EOS Lip Balm

Unfortunately for me, the packaging is about the only thing I liked about this product. Sure it looks cute, and the scents are lovely. After about 5 uses it started to resemble a nipple (a great joke among my friends) but I found it super thing, didn't live up to the hype. I found myself feeling like Miley when I reapplied (which was often, I didn't feel like it lasted long) Once it gets low, it gets progressively harder to apply, I ended up having to use a brush, and that's way too much effort for this lazy beauty addict.

I was very lucky to receive this little gem as part of my secret santa christmas present - thanks ss for introducing me to such a fantastic product!

And..its quickly become the only lip balm I reach for these days. Now I know why they have a huge following, as I'm left wanting more now!.

I was gifted the mint EOS lip balm, which is a lovely, fun mint green in it's typical and different egg shape. It's definitely a different shape than most lip balms, but you quickly get used to it - and it becomes somewhat of a novelty to use!

What I absolutely love about this is the mint smell and taste on my lips. It's heavenly. I'm a huge mint fan and this just is so delicious and the best smelling lip balm I have ever tried.

The formula is just right, it easily glides over your lips and is non-sticky. This is a definite plus for me, as I'm really not a fan of sticky lip balms or glosses.

This lip balm, is so gentle and hydrating on my lips. I tend to get dry lips which sometimes reacts to different products. But, this formula is perfect, it gives much needed moisture to my lips and makes them feel silky soft.

I find by using this regularly my lips are so much less dry. When I use lipsticks now my lips seem to look so much better, as they don't show small cracks of feathering.

So, overall this is a wonderful product. Not only is it cute, it smells awesome and is so hydrating.

I will definitely be buying other flavours in the future. Five stars from me!

They're expensive to buy but the packaging is soo cute and they are quite big. I love the smell of the melon and the strawberry ones! they are really quite thick and moisturizing, i just love the feeling of these on my lips. my lips feel soft for a good amount of time, although im just constantly using it because it smells so good x

I wasn't prepared to adore this as much as I do. I'd seen people raving about the EOS Lip Balm on the forums and I've thought 'whatever' - but then heard they were being sold in a shop near where I live, and was on a shopping spree day, and ended up with one. Since then I've applied it approximately 417 times, whether or not I need it, because it's so darn cute that I just like using it all the time.

I got this for $8.50 at Martha's Backyard (American import store in Auckland) and there were a range of flavours on offer. I opted for Passionfruit, as it's one of my favourite scents, but quite rare to find in a product.

The EOS Passionfruit Lip Balm is a gorgeous pastel lilac, and comes in a short, squat pottle that is shaped like an egg that has had the top and bottom sliced off, and the side squished in. It's roughly golf ball sized - can be tucked into the palm of your hand - but is super easy to find in your handbag, which I *love*.

You twist it open to reveal a ball of hard gloss, that is an opaque creamy yellow. The ball sits above the edge of the container in a rounded, protruding hump. That sounds really unglamorous, but it actually looks quite cool.

Because of the unique ball shape you can purse your lips and swipe then entire thing over your mouth once. If you can stop at once you have more will power than me though, because this smells and tastes gorgeous - kinda vanilla but also the passionfruit and a sexy hint of something deeper. You'll lick it off your lips and want to reapply it, trust me.

Is this the thickest, most hydrating lip balm in the world? No. It's the cutest, and among the best smelling, but it's not ultra hydrating and probably isn't going to change your life. But it's light, pretty, fun, and I can see myself using it up and buying more, which I can't always say about lipbalm - and I'm pretty sure I've literally tried them all. It'll impart a pretty shine and nice feeling while it's on your lips, and alongside the other aforementioned benefits, I love it :) Add in to that the fact that they are 100% natural and full of goodness, and it's a pretty attractive package !

I haven't tried every flavor but I tried about 4 and sweet mint is the one I will never let go of it! It's super moisturizing and doesn't go greasy. The packaging is cute and the flavor isn't artificial unlike some other lip balm.

The reason I love the sweet mint flavor is because the freshness feeling it gives your lips. :-)

I seriously love these so much. I own 6 different ones and love each one. The formula is great and smells so freaking delicious it's unreal.

I guess the packaging is slightly awkward compared to the normal lip balm packaging but it doesn't bother me. Probably because it's cute and I like anything cute.

These are super moisturising and leave my lips feeling soft for ages. I use them in the morning and at night which has helped me a lot since I've started wearing lipsticks on an almost daily basis.

I actually really liked this product. It was easy to find in my large handbag, it went on good and made my lips feel amazing. It was so easy to use until you got down to the last bit. I also like that my toddler couldn't figure out how to open it

I picked this up when I was in the States, stood in a long queue at Walmart waiting to pay for the bargain of the century! It was winter over there and my lips were feeling a little dry. This was waving at me from the check-out. Even though I knew I had (too) many lip balms at home, it was only a couple of dollars so back to NZ it came with me!

I got the pink striped one which is coconut milk flavour. Which is deeeeelicous! I liked the shape and application of this balm but did find it was a bit difficult to use and keep clean near the end of the balm. It is also hard to get all the balm out at the end without pulling the packaging apart. I applied it generous and it would keep my lips moisturised for a couple of hours (which is standard for me) I kept this one at home on the coffee table so I use it a couple of times in the evening. It has lasted me over nine months so is great value.

Although it's not my favourite lip balm I would definitely use it again. That's if I ever get through my hoard of lip balms, or I'm stuck in a long queue at Walmart again!

The best part of EOS lip balms are their incredible flavours. They come in such a vast range that there is sure to be something everyone will enjoy! My personal favourites are the honeysuckle honeydew, summer fruit (an all-time classic), and pomegranate raspberry. I love the tastes of these and can't seem to stop applying them. The other fun thing about EOS lip balms are their fun packaging! They come in so many different colours and the round shape really sets them apart from other lip balms in a way that makes them fun to use. However, as a lip balm I found that they weren't as effective at healing dry lips than others. As such, I only tend to use them if my lips are not dry just to add a bit of flavour to them. If this is what you use them for rather than treating chapped lips, then EOS lip balms are incredible!
