I got the mandarin one, almost smells like ginger beer? Not as strong as I would like, but does the job at least for me.

I’ve been using this for a month now and I’m still not 100% sold. On the essano website there’s a helpful chart which walks you through what to expect when your body is ‘detoxing’ from aluminium deodorant, so I knew the second and 4th week would be the worst in terms of having to stay on top of reapplying throughout the day. However, I definitely found that right from day 1 I was having to reapply 2-3 times a day. Super disappointing considering this is advertised as 8 hour protection! I have been using the purple lily flower one, so maybe it was the flowery scent fading away faster than some of the other scents they stock. Bottle itself is okay, nothing overly exciting. Seems to be a standard looking roller bottle, although the plastic felt a bit sturdier than some. Fits nicely in my handbag. The deodorant itself is weird, definitely more runny than most but also feels a bit powdery on the actual roller ball itself. The smell is really nice when you first apply, but wears off quickly. I am on my second bottle after 4 weeks, so does seem to last a little longer than other brands. At the price though ($7.99 on special) I don’t think I’ll be buying another bottle.

I love layering deodorants. I was excited when I saw this because its always good to see a new brand come through. Ive tried a few essano products and what I've found is that there's highs and lows between each product.

Packaging brightly coloured eye catching. Presented well, Consistency is translucent while with a herbaceous orange scent. I wore this for 8 and half hours. Protection was there but not enough to mask my body odour.

Overall pricing is correct. Looks good but not really good at protection so with that being said over all its good but not really long lasting.

Ummmm I'm not a smelly person and usually love the natural deodorants they work really well for me this found I just found to br sticky I can't speak for the other scents buy this was was.....just kinda ewwww I thought the sweet smell would be quite fresh and nice but this was sickly sweet and then when your natural odor does come through its just yuck not a good combo. I am interested to see if the other scents are better but then I just dont think it really performed as well as other formulas I've had others that I can be sweating all day and still never get the bad smells. It's just a no for this one

I love the brand essano and when I saw they made a natural deodorant I thought I’d try it. I knew it could take my body up to 4 weeks to adjust to no aluminium, however it’s been over a month and this deodorant I feel like, makes me sweat more! It’s nice packaging, the scents are nice but the product - ain’t it. Which sucks as I love every other product I’ve tried of essano! I would only recommend to a friend incase it worked for them.

Worst aluminium free deodorant I’ve ever tried and I have trialled a few throughout the years. It stinks 5 minutes after application, I swear it even makes me sweat and stink more than without any deodorant at all. It is also not the detoxing stage since I haven’t used aluminium deos for a while now, I’m currently using it up because I hate wasting product and I feel sorry for my work colleagues, lol! I also have another scent to use up after this one, fingers crossed that’ll be a little better.

Got gifted the Lily Flower scent, was really excited to try as I’ve heard good things about the essano deodorants. But just like the title it was pretty meh… didn’t work for me at all. After half an hour I was sweating as if I’d not even put deodorant on! I have been using aluminium free for a while so wasn’t the whole my body’s getting used to it stage either! I mean the Lily flower scent is nice but again it didn’t last long at all. It did feel nice on the skin upon application but it kind of made my armpits stick not long after and left an odd residue inside my shirt. Overall I wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting to ditch the aluminium, definitely try another brand as you don’t want to be put off it. There definitely are other great Al free deodorant brands out there just make sure to do your research!
