I love sheet masks and managed to get a few different ones of these in the Vault. Thanks BR. I like the foil packaging, it looks high end to me and is easy to tear open.
Instructions are laid out clearly on the back. The mask itself is gold which is pretty cool. It was easy to unfold and not dripping with too much product. I liked it didn't have any silly layers I needed to peel off. Simply place on your face and adjust....easy.
It fit my face well and stayed put the whole time. The outside of the mask felt quite dry, however when I peeled it off there was a lot of product left on my face which I gently massaged in. It was sticky for a bit but thankfully dried down....I hate a sticky face!
I have dry skin and this definitely gave me a burst of hydration. My face felt incredibly soft and supple. It did not break me out at all or cause any irritation. The next day I noticed it was still soft and my foundation glided on beautifully. As for the wrinkles it softened the ones around my eyes but I think you would need to use this regularly for better results.
Overall this is a lovely mask and I am slowly working my way through the range so I can pick my favourites.
As far as masks go this one is good, but not anything wow.
It feels a bit fancy with the mask itself being gold, and it is completely saturated in product, so it's certainly one of those really wet sheet masks, which is great because you feel like you've got plenty of product on your skin. I used the excess in the packet on my arms and legs. After having the mask on about 15-20 minutes I removed the mask and let the product soak in on its own. My skin felt hydrated and had a nice glow to it. The next morning my skin still felt reasonable hydrated.
I would think like all masks you've got to use them a couple of times a week, ongoing to see any differences in skin tone and lines/wrinkles, so as a one off it felt great and gave my skin a boost of hydration - but it wasn't a stand out from the other brands
