Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream review

Awesome product. I use it for lots of things, have had tubes of it for years, a little goes along way. Excellent for lips instead of a balm, not sticky like gloss, even use it over lipstick.

My Auntie gave me this for Xmas, and I love it. It hasn't really got a scent, don't expect a perfume scent. It is thick and creamy, and your face does not feel dry afterwards. It says '8 hr cream' and I think it's pretty close.

This is an amazing cream! I mostly use it on my lips and it is so moisturising and feels so amazing! I also love it because it gives my lips a nice bronzy colour, so on most days I don't even wear lip gloss because this does the job :) It does have a slight medicinal scent to it, but its not something thats too overpowering so its bearable! This is an amazing cream with a multitude of uses and I would highly recommend it to anyone! :)

I love tis product. I have extremely dry hands that have cracked in the past. This wonderful thick cream works a treat moisturising and protecting. It is very thick and some may find it to greasy, but it absorbs quickly. i have used this on chapped lips too and various other irritated areas, but i mainly buy it as a kick ass hand cream!

This skin protectant is truly an beauty tool and a skin saviour.I love the way it feels on my lips, it heals my dry elbows and knees,I even use on my toddlers dry patches,and I see a noticeable difference.I have even heard that some makeup artists use this as a highlighter, and I have tried that tip ,it really works giving a natural glowing highlight to the skin.Absolute must have.

It's great for fixing just about any skin condition you could think of but it is rather pricey so as a poor student living on a student budget it is not really that easy to get my hands on!

However in saying that, if you can afford it, buy it!

This is something I always keep on hand. Perfect for any skin allergies, flakiness or insect bites. So gentle. Although it is a thick cream and not easily absorbed it clears so many skin conditions up quickly. So gentle I can even use it on my children. I keep a tube in our first aid kit and I never travel away anywhere with out it being in my handbag.

I have been brought up using this stuff, my Mum swears by it, and I have the same opinion. I keep a tube in my bag, a tube by my bed and a tube in the bathroom. It is amazing for if you have any dry skin, small cuts or burns, dry or chapped lips, it can fix them overnight :) It is a great product, and lasts ages with regular use. I also love the smell, I find it so comforting.

While this is a great product, I found that if I used it on dry/cracked lips it would do the job overnight basically. But I started to just put it on every night before bed and when I did this it started to dry out my lips really badly, and they were so cracked and painful.

This is a product I can never be without. It has been around for as long as I can remember, which is a good sign of a tried and true product, not here today gone tomorrow like a lot of things. This little miracle tube is like your beauty kit/first aid product in one. Its a wonderful healing balm, fantastic for sore chapped lips, dry patches, grazes, to smoothing untamed eyebrows, a lip gloss over your favorite shade of lipstick and a moisturizing treatment for dry hands, feet elbows and so on. Its packaging is simple, and it does smell a bit unusual compared to some products, but that can all be forgiven for a formula that has stood the test of time. Every home, hand bag, glove box and first aid kit should have this little tube of liquid gold in stock. Recommended to everyone!
