A few ladies at my work have been raving about collagen serums. I was sceptical at first, so bought this in a trail pack and i am converted! I use this at night and use a bit extra prior to dermarolling-and i will never go back! Made in nz with wholesome ingredients. So not only does it work, but its New Zealand made! 100% recommend.

Tips: Few extra drops during derma roll days helps my skin to produce extra collagen.
This serum comes in a great pump bottle perfect way to get products I love pumps as it means your not having to scoop the product.
I’m not a fan the brown and gold packaging how ever Does give it a natural look and it’s handy that you can see how much is left.
The smell is not overwhelming it’s not greasy and absorbed into the skin remember to put your moisturiser over to trap the product and get the boosted effectiveness from the product.
Responsible price and bargain when it’s on sale
I love the Essano brand products, and as they're supermarket handy and a good price, I grabbed this to try without thinking about it much.
This serum has a nice silly texture and is quite thin, kind of like a lotion. It feels soothing slathering this on and absorbs well and reasonably quickly. It has that mild rosehip scent as with most Essano products.
I do notice that this serum helps smooth my frown lines, and generally brighten my skin.
The only problem that I had with this product is that when I neared the end of the contents of the bottle, the last bit is really stuck in there. I feel that it's a significantly amount of waste of you don't dig it out..
Really like this serum and the price isn't bad so will probably repurchase at some stage.
I started using this a couple of weeks ago, my skin can be very sensitive but this has given me only good feels. A little goes a long way, 2 pumps is more than enough.
I got this as part of my first beauty haul (thanks Beauty Review) and loved it straight away. I alternate between using a serum and Rosehip oil at night under my moisturiser. The pump on top of this glass jar is ideal for dispensing just the right amount of serum. At first sight it doesnt look very nice but being made of natural plant based ingredients its understandable. I have only used this a few times and every time I have my skin has looked lovely and fresh the next day. I normally pay $50 for my serum so I’m pretty excited to have found one that is less than half of that.
Tips: A little goes a long way so just one pump should dispense the perfect amount
I was lucky to be able to grab this during the last vault. I'm always excited to try new products that are available at the supermarket as one of my preferred product criteria is that it has to be easy to find. So.... my findings.... Nice little glass bottle and a somewhat brittle lid. If I drop the lid I think it will break. The pump seems to work overly well, in that I only need 1 squirt, and it comes out very fast. In order that I don't squirt it all over the bathroom, I put the nozzle right into my palm and then squeeze.
Appearance - others have commented on this - the appearance of this serum is not very pretty - something like what you might squeeze out of a pimple - grey/beige and oily. This doesn't bother me per se, but it will put some people off.
Scent - I love the rosey scent
Texture and rubbing in - it's like mayonnaise or another oily sauce! It rubs in easily and disappears - this is a good thing, many creams and serums just seem to sit on top of the skin and go slimy when wetted.
So... here's why I might not buy it again. ... I can't get it near my eyes or they water till I wash it off. On first use I put it around my eye area and cheekbones. My eyes started watering excessively. I thought that I must have got some near the corner of my eyes and it went inside. Ended up washing it off. Next night I was careful to avoid my eyes but the same thing happened. Next night I put it on and under my cheekbones, nowhere near my eyes, same thing happened.
Next night I put it only on my neck & decolletage - no problem!
In conclusion, perhaps this is not for people who are sensitive to fragrance, as I estimate that it's the fragrance that caused my eyes to water. I really love it for the fragrance and the fact that I can use something very moisturisey in the place that is supposed to need good quality moisture to prevent aging.
Tips: Try it out carefully if you are sensitive to highly fragranced products.
I purchased this in the Vault. My skin seems to be aging rapidly and it's really scaring me. I didn't read reviews until it was on it's way...
Most people said it balls up . And I didn't think twice about it. But now I see why..
It smells like xantham gum, which to me smells like gelatine. Very slight floral fragrance , super light though. The colour is a peach nude. And it flies out of the little pump bottle.
It's very easy to pump out, just cup your hand haha , cause it comes out at lightening speed.
A slim easy to use 30ml amber glass bottle with black pump top and clear cap. Take it anywhere it's small enough. ONLY use one pump , two pumps cause extra balling (looks like you've got skin peeling off and it's rolled up into balls on your face) Since it just piles up onto your skin does that mean the product still penetrates your skin?
I've found the best way to use this product is at night . Cleanse, tone, collagen repair then I oil up my face , with Rosehip Oil
I cannot wear it during the day under my neutrogena wrinkle repair or I can't apply my foundation onto my face. A flaky mess!! However it does leave my face , neck, hands and arms soft if used at night. And wait atleast 15 minutes before applying something over top.
It does work, there's just tricks to using it. After this bottle I may repurchase. Not seeing any plumping results yet .
Tips: One pump only and apply at night
I got this product in a beauty vault. It comes in a dark glass bottle with a pump dispenser. I really like the dispenser because it dispenses the perfect amount of cream for my liking.
I love the feel of the cream on my skin. It feels really smooth and smells lovely. I apply it to my skin following cleansing and prior to either a day or night cream. Whilst I love the feel and it makes my skin feel nice and smooth, I haven't seen any real difference in my fine lines and wrinkles.
I'm undecided on whether I would buy it again. I think i'll try a few other serums but I wouldn't be adverse to giving it another go
I think I got mine as a GWP which is awesome as I have been very pleased with other products from the brand. It is a rose pink box, matching the rest of the line. The bottle itself is dark, has gold writing and made of glass. It has a slight herbal smell, not overpowering.
The serum itself is neither solid nor runny, it is inbetween. My skin really soaks this up so 3 pumps is perfect for face and neck. Skin feels smoother and gently hydrated which I like. It's a nice step to add to my routine but does not give me a wow factor. It's not my most favourite serum but I wouldn't be against purchasing again.
UPDATE: Couldn't get the last of the product out of the bottle which irritates me. However the 30ml lasted me a solid 9 months, using it twice a week. It's affordable and I noticed my skin was better for using it. I would repurchase.
Hi beauties, I love love this product so much, it feels amazing, doesn’t make my face to oily, I have never broken out. I will be topping up my supply definitely x
