Love the colour of the packaging. The stand up screw top tube is also nice. The consistency is a gentle scrub, light brown in colour. I don't notice much of a scent. Being a gentle scrub, don't think it is the best suit for my oily-er skin. Think this would best suit normal maybe even a bit dry as it does seem to be a bit hydrating.
As an exfoliator, I find this more beneficial. As a mask, I wouldn't classify it as one. Doesn't set. When I saw "mask" on the label I thought there would be a clay ingredient. Disappointed that there wasn't. An exfoliating/clay mask sounds like an ideal product.
I have a back up of this product already and will finish both but will not be repurchasing.
This product comes in a lovely apricot coloured tube with a twist top that is easy to access and use. It is the first product of this brand that I have tried, and I actually hadn't heard of them before. The product is made in New Zealand from local and imported ingredients according to the tube.
The product is orangey-brown colour and the texture of toothpaste with a light grit through it. It is not harsh on my skin though. It has a beautiful fruity scent.
I've been mainly using it for removing make up after work at night, and I find it works very well for that and leaves my skin looking clean and fresh. the product claim is that it will exfoliate, renew, and give skin a natural glow and for my skin, it does exactly what it says it will do. It is retailing for $19.99 at New World, which is a fair price for a superior product.
It is vegan friendly and cruelty free which I like.
It will use it again and I do recommend it.
Tips: Apply a small amount on damp skin, massage in, then leave for 5 minutes before washing off.
