essano Visible Repair Night Cream

Yippee for Made in NZ products! And Vegan too! Essano are certainly ticking all the boxes with their visible repair range.   The first thing I noticed when opening the box was the glass jar - glass that is actually recyclable. So many brands use a sort of milky glass-like jar I believe is not recyclable. Essano Visible Repair Night Cram is modestly thick and quickly absorbs - no greasiness on the pillow. The scent is fresh - not chemical or not overly flowery. And I had no adverse reactions. I have used this product religiously for a week and my dry winter skin is plumper and softer. I noticed the following morning, my makeup glides on far more easily for better overall look. I had never heard of the ingredient Bakuchiol, which is a natural alternative to the powerful anti-ageing ingredient Retinol. Bakuchioi is without the downside of increased sun sensitivity or irritation...great to know for my fair skin. Essano Visible Repair Night cream ticks all the boxes for me and I look forward to purchasing going forward from my local supermarket.

This product is another good addition to the Essano range for mature skin. The night cream is silky and feels great on your skin and neck area. The formulation for mature skin absorbs nicely leaving your skin feeling smooth and gently moisturised. I felt the overall appearance of my skin was brighter in just two weeks of use, so was pleasantly surprised with my results.

Great to know that you are using natural products that are NZ made. I had not heard of some of the ingredients before Lapagyl and Bakuchiol, but nice to see natural ingredients in creams you are using on your face. I would continue the use of this night cream, and would purchase it.

This is a lovely product. I like night creams, especially rich creamy night creams like this one. It comes in the same lovely packaging as the other visible repair products and the gold design gives it the luxury appearance that it deserves. Inside the box is a 50g, twist top pot. when you open it you can smell the lovely soft sweet scent of the product.

The product is a luxurious thick cream, which when applied to my skin leaves the soft waxy, hydrated sensation that I love to find in a night cream. The feeling lasts for ages and my skin is looking smooth and fresh. The product claim is that it will deliver deep moisture replenishment overnight, and is specifically formulated for mature skin so it looks visibly lifted. It claims it is clinically proven to improve skin appearance and skin firmness within 2 weeks. In my experience it is meeting these claims. My skin does feel hydrated and lifted and looks smooth. I am very impressed with it.

It appears to be $45 which is pretty good for a product of this quality, and I notice the Essano website offers these Visible Repair products in bundles at a reduced price, so that might be a good way to try them all. Whichever way you choose to buy this, it is definitely worth trying for mature skin. But I also have sensitive patches and it did not irritate them at all.

Overall a very good product for my mature skin.

The packaging is so lovely on this range and looks so nice on the bathroom counter top. I like that it's a screw top jar and use a wee spatula from another brand to get the right amount out. It feels lovely on my skin, hydrating and soothing. I am also using the elixir from the range, and apply the night cream on top after cleansing. It feels so good on my skin. I haven't noticed any radical difference in my skin, but more importantly, I don't experience any irritation or sensitivity. It soaks in well and my skin feels hydrated still in the morning.

Essano Visible Repair Night comes appropriately contained in a brown glass jar, black lid and wrapped by an attractive gold label which gives information on the product’s use. A gentle clear aroma flows from the 50g opened container and the cream itself is a cream colour. Its texture is perfect for night use – some night creams I have used previously have been too heavy, this one is gentle and feels luxurious.

A small finger-tip of lotion applies very easily to cleansed skin and is absorbed promptly, immediately my skin felt well nourished and (almost) relaxed! Next morning my face still felt soft, satisfied and after several nights’ use the area was noticeably younger-looking.

This is a very easy product to enjoy and its claim that delivers the maximum benefit for mature skin is certainly one I agree with. Two weeks’ use suggests improved skin appearance, this I found to be true.

This came in a glass jar which I liked instead of a plastic one. The cream smelled like almonds which I am not a fan of but the smell dissipated quickly so not offensive. The first night I used it I used a pea size amount and spread it over my face and neck. The cream was nice and soft and able to be spread easily. It absorbed well which was nice not having a sticky face that felt weighed down like some other night creams. The next morning my skin felt a little tight due to not being so hydrated so the next night I used the essano Facial Elixir about a minute after applying the night cream. The next morning my skin felt lovely and soft so I think I just needed that extra boost. Maybe my normal routine has a few more steps and that explained why my skin didn't feel as good the first time I used the essano Night Cream

I used this in conjunction with the Visible Repair Eye Cream, it has a mild fragrance and during the time I have been using it, definitely seems to be making a difference. I will continue to use this as I am sure, given more time, it will make a big difference to my skin.

Packaging The golden Essano signature box looks good. The glass jar inside feels quite expensive but it’s what’s inside that’s more important to me.

First thing I noticed was a very light pleasant fragrance. Not heavily perfumed ….. which is what I like in a night cream. I used this product as instructed after cleansing and massaged it into my face, neck and décolletage area.

This cream spread easily, was not thick and gluggy like some night creams. It absorbed easily making my face feel lovely and soft.

When I woke in the morning my skin felt really good. I have used this product for about almost two weeks. It claims to improve skin appearance and firmness.

In my opinion I think it did improve the appearance and firmness as my face looks slightly more plump with the extra moisture.

More than anything I love how it makes my skin feel. Very soft and more youthful.

Just recently I noticed that my cheek area has broken out in a couple of pimples which I don’t usually get so I’m not sure if this is caused by the cream or something else.

I am persevering although have reduced the application to alternate nights.

Don't let the high end supermarket price and luxurious gold box put you off, Essano visible repair night cream is an investment you can afford if you want to have youthful, attractive glowing skin free of wrinkles and fine lines. If you bought this in a beauty clinic it would cost you hundreds, it's worth every cent. It smells like my favourite Dior perfume, I love the smell. It has quite a thick white consistency and spreads very easily, a little goes a long way. After the first night I noticed my skin was glowing and looked younger. The fine lines were almost gone, in a little over a week I saw a definite change in my skin, it felt firmer and plumper and people gave me compliments on my skin which hasn't happened in years. I think I don't need any makeup my skin looks so good. The only con was I didn't like the slight residue it left on my skin, it didn't absorb as quickly as I hoped. I love how the Essano brand is made in New Zealand and contains over 95% natural ingredients without any synthetic nasties parabens or mineral oils to name a few. It is clinically proven, vegan and cruelty free. What more could you need in a great skin care brand. It comes in a standard 50g pot and it's target Market is 50+ but beat ageing and start younger I say.

My essano Visible Repair Night Cream arrived with the Visible Repair Eye Serum after trialing the Visible Repair Facial Elixir for a few weeks prior.

The cream is rich and full and lovely for the winter nights. I found it easy to apply and you do not need overly much to cover your face and neck area and smoothed nicely over the Elixir. My skin does feel moisturised and replenished. It has a feint smell when applying but quite soothing but the smell did not linger. I found the heaviness subsides quickly after application and did the night cream (without the elixir) did not leave residue on my skin. However using with the elixir it did and I had to wait for 10-15 minutes before going to bed. The product lasted overnight with not tightness and left my skin nice and firm until my morning regime. The container is not very big but I have been using for 2 weeks and it is about half - so I assume it will last a month.

It is well priced and affordable and gets the job done.

I do like the packaging as the earth colours enhance the natural ingredients, but also looked very luxurious on my night stand. My skin is definitely feeling more moisturised and tighter than on the nights I did not use it (there was a few). As a natural alternative to retinol - I had not irritation or sensitivity while using this product.

Overall, I liked the product and approve of the natural ingredients and would recommend to woman over 50.
