Linden Leaves Regenerating Night Cream with Organic White Tea and Goji Berry Review

This night cream is an absolute treat. I usually avoid night creams like the plague as they are often too rich for my skin and cause break-outs so I was very nervous about trying this one. The fragrance is incredible and very soothing and the intriguing pump dispenses just the right amount of cream to use. The combination of ingredients in this night cream is not only great for your skin, I'm sure it must be great for sleep as well - very soothing! In the time I've been using the night cream, I've had no issues with break-outs and I've noticed a definite improvement in the softness and texture of my skin so I will definitely continue with the cream. This is a great product to use if you have struggled with night creams in the past.

I love a night cream which isn't overly greasy, but still does it's job! The regenerating night cream is part of Linden Leaves' natural skincare range which contains antioxidants to combat ageing. It's suitable for all skin types which is good for me because I am 20 and want to prevent signs of early ageing, buy also don't want to use a heavy/intense product that will make me break out. Fortunately this product didn't, which I am thrilled about! This light moisturiser feels very hydrating to apply, soaks in quickly and smells good. It also pays to mention the cute packaging, which is a push down dispenser that pushes out the product in a long tube that you then wipe off to use. I would be happy to use this night cream again!

When this product arrived, I was in love with the sleek and minimal packaging. I was also so excited to try out a night cream as this was not something I often include in my skincare routine. I did find the bottle a bit tricky to get the product out, took me few attempts. I found that this product had a nice scent, and worked well with the whole moisture regime. I used this after applying the facial oil and found that it kept my skin feeling soft.

The packaging just like other Linden leaves products was pretty and minimalist, things that always attracts me to beauty products, but the bottle was tricky! Took me a few minutes and a lot of pressing to figure out how to dispense the moisturiser! I pressed the top about 10 times before I got my bead sized moisturising goodness!

My favourite out of the 3 products! I used it with the miraculous facial oil at night and my skin felt hydrated. The cream is a bit on the heavier side which suited me fine because I have really dry skin at the moment. I felt that the combination of the oil and the moisturiser really suited me.

The Linden Leaves Regenerating Night Cream is a New Zealand brand, made with natural ingredients and suitable for all skin types. It’s also cruelty free! I generally have oily skin, but during the winter season my skin gets very dry, especially when it’s windy. So, I was pretty excited to be chosen to trial this product.

The bottle is very intriguing, I’ve never come across a bottle that pushes the cream upwards. I used the night cream during the night time after I’ve cleansed and toned my face. I also applied a layer of the Linden Leaves Miraculous Oil before I rubbed in the Regenerating Night Cream. I followed the instructions and warmed half a pea size between my fingers. I then massaged the cream into my face and neck. I also dapped a little around my eye areas.

The Regenerating Night Cream has a lovely floral sent and felt light and silky. My skin was left smooth and supple with no signs of dryness. I also had no signs of oil residue once applied and when I woke up in the morning. I definitely recommend this product to those who have similar skin problems with me.

I enjoyed using this night cream I found it did what it said in hydrating my skin , when I combined it with the miraculous facial oil , my skin felt super hydrated soft and supple , in the morning I woke to all the product throughly soaked in. I wasn't sold on the bottle at first , took a little getting used to but now I love it ( it has a spoon shaped top so when you push down it product sits on top ) if you use too much you can put the cap back on and save it for the next day. This moisturizer if full of organic goodness , has sustainable packaging and not tested on animals , all the values I hold dear.

Now when I say tricky packaging I don't mean the box !! The external packaging like all Linden Leaves products is beautiful - it's looks really natural and luxurious. As well as all that the packaging is environmentally friendly and is 100% recyclable. What stumped me was how to get the cream out of the bottle - it actually took me three nights to work it out as it wasn't designed like any other products I've ever used!! The bottle has a concave top to it with a central point which looks like a membrane. Night One - I took the top of the bottle then tried to press my finger to the central point on the bottle but could really get much out of it. Night two - I thought maybe with the concave shape I should press it firmly to my face and try to apply it directly, didn't really work for me either !! Night Three - I finally worked out that I needed to pump the concaved top which caused a bead of cream to appear in the centre of the bottle !!! I'm not usually this slow to work things out so this was a bit frustrating. Once I worked it out I was really impressed with the product. It contains organic white tea, goji berry and meadowfoam. It is a beautifully rich cream which smells divine and promises to deeply nourish, repair and regenerate skin cells. As someone with very dry skin I like finding products that really hydrate and this made my skin still feel fantastic in the morning when I woke up.

Firstly LOVE the look of the packaging, the branding is basic, uncluttered and clean. The function of the bottle confused me, the top has a depression and a tiny opening in the middle and works by pushing it into the recess in the bottle. I felt like a monkey trying to work out a puzzle in a testlab. It got to the point where I wanted to throw it... So, not a fan of the delivery mechanism. I would have appreciated a more simple squeeze tube, or traditional pump. The consistency was good, smell was nice and light but disappeared on contact. As with the rest of the range I found my skin refused to absorb it, and my pillow was gross in the morning. Because of the absorption issues I can't say if this product did anything to improve the condition of my skin, I didn't notice any changes after 2 weeks of trialing it. I tried this on its own and mixed with the oil of the same range with disastrous results. On its own I had absorption issues, with the oil I had sticky absorption issues.. I wouldn't buy this product based on the experience I have had, however someone with different skin chemistry might have better luck. My tip would be try before you buy with this product.

I love the soft colour on this crisp and clean packaging on the product. The pump action dispenser was quite hard to get started but once the product came out I found it pumped the perfect amount from one pump to do the whole face and neck easily. I love the feel of the product as it felt like a lightweight cream on the skin without feeling overly oily. The smell is amazing! It is not an over powering smell just a delicate fragrance that I swear helped relax me for a better nights sleep! In the morning my face felt soft and supple and all the moisture had sunken into the skin. I also found that it healed any of my acne spots faster on my skin than they would normally and my skin seemed to clear up and stay clearer than usuual so sweet bonus there! I highly recommend this night cream especially for anyone that needs intense moisture but has little time to put Into a long bedtime routine.

This Regenerating Night Cream lives up to it's name. After a reaction to another moisturiser in the Linden Leaves range I was not disappointed by this rich, lightly fragranced cream. It has repaired the dry, itchy areas caused by the other moisturiser and has left my skin looking soft, moist and rejuvenated without any areas of tightness nor discomfort. I like this new style of pump applicator which pushes the product up the bottle rather than relying on suction through a hose. So no problems with wastage and not getting my monies worth. I have been using this cream both morning and night and adding a drop of the Miraculous Facial Oil at night as our heat pump does tend to dry out my skin. The combination has been awesome! I can happily recommend this product for mature, dry, sensitive skin. One pump is plenty as the cream is rich so I'm perfectly happy to pay the price of this product.
