Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Review

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water has revolutionised the way I clean my face; from not wanting to have the hassle of trying to wash my face in the sink without getting water all over myself and everywhere else. I now can clean my face, remove my makeup and doing this while not scrubbing my face raw but by gently wiping my face. The application is simple: just squeeze a bit onto a cotton pad. I would use this product by first removing my makeup with it (this would generally be about 2-3 cotton pads) and then going over once again with the cellar water once all my makeup is off. It leaves my skin feeling soft and supple and looking amazing. My skin has cleared up a lot as well as it evening out my skin tone and making the colour of my blemishes be a little bit more dull then a nice red colour. This product lasts a very long time! After using it since I have received it everyday I have used only about 40mls of the bottle. The price is also amazing at a only $13 it is affordable for everyone. I recommend this product to everyone and have myself started looking for where I can buy this product next for when I run out.

I had heard a lot about this product through YouTube whilst watching all my favourite beauty you tubers. They all raved about it and how amazing it was but I never really understood how great it was until I tried it. The product is a great consistency, literally like water. There is no weird smell and it does not leave an oily or uncomfortable feeling on your skin after you use it. I didn't feel like I needed to wash or rinse my face after using the product. It does not dry out my skin either which is amazing as my skin seems to dry out with a lot of cleansers and makeup removers. And like the product claims, you do not need to rub away at your makeup, it comes off so easily with the micellar clensing water. I think this product is great value for money. I have used it everyday since I got it to remove all of my face make and eye makeup and the bottle has a barely gone down. My sister has been using it also and has gone out and purchased her own bottle she liked mine so much. I will definitely be repurchasing this product over and over again and this is now my new holy grail makeup remover and cleanser.

I love this product! It's so quick and easy to use. My skin can be very sensitive, dry and oily! With using Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water, it made my skin very clean & moisturised. My skin didn't get irritable, which is so awesome!! It removes make-up so easily without harsh scrubbing or rubbing. It is everything it says it is. Information on the bottle is easy and clear to read. I think the bottle looks great, nice and girly and labelled well. I've also noticed my skin has improved. The amount of dirt that it removes from your face if not wearing make-up is unbelievable!! It says 200 uses, I truly believe you would get that, as you don't need much. I think the price is very reasonable and affordable. Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is definitely a product I would highly recommend for anyone and definitely one I am going to continually use. I had tried a similar product before, and found that it stung my eyes a little when removing eye makeup.

This didn't do that.

I managed to remove mascara, eyeshadow, and primer from my eyes using one cotton pad! No stinging, no crying, and the products just melted away.

I've used it twice a day, every day. When I wake up in the morning and have a shower, I run a cotton pad half-soaked with the cleansing water over my face. I find that it leaves enough moisturising properties that I don't need to use my facial moisturisers.

At night, its just a quick wipedown to remove the grime and dirt from the day.

I think I would almost prefer a scented version, it has a very slightly noticeable clinical smell, almost like witch hazel.

I love that it tones at the same time - I've just run out of my favourite one, so this fills the gap nicely.

All in all, a great product.

When I got chosen for this review I thought "oh yeah....right, lets see this product truely cleans my face and remove water proof mascara!" It arrived very quickly as products always do from BR. I really like its simple look. Noting too showy just a nice fresh looking packaging. I tried it immediately! Love that there is no smell, it easily soaked the cotton pad. Then came the best bit of all...it very easily removed ALL OF MY MAKEUP just as it promised! Water proof mascara, lip stick and foundation all removed. It took a couple of go overs for mascara, but I expect that. My skin felt lovely after using it. Fresh and clean. No reaction after a few days either which is great! My 11 year old daughter has also used it, no reaction for her, and she wants her own bottle. I will definitely continue to use this, I am sold! Only negative for me is size of bottle, but thats minor.

There is nothing like getting home after a long day to a new package from BR, and like usual I couldn't help but try it out straight away. Now let me be clear, I had never even heard of this product in any form before and was extremely curious to see what all the fuss was about. Its water right? So obviously it would clean my skin but could it possibly be as easy as everyone was saying? Well it was, and more. I wasn't wearing any make up the first time I used it, only a moisturiser and even though I was expecting a bit of grime after a day running around town I could not believe what was on my cotton ball when I had finished cleaning my face. It seemed that every bit of dirt I had come in contact with during the day was stuck to it. Yuck! But when I used a fresh cotton ball, there was hardly any residue at all. It truly picked up everything! And so began a week of experimenting. Foundation, lipstick, eye shadow and that bane of my make up removal efforts, waterproof mascara - all off in one go. I used my usual face scrub, then cleaned my face, it picked up a few amounts of dirt traces and my face felt so clean but without the squeaky dried out feeling. My face feels so clean and my skin is definitely brighter looking. I save so much time in the mornings cleaning my face with the added bonus of not splashing water everywhere when I try to rinse of some foamy cleanser lol! Also, you can decant some into a travel bottle and take it away for a night, you don't even need a mirror to clean your face of all make up before bed. Cannot praise it enough and will not be using anything else any more!

A lovely and very easy to use cleansing water. Simply generously apply to a cotton pad and wipe all over your face, eyes too. Makeup comes off very quickly and skin is left feeling clean, refreshed and hydrated. I highly recommend this product if you need a makeup remover or a cleanser.

Wow! What can I say, I've never been so excited about a product before! And this little (well it's a whopping 400ml) has lived up to its hype and expectation. I am thoroughly happy with this product! Just soaking a cotton pad with this magic water and it swipes away any waterproof mascara or tinted long lasting lipstick! And the best thing is that it doesn't sting my eyes or leave oily residue on my face. I can't get over how lightweight and clean it feels and the texture is just like water. It has a faint perfume smelly but nothing overpowering or unpleasant. I'm just absolutely blown away by how good this product is at removing my makeup. Compared with the famous Bioderma, this product definitely is a strong contender, and it surely wins the price factor. I will be happily using this forever until they make something even better!

Micellar Cleansing Water more like Miracle cleansing water Well I have always been prone to having combination skin especially oily around my t zone. After receiving this product to trial I was a bit sceptical about it removing makeup without washing the product off or rubbing really hard. So the bottle is an oval shape and contains about 400mls in it, this is easy to hold if you have larger hands like me. The cleanser is fragrance free. The consistency of this is cleanser is watery, you don't need to squeeze the bottle too much before the product comes out . It is easy to apply by using cotton pads and squeezing a small amount onto it and wipe gently over the face. It is unnecessary to scrub I personally think this would be great for all skin types. This product is economical and would last a long time. I have been using this for nearly two weeks and it doesn't even look like I have touched the bottle After using this product for two weeks morning and night, I found that in the morning it created a fresh base to put makeup on and my skin felt and looked clearer. I would use this around the crease lines around my nose and I would only need a small amount to get the excess makeup off without vigorous rubbing. In the evening cleansing my face with this product it felt refreshed and safe to know that all the makeup had been removed properly without having to wash the cleanser off. This is a great product if you are in a hurry or have had a long night out and just want to go to sleep. A little goes an long way. This is an a plus product and would defiantly recommend this product for people on a budget and you will know it lives up the standards to other high end cleansers on the market.

I have been waiting very (im)patiently for this product to be released in New Zealand, so imagine my delight when I was chosen for the review team!

In my eyes this product definitely lived up to all the hype, and I am very pleased. The packaging is great, simple and clean and the usage instructions are clear and easy to follow. I love that it comes in the 400ml bottle!

I found it removed my make-up beautifully. I applied a bit to a cotton pad, held it over my eyes for a couple of seconds and then swept away pretty much all of my eye shadow, liner and mascara in one go. I then just went over each eye again with another cotton pad with a tiny bit of product on and voila everything was removed, easily and effortlessly. I was a little nervous that it would make my eyes sting and sore but I didn't have any issues with that. I liked the way it felt on my skin, although I did find that it did make my skin feel a little tight and dry for about 2 or 3 minutes after.

Overall I am incredibly impressed with this product, how well it works and how easy it was to use! I will definitely be re-purchasing!
