Garnier Micellar water is a great and easy way to remove your makeup, and even better it's not expensive! I use a cotton pad dampened with micellar water all over my face, I have to use a few if i'm wearing a full face, and my makeup just comes right off. I will still use a cleanser after this to make sure I get all my makeup off before bed, but these are pretty effective by themselves!

Yes, it is true that this make up remover is fabulous. I have used other brands as well but this is much better and work well with one clean. It is soft on skin and keeps it moisturising and supple. I don't have to use water at all to clean afterwards. I think this is the easiest after hectic day when you don't want to spend too much time cleaning your face.love it!
Tips: Let it dry completely before you decide to apply night cream
I am all for the lazy girls' routine. No need to wash your face? Yes please! I grabbed a bottle of this micellar cleansing water as soon as it hit the shelves. It was a nice large size for a reasonable price. It's also 'safe' to use on sensitive skin so that's a plus.
However, I soon realised that it's much faster to just wash my face than to sit there with twenty cotton pads. This product also irritated my eyes somewhat, although since purchasing, I've noticed they now have released a sensitive version of micellar water.
Lastly, while I will use it at least once a week, it does leave a soapy residue on my face. I will definitely rinse my face after using this product just because I hate that sticky feeling. Looking at the ingredients, there are some 'soap'-like substances in there, and I'd much rather wash them away than let them absorb into my skin.
All in all, I will reach for this, but I won't tote it to be an amazing magical product like the advertising says.
Tips: This is great for those girls with eyelash extensions! I had them a while back, and the cleanup was such a hassle. Simply dip cotton buds into them and run over fake eyelashes - easy!
This product is really good at takeing off my makeup at the end of the day. It pretty much is able to take off all my makeup and it doesn’t dry out or irritate my skin which is great! I’m not having to rub and tug on my skin to get the makeup off which will pay off in the long run. Though this does have a hard time getting off waterproof makeup which I use the oil infused micellar water which works perfectly! Also be careful around the eyes as it can sting a bit if it gets into your eyes
I've used this cleanser for a while now and it seems to last forever! I don't think it removes as much as a normal foaming cleanser, but I have super sensitive skin (and eczema) so I can't use normal cleansers anyway. This definitely doesn't irritate my skin either!
Tips: Soak cotton pad thoroughly and don't rub too hard
As someone who travels often, I found this helpful to clean off makeup at the end of busy days. I did find I needed to use quite a bit of the product to get the job done, and I dont wear all that much makeup and have combination, middle aged skin. It left my skin feeling clean and fresh and was easy to use, with no issues removing eye makeup or irritation. I havent used any other micellar water to date, but would be interested to compare.
For someone who doesn't use strong makeup, Garnier's Micellar Cleansing Water is quite effective in terms of removing the product from your skin. It's also quite good in 'touching up' make-up as well. However, I used this product to remove a NARS eyeliner and it did irritate the sides of my eyes a little bit - so you may need to follow up with a soothing cream cleanser or moisuriser
Tips: Garnier's Micellar Water In Oil is probably more effective for eye make-up!
I like this product but it is not the best make up removing option I have found. It is easy to use no fuss and mess your face feels fresh and clean afterwards.
I've brought this a few times now. It comes in different size bottles which is perfect for travelling or keeping in the handbag. I use it with a make up pad and it removes my make up fairly well. Just mascara needs a bit of going over. It's not drying and it doesn't leave a yucky residue. It's really affordable and easily found at supermarkets.
I’ve heard nothing but rave reviews about this product ever since it hit the shelves. Despite this I was in no hurry to rush out and get me some, as I thought that it may be a bit of a ‘trendy’ thing. But it’s been a while now since this stuff came out, and it continues to go on being loved by many, so I finally decided to give it a go.
As a cleanser on make-up free skin, it’s very gentle and leaves my face feeling clean and refreshed. I find it perfect to use in the mornings to lightly rinse away the minimal amount of grime on the surface of my face from the use of a night-cream.
As a make-up remover, I don’t like it. I’m not satisfied in it’s ability to completely remove heavy make-up. I feel that I need to use a lot of it, and a heap of cotton pads to get the heavy make-up off. It feels like too much effort compared with other products that I use for this purpose.
It’s good for cleaning make-up brushes and for wiping up little make-up spills. I’ve also used it on my sister to clean away hair dye messed around her ears and such, and it helped to get rid of that staining.
Other than that, the packaging is really cute and practical, and the product has no scent.
While I’m not in love with this Micellar water, it’s good to have, a product that comes in handy. I’m probably not going to miss it too much if I don’t have any, but i’m likely to keep some handy anyway!
