Over time, the body's ability to produce collagen starts to slow and these effects can be most noticeable through our hair, skin and nails.

First of all, I actually quite liked the green apple flavour of these shots and was happy to just take it on its own. Over the past month of taking these shots I have noticed an improvement in my hair growth and my lashes are longer and fuller. Which was a nice surprise! I was hoping to see more of a difference with my nail strength but I didn’t really notice a difference so far with my nails. But I have noticed the hydration of my skin overall has improved. Could be partly skin care and partly taking this inner health shot. My skin hasn’t been overly dry which is awesome considering how cold it’s been. I have still been getting breakouts. But that is quite normal for me. Overall, I do think these are a good alternative to collagen supplements, although I have previously used marine collagen supplements and found more of an improvement to my nail strength and health. But I would still recommend this to people looking for an alternative option. I have actually already recommended this to my Mum to use as she is vegan and struggles to find good skin, hair and nail supplements.
