I was really thrilled to be selected for this night cream trial team especially since it is made with vegan formulas and certified organic actives. It comes nicely packaged I like the green lid & clear glass pot. The cream smells like a resort spa treatment and feels like a nourishing mask. It applies easily and absorbs quickly too. It doesn't feel sticky (like an overnight mask might do). It promises to smooth wrinkles and firm skin while you sleep, but I haven't used it long enough to see any noticeable results. I did however wake up with softer and youthful looking skin. I am keen to use it over the next few weeks and see the results. The fact that it will be available in supermarkets soon, is huge plus.

Reviews
I don’t normally look for or choose organic or vegan type products- I have nothing against those kinds of products but it’s not a headline that would draw me in for a sale. Taking into consideration the subtle packaging of this cream as well- I don’t think I would have even noticed it on the shop shelf. So for a cream I would never have probably picked up off the shelf I was pleasantly surprised.
The cream is lavender coloured- and quite strongly lavender scented. The scent is noticeable when you first apply it but has disappeared within 5 to 10 minutes. It is quite thick and spreads easily using only a small 10c piece size amount. I also used a second, same sized amount on just my neck and décolletage. I was a little worried about the thickness causing congestion and pimples, I need not have worried because it soaked in really well without looking/feeling greasy or heavy.
My skin isn’t overly sensitive so I can’t comment on that perspective but the high colour and fragrance might be off putting for someone with sensitive skin.
Anti-aging? I’m not sure, I haven’t noticed less wrinkles yet. But I have noticed that my skin is very, very soft- baby soft perhaps! My skin definitely feels more youthful To the touch and hopefully will look that way too with continued use.
I like this cream because it is simple- not packed with a million different things that promise another million different results, I usually pick those creams with great expectations and am disappointed. I’m in love with the softness of my skin from using this night cream. I’m impressed that in 2 weeks of use I can feel the softness already, and it still feels soft all day even after washing my face in the morning.
Cost wise I think this is quite good value- a decent amount of product and I’d say it would last at least a month or so.
I would recommend this to my friends as a good quality, simple night cream.
I look forward to trying a matching day cream and cleanser!
I've been really into trying new facial moisturizers recently so was super excited to try this one.
It comes in a nice little glass pot with an easy screw top lid. The moisturizer is a light purple colour and has a thick consistency - it reminds me of a mud mask in a way!
I have used it each night after cleansing my face. It spreads quite nicely but does feel thick when you first put it on. It does absorb relatively quickly though which is good. It definitely has a strong lavender smell which I LOVE for bedtime! I find the smell super relaxing and lovely.
I have quite sensitive skin and often react to different moisturizers but so far so good with this one. I can't say I've noticed anything super amazing in the morning but my skin does feel nice, not dry or icky.
I'm enjoying having this in my routine and will potentially purchase again when I've run out. It's definitely a great price point for a nice over night moisturizer.
Tips: Avoid the eye area - I put it quite close to my eyes/eyelids the first time and it drove them CRAZY.
Once again was very privileged to be picked for another amazing review, so was pleased to give the Garnier Organics a go, even though only tried for a short time, i really enjoyed the texture, the cream was a very awesome colour and nice and thick constancy, I also found it was very moisturising, which is what the point is in our mature age However i did find it to be a bit to strong in the perfume.. but i was very happy with the results in the small time frame i had to try, defiantly made my skin hydrated and shinny.. i think it is a good night cream, and been organic is always a bonus.
Tips: apply and enjoy
Firstly I loved the packaging it seemed nice and eco friendly. Was looking forward to trying this as I have been super tired and the lines on my face were well and truly coming out. As soon as I unscrewed the top I was hit with that lavender smell. Was nice to apply and it felt good on my face. Though my skin did feel a little tighter I also broke out in pimples the worst I have in ages. Did it make me sleep better? hard to say as I have a toddler but I think I did drift off a little quicker than usual, it seemed to tighten my skin so I think it does what it says I just personally wont be buying again due to the way my skin broke out.
Tips: Keep in the fridge if you want that super relaxing hit after a long day
I received this product complimentary from BR to do a review and share my thoughts.
I love glass jar the cream comes in, and the 100% recycled packaging. When I opened the jar for the first time I loved the texture of the cream, it absorbs very easily.
Only down side was the fragrance. I typically don’t like any fragrance in my skin care. But I was happy that the lavender scent fainted after about half an hour on the skin.
The cream is quite thick and looks like a clay mask but goes on smoothly and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I did use it in the morning one day and my make-up didn’t look as good as normal and wasn’t as long lasting, perhaps its due to the Argan and other oils infused in the cream.
I have been using it for a couple of weeks I didn’t experience anything negative. My skin feels plump and smooth. I would recommend it any one who wants a good moisturizer with anti-aging benefits and a good price.
Tips: A little goes a long way and the scent will fade away after about half an hour
I wa slucky enough to be selected to trial this product. It sounds pretty appealing - a lavender anti aging "sleep" cream (aka night cream) thats also organic.
The packaging is pretty standard for a brand like this, heavy glass tub with screw top lid. I have to make mention though - the cream is truly LAVENDAR colour which felt a bit odd. I'm used to white cream on my face so it was different to say the least. The scent is pretty strong when it first goes on but fades quickly. The cream itself was just fine, not overly thick or rich which I had expected from an anti agining night cream. My skin felt no different in the morning, my forehead actually seemed a bit drier and flakier.
I think this is a good start out product for those just beginning to use anti aging products, but I don't think would be enough for a more mature skin. For the price point you get what you expect.
Tips: If you don't like the scent of lavendar - steer clear!!
This thick cream has a pleasant lavender fragrance, not too overpowering as some lavender products can be. After washing and toning, I applied a small amount to my face and neck. It sinks in relatively well for a thick cream and didn't leave my face feeling greasy. I think I actually slept better the nights I used it. In the morning, my face still felt well moisturized, time will tell if it has any anti-aging effects, but for a cheaper scale cream I really like it. I had no side effects, so I think it's good for sensitive skin.
Tips: Pat it onto your face rather than rub it in.
The Garnier Organics Lavandin Anti Age Sleeping Cream comes in a green, square box with plenty of product information. The organic crème uses no animal-derived ingredients and promises to work for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The colour of the crème is a beautiful light shade of purple, and feels thick and silky. I ve been using the product before getting into bed every night, after cleaning my face, and the first application surprised me with a very strong lavender smell. It does not linger too long, but I found it a bit overpowering. When applied, the crème goes into the skin quickly without leaving a fatty film. My skin is normally quite dry, especially in the winter months, and I found the product helped with that a lot. My face felt well moisturised, and that generally assists with plumbing up areas that show a few wrinkles. I would maybe not buy this product again due to the overwhelming Lavender smell, which is a shame, because I liked other benefits of the Crème.
I really love the Garnier Organics Anti-Age Sleeping Cream; it feels luxurious on my skin and my face is feeling so much softer in the morning. I feel radiant and fresh faced when I wake up. It has a lovely sleepy scent, perfect for bedtime. I love that it is an organic vegan formula and suitable for all skin types. This cream also doesn’t make my sensitive eyes watery or sting from the smell like some night creams can do. The consistency is perfect, nice and thick for a night cream. Overall, I love this night cream and would definitely use it again!
Tips: Wash face thoroughly before bed and apply a generous amount, use every night to see and feel results.
