Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Review

When i say love i mean I Love this product, sometimes late at night i get lazy when it comes to washing my makeup off, dont get me wrong i always wash my makeup off its just this is so quick and easy and i can literally do it in bed . the only down side is that it kind of smells like mold on my face , is this just me or?

I'm on to my second bottle of this and still really like it. I mainly use it for removing make up and those days when I really can't be bothered washing my face (terribly I know). It works really well though I do find that for some waterproof make ups it does take a bit of rubbing, not that that's really much of an issue. I have quite sensitive skin so was a bit skeptical about using this but it hasn't reacted at all which I'm stoked about.

For $13 I thought this was worth a try.It comes in a clear plastic bottle with a pink lift top lid and label stuck to the bottle.The liquid is clear like water which you would expect.The top is not very secure so not good for taking in your make up bag and easy to tip out too much cleanser. I don,t wear heavy make up and found this cleanser was OK on my skin but not so good with mascara. I used it at night and on an odd occasion just to freshen up my skin and found I preferred it as a freshener rather than a full cleanser. I have dry skin and I preferred a creamier cleanser at night. I am happy to finish the bottle but not so sure I would purchase again. Price wise is is reasonable however because of the top it is easy to spill or use too much so I don't believe you would get 200 cleans out of one bottle.

Definitely a handy item to have for someone who wears makeup daily and sometimes don't have enough time to freshen up (ie shower/wash face) before i have to be at either a school related event or at one my little girl's extracurricular events... so i rely on make up removers for a quick cleanup before re-applying makeup! real bad i know but it makes a huge difference rather than caking on more makeup on a 'stale' face! this product is a real gem - works well without any real harsh rubbing and it doesn't dry my face out either... no greasy residue either (which I've found with some makeup removal cloths). definitely recommend.

This product is really great if you are tired after a night out or can't really be bothered going through a full on makeup removal process !! It's handy for light makeup users or reallt just anyone who wants a quick and easy way to remove makeup without having to go to the bathroom to wash their face. It doesn't leave any excess oils or residue on the skin meaning that you do not have to wash your face after removing your makeup. It's a great product and I would definitely reccomend to my friends!! It's easy and just an all round great product to use. (It doesn't properly remove waterproof mascara etc but does an overall wicked job with every thing else)

This is the third micellar water that I have tried and it compares very favourably with the others. In a large clear bottle, this product is twice as much product for about the same price as the Simple one. I use this after cleaning my makeup off with aqueous cream, and it does a good job. Unscented and it doesn't leave a residue. I still get makeup residue on the cleansing pad, so feel like it does a good thorough job.

This is my absolute favoruite! I use this daily to remove the hardest of makeup even from my eyebrows. I love how it is perfect for all over as i don't have to switch between products to take it off. I use it with cotton makeup pads. I never have to rub/scrub to remove my make up. It always leaves my face feeling refreshed as well!

Simple review for a simply fantastic product; a must have in any bathroom.

The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water is a refreshing facial cleanser and makeup remover. It only takes a few dabs on a cotton pad to remove a days worth of makeup with ease. I feel it's worth mentioning that I feel my skin has become a lot brighter and healthier since using this product; perhaps that's because of the cleaning 'magnets' that supposably lift away dirt from the skin..? I was skeptical but I am fast becoming a believer after every use.

The more than generous 400ml makes this product a steal at only $12.99. I've had mine for a 4 months + now and still have just over a 3rd left.

Micellar water may be a 'miraculous' product, but I want to start out by making it clear that it's not a cleanser. It does a damn good job of removing makeup (although, I find it can't budge waterproof mascara, or a long-staying one like Benefit's They're Real). That being said, because it's essentially a soap suspended in water, it leaves a film all over your face, so you still need to clean your face afterwards. I use this on a cotton pad as a once-over before using a cleanser proper. The one thing I can say is amazing about it is how long a bottle lasts!
