After having trialed this over the week I can say that this is definitely a family favourite now, and I will be looking out for it at the supermarket. The body wash comes in a generously sized bottle which will last a family a fair while. It's also got a pump application which makes it easy for everyone to use and makes it hygienic. The Manuka Sensitive body wash comes out as a clear liquid and quickly lathers up to a nice, gentle foam. It has a sweet and luxurious smelling body wash and makes shower time an experience. I love that it's made in NZ and doesn't contain anything nasty. Ideal for kids and something that they can use on themselves at shower or bath time.

Reviews
I was lucky enough to get onto a Beauty Review trial team, and was sent a bottle of Essano Adore Body Wash with Jasmine & Fig.
It's a full sized, generous 445ml bottle with a pump applicator that makes it really easy to dispense the perfect amount of body wash onto a shower pouf, without wasting any product, although the dark brown plastic bottle does make it a little bit hard to see how much product is left if the bottle, unless you hold it up to a window or light.
The smell of Adore body wash is not what I was expecting. I did expect Jasmine & Fig, so I was thinking that it would be quite a sweetly scented body wash with maybe the heady undertones of Jasmine that you tend to smell on a hot summer's night, but boy, was I wrong! I find the scent of this to be quite masculine, it has a very musky, almost smokey smell that isn't bad, it just took a little while to get used to, as it was completely opposite to what I expected.
I find that the scent of Essano Adore Body Wash tends to linger on my skin for hours after rinsing it off and I even get little whiffs of it the next morning. I find that a few pumps onto my shower pouf provides a nice lather, but I wouldn't describe the lather as rich or luxurious, it does foam nicely and is very gentle on my skin.
The best thing about this body wash is that it's free from parabens, sulphates, silicones, phthalates, ethoxylates, PEGs, PPGs, GMOs, mineral oils, and animal testing. So, there's no nasty stuff that goes into Essano's body washes. It's also contains certified organic Rosehip Oil, along with active mountain botanicals, which are then infused with the scent of Jasmine & Fig.
I doubt that I'd buy a bottle of Adore Body Wash with Jasmine & Fig, purely because the scent wasn't what I was expecting, but I am keen to try "Bliss" with Frangipani & Paw Paw, once I run out of this one, just to see what that scent is like.
Tips: Use it on a shower pouf to get a nice lather.
Update - 24/05/2017: I've been using this body wash for a week and now the pump has stopped working properly. It's so frustrating! I can still get the body wash out the bottle, as the pump does depress, the problem is that it then gets stuck and won't come up again. I have to try juggling the bottle in one hand, shower pouf in the other, and try to manually pull up the pump while dispensing product. Not easy when I'm standing in a shower.
I've had to take points off my inital Review for this, as this is not the first time an Essano product has had a faulty pump. I bought their gentle foaming face wash and had a faulty pump in that bottle, too.
I doubt I'll be purchasing a bottle of their "Bliss" variant, as it seems like there is definitely a problem with Essano's pump bottle packaging.
Second update - 15/06/2017: After contacting Essano's marketing team about their faulty packaging, Essano have sent me a replacement bottle of the "Adore" Body Wash and asked me to send the faulty bottle back to them, so that they can test the packaging and try to find out what the problem is. Essano paid for and arranged courier pick-up of the faulty bottle, all I had to do was sit around waiting for the courier to arrive. Thanks for the replacement body wash, Essano, and for being willing to take back and test the faulty product to find a solution. It shows that customer feedback is valued and is important to you.
I just Adore this body wash!! And it's made in NZ so fantastic. I love that it is free of the nasties like parabens, sulphates etc. And these days I do read what the ingredients are in the products I'm putting on my skin, and why would you put something questionable on your skin when there are lovely products such as this on the market that do the job just as well. I am a rosehip oil fan so was thrilled to be trialling a body wash made from rosehip oil. This body wash lathers well so I felt I covered my body using a couple of pumps (I'm not one that uses a cloth) and felt this body wash worked well in my hands. I so agree with what they have written on the bottle, your skin feeling soft, refreshed and nourished. My skins doesn't feel stripped of moisture so I'd say gentle on the skin. I've got dry skin and this body wash has a moisturising effect perfect for my type of skin.
Tips: I see they have a range of body washes I'm keen to give them all a try!
Due to having sensitive skin I'm always on the look out for well formulated body washes that don't contain SLS or ALS so I was thrilled when I saw what Essano had to offer and at such a great price too!
This body wash is great value for 445 ml! One or two pumps from the bottle is all you need to lather up on a shower puff to do your whole body, so it will last a long time.
It has a very light, fresh, gentle scent that is just enough to make you smile, relax and say "time to wash the day away" (or for those ladies that shower in the morning "wake up sleepy head") without the exclamation marks that body washes tend to have with their sharp, powerful (often artificial) scents.
It left me feeling clean, refreshed and my skin moisturised afterwards. There was no lingering after scent too once it had been washed off.
Tips: Bed Bath and Beyond sell the best shower puffs. You can often get them on special for around $2 and they last for ages. They lather up any body wash you choose to use really well. Unfortunately their choice of colours is limited.
Essano Calm Manuka Honey Sensitive Body Wash has been a nice trial to undertake. I always enjoy trying new products available at the supermarket, which could potentially become a regular item in my routine. This body wash comes in an economical size bottle with a good quality pump. You could reuse the bottle for other things if so inclined. The liquid is a very light greeny yellow and is somewhat runny, compared to others which can be gloopy. In the shower I found I needed a full squirt to generate lather for most of my body, which seemed normal. The lather is very nice and silky. It's easy to create the lather whether using your hands or a shower scrubber. The body wash does not seem to strip my skin of oils, and doesn't feel tight afterwards. It's easy to wash off and doesn't leave a residue. The only failure of this wash was the fragrance. It's a nice light and gently floral smell, but once you've made the initial lather the smell becomes very faint. I do like the smell, I just wish there was more of it. In this trial my husband also participated and his comments were that he liked the way it lathered but preferred the incumbent body wash which had a more lingering floral scent. In conclusion, it's a good product but for this house we'll normally get something with a stronger fragrance.
Tips: You'll like this if you enjoy a natural type body wash with a light scent.
I have never been big on body wash - mainly because they can be bit 'heavy', thick consistency and mostly always leave a soapy residue. But not this little gem of a product!
Essano Coconut oil body wash comes in an elegant looking bottle. It has a sleek dispenser which is very easy to use. The consistency is just right - not too thick and is very easy to apply and wash off. I especially love how there is no residual soapiness after shower! The mild coconut and frangipani fragrance is pleasant and very refreshing and also subtle = which adds to the whole experience of luxuriant cleansing. The essano coconut body wash is also lightly moisturizing which is very handy as on some nights I'd skip applying body moisturizer after shower and my skin still felt nicely smooth and hydrated = that can be mainly because it contains coconut oil = which is organic too! Essano coconut bliss body wash is sustainably sourced from the Pacific, made in NZ, free from all the nasties like paraben, sulphate and soap. Whats not to love!
I love, love, love this body wash!! Just had to get that out first................................
I was very lucky to be chosen to review the Adore Rosehip Oil Repairing Body Wash with Jasmine & Fig - beautiful.
The bottle is a very good size, I love the colour and the branding/writing, very cute and stands out. I love that it is made in good ole NZ and is free from nasties, very important to me.
The pump is easy to use, dispenses a good amount - it is fairly runny as it is more of an oil than a cream but that's ok as it is in a pump so you don't have to worry about tipping too much out.
I actually used this first time in the bath instead of the shower and OMG the smell firstly is divine, it made the whole bathroom smell sooooo good - my 4 year old daughter even commented on how nice is smelt :) I think I pumped 3 pumps into the bath while it was running and that was plenty. As soon as I hopped into the water the body wash coated my skin and it immediately felt softer! Really, it was actually quite amazing how it made my skin feel straight way! I could smell it on my skin and it still felt so soft for hours after I got out of the bath, a wonder product for me.
I have also used it in the shower and it is fantastic, you only need probably 2 pumps, it doesn't lather quite as much as most body washes, probably due to the fact that it doesn't have the usual chemicals etc in it, but as it is more of an "oil" rather than a cream it doesn't matter.
I am sold on this product - even my partner loves it and wants to buy it :) This is definitely on my list to buy when this bottle runs out (which I think will be a while away, so it's definitely value for money).
Brilliant product!!! Can't say enough positives about it! :)
Tips: Nope, just use it lavishingly!!
To start off, I really like the packaging of the body wash. I'm a true lover of big pump bottles as I think they're super convenient and last a lot longer due to the size. Unfortunately when this product arrived to me it had leaked, but I can't be sure whether this was a packaging issue or just a not-so-gentle courier driver. The body wash itself is a clear, gel-type consistency. I think it's really nice, it lathers up quite well and a little bit does go a long way. It had quite a gentle scent which I think is great as I don't really like to be overwhelmed by the smell of a body wash, it's sort of a gentle rose smell which I quite enjoy. Although I didn't find this body wash to be any more moisturising than any other normal body wash, which is technically claims to be (lightly moisturising is what the bottle says), it didn't strip my already very dry skin, which I see as a bonus. All in all I would definitely repurchase this body wash! It's nice and simple and I found it really nice to use.
I was really excited when chosen to trail this body wash. The first thing that caught my eye was the bottle, the body wash comes in a good sized 445ml bottle with a pump making it very easy to use and you don't have to worry about tipping too much product out.
I trailed the coconut, frangipani and paw paw body wash. It has a devine scent which is sweet smelling but not too overpowering. The consistency is quite running however it lathers up really nicely. I find it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth, and it doesn't cause dryness or irritation like many other body washes I have tried.
Overall this is a lovely body wash and I will consider purchasing to use as my regular body wash.
This is a lovely body wash with an easy pump that lets you get just the right amount of clear gel from the pretty brown bottle. I think the colouring is well done to have the brand in gold to stand out and the suttle white writting tells more with the bold colour on the bottom if your in a hurry to pick.
I wouldn't have picked it by the name or by the smell either but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. I'm normally not a fan of anything floral it puts me off.
The scent wasn't to over whelming and didn't hang around to long either. It made my skin feel soft and bubbled up well.
Looking forward to trying the other ones when this runs out
