Dermalogica total eye care spf15 Review

all skin conditions.

This SPF eye cream with skin-smoothing alpha-hydroxy acids helps conceal dark circles, and retexturizes to help reduce the appearance of puffiness and fine lines. Optical light diffusers help diminish dark circles and a chemical-free sunscreen helps to shield against further damage. Formulated without artificial fragrances and colors.

Nice but for the price

This product has a special place in my beauty history. It takes the award for the most expensive product in volume per dollar. Heck, it almost just takes the prize for the most expensive product anyway!

Good points? This ticks all the boxes. Like, all of them. Gentle for the eye area? Yup. Tinted to cover dark under eyes? Yup. SPF to protect from that harsh NZ sun? Yup. This saves you buying three different products by covering three different jobs. It is the only eye product I've found on the market that does all this multi-tasking. The packaging is also well thought-out, making it easy to apply.

The downside? I just wasn't that impressed. The coverage is very light, so it's not enough to disguise a rough night. I find Dermalogica products to be a little tacky to apply (though the sticky feeling didn't last). Finally... $$$. For that price I can buy a tinted under eye cream and a sunscreen and get a lot more product for my money.

If you're interested in this product I guess you have to ask yourself, what price do you put on convenience?

Tips: Dermalogica always let you try before you buy so try it for yourself before you make a decision.

Thanks Kirsty. It is a good idea so I hope someone else can post a more positive review! Or another brand make such a multi-tasking product!

I love the idea of this product, especially the spf! But as you say... price is pretty important! Great review.
