I picked this one up at the annual Elizabeth Arden Sale . Along with two other products from this same line. I have large pores with fine lines appearing everywhere. I believe good skin is based on a good foundation of skincare .
Packaging comes in a silver tube nothing fancy going on here. Consistency is whipped like a soft mousse with a slight pearlescent sheen. Scent reminds me of an expensive perfume . Before hand I like to dampen my skin. I do this every time I cleanse . It goes on softly smoothly . I like to leave this on for a a minute while I’m in the shower , and wash my hair or shave . I rinse it off to find my skin feeling fresh . What I like is that it doesn’t dry my skin out . I still have hydration .
This makes me feel ready to start my day . It’s a luxury cleanser and I prefer to use this in the mornings only . I use my cheaper one at night just to make it go further . My skin is honestly at its best it’s ever been in a long time . I believe this Superstart Set I have is the reason for it . I would happily buy it again in the near future.
I purchased this after being away in Australia in the middle of summer- I had forgotten how the hot sweaty weather can wreck havoc on your skin. I haven’t had a decent breakout like this since my teenage years. On a whim I decided to try this- and I was impressed. It’s a white cream- that your smear over a dry face first and leave for a minute and then add water and lather it up. Pleasant smelling and easy to use - although I usually wet my hands to apply my cleanser so I kept forgetting with this one that you need dry hands. My skin was cleared up with in 2 weeks. It removed my makeup as well although it probably says on it don’t put it near your eyes because it does sting a little like soap does! I was impressed and will definitely keep using this. My skin feels soft, smooth and clear.
