St. Tropez Purity Vitamins Face Serum

Love this! I mixed this serum with a little bit of moisturiser for a light tint and a more natural look, and the colour was perfect for me.

The serum has provided such a nice glow coming into Autumn. It left my skin feeling nice and soft with a clear glowy complexion and I did not experience any break outs. The smell was a nice subtle tropical scent, great coming into Autumn. Definitely a great product to use both over summer and winter and the other seasons in between! I did love how hydrating it was, and my skin did not experience dryness at all either.

The bottle is going to last me a decent amount of time too!

I don’t think I’ve ever tried a face tan before, but I enjoy this product!

For context I have sensitive and very pale skin on the drier side.

The first time I used it I used two pumps of product which I think is too much for me. I didn’t blend the serum down my neck which was silly, and I didn’t blend it into my hairline. The next day I woke up with a pretty decent tan (a good couple shades darker) but as you can imagine from my bad application, it didn’t look terribly blended.

The next time I applied this product, I used just one pump and I made sure to blend properly down my neck and into my hairline. The result was great - just a subtle glowy tan, totally natural looking. The tan faded evenly and nicely over a few days without reapplication.

The product is really lightweight. It’s maybe a touch sticky when you put it on, but that disappears quickly. There is a slight fake tan smell but again that disappears quickly.

If you applied one pump of this two or so times a week, I think you’d maintain a really healthy glowy tan.

Because you only need a pump at a time, one bottle would last for ages.

This product didn’t irritate my sensitive skin in any way which is definitely a plus!

All St Tropez products are cruelty free and this bottle is recyclable/made from recyclable plastic (another plus!).

I would use this product again. I plan on using it around once a week throughout winter to give myself a bit of a healthy glow.

I like the premise of this product, the serum is nice and smooth and give my skin a glow - the directions are fine print and quite hard to read which was a bit annoying, when I'm putting something on my face I like to know what I'm doing! The serum is light on the skin, not heavy at all and had a pleasant fragrance. I found the tan from it to be subtle but I did find it grabbed on even slightly dry patches. Also the tan in the serum developed slightly darker than the body tan which was not ideal, mixing with moisturizer achieved a smoother more even result. I feel that practice makes perfect with this product and I will possibly grow to like it more as I continue to use it, these comments are based on my first and second experience.

It leaves my skin feeling pampered & moisturised but not greasy, and the smell is absolutely divine! Like a tropical cocktail of mango, peach & pineapple. I apply it at night so go to bed feeling like I'm on an island holiday, & by the morning it has developed into a subtle glow. I would definitely say it "bronzes" more than tans - it is perfect for those like myself with very fair skin who prefer a subtle and buildable tan. For many people it would be suitable as a daily use product. I have even been complimented on how radiant my skin looks after using this the night before.

I honestly have nothing but positive words for this product - after I've used it up I will definitely be buying it again. The only thing I would like to see is clearer packaging that includes usage instructions - I wasn't really sure in what part of my skincare routine to use it & what kind of result to expect.

Firstly, packaging. It’s pretty but kinda really hard to read. I would recommend changing the font colour.

But in terms of use, it’s a lovely product to use, easy, glides on, and gives a really nice subtle colour which you can build on to get darker results

I was so cautious with this to begin with, worries that I would turn a colour that wasn't quite desired. I started with one pump into my moisturiser and soon realised that it actually wasn't that scary and then on just used this as a serum after washing and toning my face and then after letting it all sink in going in with my moisturizer.

The scent of this serum is nice and fresh not overwhelming at all its actually quite pleasant and the serum is a nice consistency its not a runny liquid will stay where you put it and evenly applies over the skin with ease. I never ended up with patchiness this developed overnight evenly and was just a really nice colour to the skin to make you look a bit glowy and perfected. I have dark patches over my skin and using this evens it out so nicely that I hardly notice it, this has not broke me out and hasn't dried my skin out. Overall I am really impressed with this product I can see myself using this for quite a while, its hassle free and just does what I need it to do.

I love this product !!! It smells so fresh and tropical. It is a clear fluid dispensed by a pump, you only need 1-2 pumps and this gives you a smooth even coverage on the face. I used it both overnight and in the morning after cleansing. I found it gave me a nice subtle glow not overpowering which I really liked. It gave me a lovely sun kissed glow. Great to use over winter months, it not a heavy cream which i was pleased about, very light. Will be continuing to use this serum.
