I tried a sample of this and I was pleasantly surprised. This was the first Dr LeWinns product I have tried, as I see it as a brand for a more mature age group than my own. Before I opened it I expected it to be a typical moisturiser for an older age group: heavy, greasy, and very fragranced. I am happy to say that I was wrong on all counts.
Rather than being greasy or heavy, it's a light cream with quite a thin texture. It smooths easily into my skin and sinks in nicely. The scent is also a nice subtle plant sort of smell - nothing overpowering or too rich.
Despite being light, I use this as a night cream as it does not contain SPF. It also has lots of lovely anti-aging things in it including caviar extract (!!!) and various hydration complexes.
In summary, I really liked this and will consider repurchasing when I need a new night cream. I'm also keen to try out more products from Dr LeWinns!
The cream comes in a clear plastic jar with gold lid and purple top, It has a very impressive dispenser system, all I have to do is press down on both sides of the pump lid and the cream just comes out. I love this, it not only helps me get just the amount of cream I need without any air getting into this cream nice and hygienic, no sticking sticks or fingers into it.
The packaging does look a little deceptive, as the size of the jar makes it look like there is more cream in there than there actually is, a smaller container sitting in a larger one. The cream is infused with Snap-8, caviar extract and many other goodies to help reduce wrinkles. A very faint scent of seaweed comes with this thin light yellow cream that's light and quickly absorbed. I've noticed my skin feels soft to the touch and smooth, my skin tone is more even, the cream doesn't contain SPF.
I cleanse then use two pumps of this light weight heavy duty wonder, no irritation or tingling when I use this. I've not had any visible improvements in my wrinkles, but I liked it enough to buy some more in this range. A product that does a great job, value for sure.
