Dove Facial Cleanser Deep Pure Review

I picked this up while I was out doing the last of my Christmas shopping at the warehouse, it was only $5!! who could pass that up right? I have been presently surprised at how much I have liked it, you only need a small amount as a little goes a long way with this product. I can some times have sensitive skin but this has not given me a reaction so im super happy about that. My face always feels well cleansed after using it and super soft! I was expecting there to be little micro type balls in it but its actually just a smooth cream. I didn't find it drying but I try not to put to much on face as a little goes a long way. I have already recommended this to my teenage sister and another friend! Overall I would happily buy this again.

I picked this up at the Warehouse because they had a special on this, something like 2 tubes for $8. I use this as part of my daily routine because I just feel naked without having something to wash my face with and it was there and it was on special, good. It has a creamy texture that you simply squeeze onto your finger and then mix into a lather in your hand, then wash your face with it. I do like that you only need a little pea sized amount to wash with and it lathers up nicely. This product cleans my face well and doesn't cause any irritation or redness on my sensitive skin either. Overall this is a great value product in packaging that lasts a good while.

A simple, affordable cleanser that leaves your skin feeling squeeky clean. I like the foamy lather it makes on my face as i work into it, as it leaves me feeling refreshed. Surprisingly, although my face felt clean and tightened afterwards, it didn’t really dry out my skin.

I wouldn’t mind using this again. I prefer to use it as a morning cleanser. I think this is a good substitute for the more pricey cleansers once in a while.

The downside of this cleanser would be the cap, which doesn’t seem to close. Therefore, I have to leave it with the cap open.

Absolutely love this. My favourite face wash ever I can’t not use it, it keeps my skin clear and fresh. It doesn’t dry my skin out or break me out. I would definitely recommend to anyone with sensitive skin as well since it doesn’t agitate.

i have oily skin and i love this foam wash very much ,it foams up very rich and nicely , it cleans pores very well and all the oiliness were gone ,it does not make my face feel super tight or dry after washing ,and it soothes the redness as well .

I used this product on holiday when I left my toilet bag at home and needed something to get me through for a few days. It was cheap at $5 from Countdown and the packaging wasn't too big and bulky so ideal for travel. I was impressed by how thoroughly it cleansed, stripping all traces of the day away, including makeup. It was thick and lathered very well so only a small amount was needed. It did irritate my skin a bit though and I found it to be quite drying. Not ideal for my aging skin but would probably work well for acne prone or oily skin.

I remember hating this. It left my skin dry and squeaky clean which I hated. Dove is nice, heaps of great products, but I've never like their cleansers.
