Olay Regenerist Miracle Boost Youth Pre-Essence Review

I was lucky enough to trial this product on my 50+ skin. It is a clear, lightweight consistency which disappears into the skin, which I followed with the Micro-sculpting cream. I wondered how this product could possibly make a difference to my skin, however, within a week I noticed that my skin was feeling smooth and soft and not in need of my usually weekly exfoliation treatment. This continued, and every day, my skin felt the same as it did immediately after exfoliation.

I certainly do not look 10 years younger in 4 weeks, but my skin does appear softer and smoother.

I would like to continue using it, and would recommend it to others.

Was super exited to try this product... It comes in a really easy bottle to use which is generous in size & will last as only a small amount is required each time. Made my skin feel super hydrated & gave it a youthful glow which I was super surprised about but of course happy about it at the same time. I have sentitive skin so was a little worried when first trying this product but I didn't need to be as it was gentle & the smell wasn't over powering. I feel my skin definitely felt more plumper and hydrated. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to avoid early signs of aging.

Packaging: The first impression of the product was that the packaging was very attractive. The pump mechanism was intriguing but very quickly became the bane of my life. The product says to use two pumps of the product but the process of having to screw the lid on tight to load every dose quickly became tedious especially in the morning where as a busy mum multitasking is a must. So that was a negative in my view.

Product: The actual product smelt really nice, almost like shampoo so it was a familiar smell and not overpowering which is essential as I can be sensitive to perfumes and I don't know which until I've got it on. Not helpful if this is a product right under your nose. The feel of the product is good, initially when it touched my hands I thought it was going to be sticky but it goes on smoothly and absorbs really quickly. You would soon forget you have it on if your skin didn't feel so refreshed.

Results: I didn't notice a lot of plumping of the skin, I'm going with the fact that maybe I just didn't need it haha but I doubt that is true. I didn't notice any earth shattering results nor did everyone suddenly tell me I was looking radiant. What I did notice though is that a patch of eczema around my mouth that I had been battling with has healed. So I think its claim to renew cells definitely proved true.

Conclusion: I didn't see any real line or plumping improvement but I definitely felt skin renewal. I would use it again just for that! Maybe it will prevent the wrinkles from appearing.

Olay Regenerist Miracle Boost Youth Pre-Essence comes in a small bottle that works like magic! Your turn the lid to open and a pipette is attached to the lid with the perfect amount of Pre-Essence in it. Push down the lid on the bottle and voila, you are ready to go!

The liquid itself is similar to a serum as it is thin and easy to apply. I found it absorbed quickly and had a pleasant smell which was faint and not at all overbearing.

I followed the instructions and applied twice a day, along with the Sculpting Cream, that there has been an improvement in my skin. The thin lines and deeper wrinkles have reduced and there doesn't appear to be so many of them! I have been using this for about 2 weeks and am only 1/4 through the bottle so extremely economical for a good quality product that does what it says it does!

In keeping with the Olay Regenerist products the packaging is bright red and silver - looks very high end. I love the fact that the dropper is built into the lid. The texture is lovely and smooth and very cooling - it goes on like silk and absorbs into the skin quickly without stickiness. Currently due to stress I have a little excema under my eye and this did sting a little as I tried it there to see if it would help - it did a little but i avoided the area mostly. This is a lovely product that has definitely helped with the moisture in this Winter dry skin. texture of my skin is smoother and looks more hydrated.

It comes in a lovely red sleek bottle with a fantastic dropper that gives you the perfect amount needed. Because of the dropper, you use only a very small amount which means this product will last a long time. The gel has a light fragrance and is easy to apply to the face, neck and décolletage. It goes on very smoothly and easily leaving no residue and is absorbed quickly allowing no need to wait before applying moisturiser. (Great for people with time restraints!). My skin feels more silky and smooth after using this product for just under 3 weeks. Would definitely recommend to others!

Firstly the container has a dropper. I love the "pump dropper" bottle as it dispenses just the right amount of serum with no waste The container has a screw top so when you’re getting to the last of the product, you’ll be able to unscrew the top and get every last drop out before disposing of it. The container can be recycled which is a huge tick for me as well. The serum is super silky and glides over my skin really nicely. It seemed like it instantly made my skin look like it was glowing. I let the serum sit on my skin for a couple of minutes to allow it to soak in before applying the Micro Sculpting cream over the top of the serum. I have pigmentation on my skin caused by the sun and after using the Miracle Boost serum and the Micro Sculpting cream for just 3 weeks, I do feel that my pigmentation had become slightly lighter. I will certainly carry on using it to see if it continues to lighten my pigmentation. I feel that my skin looks and feels better since using the serum, combined with the cream. The only negative I found is that when I apply my usual foundation over the top of the serum and cream, it doesn’t seem to blend into my skin properly. It starts flaking off. I’m not sure if this is the serum or the cream causing this problem. Overall, I do like this product and will use it again.

This essence is my new go to. I'm a furrower when I'm concentrating which has led to quite deep frown/ brow marks over the years. However after using this essence for a little over 3 weeks there's a very noticeable smoothing out of these marks, as well as my crowsfeet. I've already bought a new bottle as well as one for a friend - I'm that happy with it. Open the normal box packaging to reveal a red plastic bottle with unique twist up silver lid/dropper. The dropper makes it super easy to get the right amount of product. 3 weeks in, using twice a day and just over 1/2 left. The liquid absorbs easily and is light and non greasy with a light, pleasant fragrance. No adverse reactions for my sensitive skin. RRP is $40 so reasonably economic per use, and I've seen it on special at a couple of places. My recommendation - buy it on sale and try it out. A great product to have in your arsenal if you're wanting to feel and look younger without resorting to botox.

I loved the packaging and the wee dropper to dispense just enough. It was easy to apply and left my face feeling smooth, without an oily residue. I applied it at night, in conjunction with the other products at different times of the day so difficult to say which in the range made the most difference. I certainly noticed an improvement in my skin though.

I loved trialling the Olay Regenerist Miracle Boost Youth Pre-essence. This thick, clear gel serum comes packaged in a red see-through bottle with a dropper. It is lightly fragranced - a soft and clean smell. It has a thick consistency but absorbs instantly and makes my skin feel soft and nourished. It hasn't caused any adverse reactions or breakouts and I find it perfect for this time of year when most skins need a little additional moisture. A little goes a long way - I only needed to use two to three drops for my whole face and neck. It is reasonably priced and I will buy this again and will be happy to recommend to others. Lovely product - especially when used together with the matching Regenerist moisture cream.
