruity fragrance. Its Sturdy and has travel friendly packaging but the lid can be a problem sometimes as it is too tight and needs a lot of pressure to unflip it.Overall it leaves skin squeaky clean and fresh and removes every trace of dirt and grime and it didn't break me out.

I kind of feel a bit "...eh" about this product. I haaaate leaving seemingly negative reviews so lets say this didnt feel great on my skin, but it could be different for you!

After using, it really made my skin feel dry and not hydrated or refreshed. I wanted to use a scoop of moisturiser to undo what I felt had stripped bare all the natural goodness that was my skin before use!

It felt nice while using, and smelt pleasant but it really wasn't for me. Sorry, Dove :(

Before I switched to natural products I was a real fan of Dove. I am a real fan of their cucumber and green tea scent as it's so refreshing to use in the morning but I also like using it at night. I definitely think the scent influenced my decision on this particular purchase. I found this face wash to foam brilliantly and the tube lasted me many months and I didn't dry out my skin as much as some other brands I have used and was suited my oily skin during the summer. However since I switched to more natural SLS free face cleansers I have had better results and I found it rather drying during winter. I won't be purchasing this anytime soon but I do think that if you like supermarket brands this is one of the better budget brands out there and it won't be as harsh on your skin as some other brands are.

I purchased this cleanser about a month ago. I'd say its nothing special, compared to others. It left my skin clean but also on occasion it made dry patches appear on my face. On the up side, it is very hydrating, inexpensive and you get a lot of product.

This was my skins worst nightmare! Made my skin break out lots and also I got a rash from it! It stung so bad!

I wasn't particularly satisfied with this product, as after using it for a while I didn't see any improvement in my skin and instead it made it feel a bit dried out. However it does smell really nice!!

I bought this product as it was on sale so I wasnt expecting much at all. I've been using it for 2.5wks now and love how refreshing it is each morning amd how soft my skin is afterwards. My skin is sensitive and I have found that i still need to moisturise really well afterwards. sadly its not helped with breakouts.

I did not get along with this product. The texture was great in that it foamed up nicely with only a little bit of product, but I just found it far too drying for my skin. It even gave me that squeaky skin feeling. I only used it in the morning post-gym on my sweaty face, and it still dried it out! I would avoid this unless you have really oily skin.

I bought this during a budget crunch. The price combined with the well respected brand giving me hope it would be a skin winner.

So what did I like? I liked the tube design, so fresh and zingy, and it foamed up well. But as for giving me the result I was hoping for - clean, comfortable skin. It didn't happen. it was so super drying, after using it my skin would feel tight and uncomfortable and I'd have to load up on moisturiser. To be fair at the time my skin was oily/combination and this product is designed for 'normal' skin, in saying that if it left oily skin dry, what would it have done if my skin was drier? Anyway, I ended up throwing it out after only using about a quarter of the tube - so it wasn't quite the cash saver I was hoping for, oops!

Definitely wouldn't repurchase or recommend. There are just as affordable, but better cleansers out there.
