essano Clear Complexion Oil Control Moisturiser Review

I love a moisturiser that soaks in really fast because I don't have time in the morning to wait to apply my makeup, and this product does just that. It's super lightweight and smells nice but isn't overly fragrant. Sometimes I find that moisturisers trigger my face to produce oil but since this product is an oil control one I am still dry and oil-free even hours later. My skin is naturally very oily so this product helped me a lot but if someone has dry skin it may dry theirs out. A little product goes a VERY long way so the tube should last quite a while. Overall I am very happy with this moisturiser and it definitely has helped reduce my oil and breakouts.

This is such a beautiful range especially for oily or acne prone skin. I trialed it on my teenager and myself as I have an oily T zone antd I love the organic natural and botanical ingredients and also that it's made in New Zealand. The success lies in the supermarket mass marketing which is great for such a natural product.

The moisturiser smells beautiful like caramel or marzipan I'm not sure. It absorbs so quickly I can't feel anything no residue at all and quite a few times I moisturised twice as I felt like I hadn't. It's a great for under makeup to control shine or oil, and it contains pro-biotics which sounds innovative! It's not very moisturizing but it definitely helps with oil control and to make skin feel purified and healthy. This made my son's skin look smooth and soft and after a few days of using this range his pimples had all vanished!

I love the fact that it is a bioDTox which means it's clinically proven to control sebum, detoxify and clean pores. Not only is it all natural but it's dermatological tested, free of nasties such as paraben silicone and is cruelty free!

This was literally a party on my face. I love it, I love it, I LOVE IT. If you are a disgusting oil slick such as I, you will die and rise again when using this product. Dries FAST, need minimal amounts, moisturisesthe skin while drying off the oil! It’s magic!! You get a large amount of product considering the amount you actually use per use. Have hit the jackpot with this product!

I really love this one! It comes in really cute and simply packaging. Love the colours. The smell of this product is delicious, so natural and sweet. It has a perfect consistency, just like any moisturiser. It applies well, you only need a small amount, so I’m sure it’s going to last a while. The only downside to this moisturiser is that it doesn’t have an SPF. I tend to use this one at night, and an SPF one during the day. My skin is noticeably less oily in the morning and I do believe that this product is an essential part of my routine.

This is probably one of my favourite moisturisers I have come across. 95.69% of the ingredients are of natural origin, it's cruelty free and made in NZ!

It has a really nice smell kind of like a subtle banana scent. It feels fresh when applied, and soaks in fast leaving skin nice a hydrated and yet it soaks up oil at the same time. It is amazing! The texture is somewhere between a cream and a gel. It has become such a staple in my routine, I love this moisturiser and will continue to use it and will probably buy more!

This is my new fave moisturizer hands down.! It make my skin so smooth and hydrated. It smoothed out all of my dry skin and didn't feel to thick which I'm not a fan of super thick moisturizer.

I think that after using the toners and cleansers the moisturizer just sunk into my skin so lovely.

I use this also before bed sometimes or before applying foundation.

I love this moisturiser! I have really oil skin and have found it difficult to find a decent moisturiser that doesnt make my skin more oily! Its super lightweight and keeps my face moisturised all day.

Aleyah (15) has loved using the Essano Clear Complexion range. This moisturiser has seriously helped with her crazy hormonal skin.

Her skin is no longer super oily and red. Breakouts are minimal now.

Again no scent, a slim easy to squeeze tube , could be a little bigger , soaks in nicely keeping her skin hydrated throughout the day.

I would prefer it have a spf as well as Teens can be terrible at protecting their faces from the sun.

I think this product is the star of the show , very calming and soothing. Aleyahs skin has improved so much and we've tried so many for her skin , most just agrivated it.

I love how this range is organic.

The moisturiser helps to make my skin feel nice and hydrated while moisturising and controlling oil. I have sensitive skin and it hasn’t made me break out or react which is good!

It doesn’t really have a smell to it so it is good for sensitive skin as some perfumes can be irritating.

A little goes a long way and it soaks quite quickly into my skin.

I definitely will keep using this!

Was dubious as so many other oil control or mattifying moisturisers ( and I have a cupboard full of them) really do nothing for my oilslick of a face but this product really helped control my oil! I get hot,sweaty and oily at my work and usually a few hours in feel like I need to shower my face! With this product I really felt it was the most under control my oil production has ever been. Well priced and will definitely buy again,
