essano Collagen Boost Overnight Mask Reviews

I have been using this for around a month and i love how it makes my skin feel. It is a creamy moisturiser like mask and applys so smoothly. My skin feels soft after application and still nice and soft and hydrated in the morning.

Heavy duty hydration and perfect for dry skin. I like the price and also that it's available at the supermarket.

I’ve had this in the cupboard for some time and end up using it once in while as a bit of a treatment. I’m not sure if does a huge amount more than a night cream but it’s nice for a change. The pottle says to use up to 3x a week so I was a little unsure if it was going to irritate or not but it’s been fine. The consistency is very similar to a heavy night moisturiser and although it’s a mask it’s not the kind of gel based watery jelly-ish texture I normally think of as a mask. The mask colour is caramel and has a really nice gentle fragrance and a plus it comes in a glass bottle instead of plastic. I use a full fingertip amount and it glides on smoothly. Whilst it sinks in to the skin it feels a little cool with quite an oily and rich feeling. Overnight my skin is softer but that’s probably about it. I guess if you had really dry skin you might love this more than me but as I’m a little oily I’m pretty hydrated already. I might buy this again if it was on sale but I’d probably seek out a different product when it’s run out.

I didn't really know what to except with this product, as I hadn't heard of it before and got it in a beauty vault. However, I really like essano products, so was keen to give this a go. As stated by a lot of the other reviews, I was surprised at how small the pot was judging by the size of the box it came in. Having said that, you do only need to use a small amount each time, as it is a lovely thick cream. The mask absorbs nicely into the skin and does make it feel lovely and soft. Though, I haven't noticed any other effects of the mask other than the fact that it is moisturising. I'm a bit disappointed that I haven't noticed more effects, but it is still a lovely product to use if you're looking for a thick night cream to use a few times a week.

I picked this up in the Vault.  Essano products have been a bit of a hit or miss for me. I have not tried many overnight masks at all so I was keen to try this out.

It comes in the standard pink Essano packaging. I feel like the box is complete overkill compared to the size of the pottle inside. Seems really unnecessary. The mask itself comes in an attractive glass amber pot with a screw on lid.

It has a nice subtle scent and a lovely thick consistency. A little definitely goes a long way with this. I have sensitive skin and got no irritation or stinging at all. It sinks into my skin well and dries down, there is no greasy or sticky feeling.

The next morning my skin looks nice and hydrated. Any dry spots I had look much better. It doesn't give me any breakouts. Overall it is a lovely overnight mask but I'm not sure it does anything that my regular night cream doesn't do.

As an overnight mask, this is just fine. It's probably my least favourite of the essano products. My skin kept its hydration overnight, and maybe was slightly more bouncy after 2 weeks of use, but I've had more noticeable effects with other masks. What was most annoying was it was a tiny tiny bottle compared to the packaging. The packaging definitely seemed overkill. The mask is nice overall and a soothing thick consistency, but I would just use a night cream or a more boosting overnight mask instead.

I got this from the beauty vault (thank you beauty review!) and was excited to try this. On the box it says to use 3 times a week max and I thought that it might have some acid solution that will help with hyperpigmentarion or wrinkles. I applied this and it smells nice. The standard essano smell is lovely. It's quite thick but I noticed i needed to use quite a bit to cover the face. It also takes a while to dry down. When I woke up in the morning my face did appear more brighter which was a nice surprise. I didn't notice any changes in wrinkles or hyperpigmentation so was disappointed with that. Overall a night cream would do the same job? I don't think I would shell out thr money for this. Also small size so only a few applications are in there. I don't love it but I don't hate it. It's just meh.

As far as it's claims of boosting elasticity, resilience and firmness, I remain unconvinced. However, it is a lovely product, totally appropriate to use a couple times a week instead of your usual overnight moisturizer. Product is a thick consistency and goes quite far so use sparingly. I'm terrible at that so have been using on my throat and decolletage also. The smell is not gross but also not devious. It's a but of a meh product. I'll certainly use the whole container but would buy it myself.
