Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream review

I use this as a hand cream. I only need a little dollop and my hands feel nice and moisturised. I also really enjoy the light scent, this is a hand cream I keep re-purchasing.

I started using EA 8h cream on my lips almost 20 years ago - when I first used Accutane for acne. I’ve since then tried pretty much every lip balm on the market, but there just isn’t anything else as good. The bonus is that it can be used on dry cuticles, chapped skin, heels etc.

This stuff has always been used in my family. It does what it says it does, its a magic cream and a tube lasts for AGES! The only thing i don't like is the smell, its nostalgic but also kind of makes me ill. I recently purchased the fragrance free version but it still had the distinctive EOC smell which if you can ignore the scent then the benefits of this are worth every penny! Also the lip balm version of this is amazing and I have one for every room of the house

What a miracle worker, I get really chapped lips especially in winter and I only use this twice and they end up healed. Use it everywhere thats chapped and cracked.

It’s so good even Prince Harry uses it (Google that - it’s a hilarious story!) From parched lips, dry heels, bites, scratches, dry patches Elizabeth Arden's 8 Hour Cream (more like a balm really) has lasted the test of time (my grandmother used it!) and it is a staple in my handbag.

I got this cream as a gift, and i wasn’t sure how i was going to use it because i don't have any severely dry skin areas.

The only area i could think of using it on was the bottom of my feet after every shower i applied the cream & wore socks it hydrated them nicely! So i used it as a heel balm.

It doesn't say on the packaging that it can be used as such, but it is made for very dry/cracked skin.

The cream does have a yellow color to it which can stain your socks if they are white so do not wear white socks when using this cream.

The cream does have a herby smell to it, which I wasn’t a fan off it quite strong. Reminded me of zaatar which is a herb. But otherwise the product works great!

What is this magic? Literally works wonders on dry patches, on cuts, on burns, on grazes, on lips, on hands, on anything and everything. It’s one of those products that you can’t help but buy/use over and over . An incredible all rounder !! 10/10

I absolutely love this product! I occasionally get very dry patches of skin around my eyes and have always suffered from dry lips. I usually use this at night time before bed or anytime my lips need a hydration boost. Come morning any very dry areas are no longer flakey or rough - they're smooth to the touch making my morning routine and makeup application a lot easier. I really liked that you dont have to continually apply this product multiple times on one day to get rid of that tight/dry skin feeling once is enough. Although it doesn't have an added fragrance the smell reminds me of rosemary/thyme which I dont mind but if this is something that you wouldn't like you could try the fragrance free version.
