Garnier Organics Lavandin Anti Age Day Cream Reviews

This is a very hydrating and moisturizing day cream whixh is organic and vegan. I love that Garnier have joined in on this kind of product. It is really thick but not greasy. It smells of relaxing lavender and doesn’t absorb into skin too quickly. I would love this product to be in rose flavour too and wish it was bigger because it is not lasting me long! Love the way it moisturises and I would give this another go. Wish there was a face wash in this range also.

I love the fragrance of this day cream, although it made me a little nervous about trying it as I have very sensitive skin and fragrance is normally a bad sign. I had nothing to worry about though. The cream absorbed fast and felt non greasy, I normally like a cream that feels slightly greasy since my skin is so dry, but my skin still felt nice and soft and not tight.

This cream worked well on my combination skin and felt soothing and hydrating. I like that the packaging is recyclable and the ingredients are mostly of natural origin. It does have a strong Lavandin fragrance, but it is not bothersome after application and I like the regenerating properties of Lavandin and the nourishment of argan and jojoba oil. It absorbed well into my skin and worked under my makeup without feeling greasy, but my husband used it one morning and felt that it was too rich on his oily skin, so not sure if it would be suitable for oilier skin types. Overall I enjoyed using this product and the fact that Garnier doesn't test on animals. I will repurchase this again and glad that it will be stocked at the supermarket.

Lovely light green box. Garnier branding on the front with a lavender floral image, product descriptor, clearly stating Vegan Formula, Lavandin grown in France, for All Skin Types Even Sensitive. One side of box has organic, vegan, ethical and recycling commitments, other side has list of ingredients with source, stating 25% organic and 98% natural origin. Back of box has info on Lavandin, results and use. Bottom of box shows product is good for 12 months after opening. Glass Jar with a white lid with branding and use directions. Upon opening, you get a lovely gentle lavender fragrance instead of a hard strong scent. Cream feels lightweight but oil-rich, silky smooth. A little goes a long way, yet it absorbs quickly and easily, with no oily finish. Skin immediately felt nourished, cooled and hydrated. In addition to using on my face every morning, I tried this on the back of one of my hands. After 5 days, I'm unsure of the anti-aging aspect, skin didnt' feel firmer, but it did feel softer, smoother in texture, and more nourished. I also used in conjunction with the facial oil at night, for a richer night nourishment.

I received this as part of the set and was excited to try it out. The cream is so incredibly silky and has such a lovely scent of lavender. Not the over powerful old fashioned lavender but a nice appealing subtle lavender. This cream is great used on it's own but even better mixed with a drop of the oil and applied after the eye cream. It's very easy to apply, does not leave a greasy feel and doesn't leave your face feeling clogged up. The only thing that would make it even better would be if it contained a sunscreen. I will definitely continue to use this one. On the box it claims smoother, firmer skin in two weeks - it's only been one week so far and while my face is much softer I'll give it a bit more time before deciding if this is true

I’m a bit of a sucker for moisturising cream in a glass jar, it makes me feel luxurious and this hit that on the head.

This cream is lovely and thick yet is absorbed nice and quickly. I really hate feeling greasy with a cream, and when I saw how thick this was I was expecting some greasy feels, however I was nicely surprised! It goes on feeling heavy enough to be super hydrating but after a few minutes I just felt nicely hydrated without feeling greasy.

One thing to note is that it is quite heavily scented with lavender, this was lovely to me, especially at night but if you don’t like heavy scents or lavender then this probably isn’t for you.

I really loved that it was suggested you could use alone or mix in the facial oil for a glow boost, I LOVED the combo! Still easily absorbed but left me with a nice dewy glow - I loved that!

Overall all a nice quality product at a great price.

Am loving the results of this product so far my skin looks much for fresher and smoother , it has been a perfect product for my sensitive skin with no reactions .also smells Devine , can’t wait to see what further use will do

This is a nice feeling cream and a little goes a long way. I have found the fragrance to be way too overpowering for my liking. It was ok the first couple of days, but after that, I almost cringed applying it as the smell was too much for me. I also didn't feel like my skin was hydrated like other day creams I have used...perhaps it was just the firming of my skin I was feeling. I haven't been using the product to be able to say honestly if it makes a difference to my skin I love that it is organic and they have put so much thought into the sustainability of producing it. I am not sure I would purchase this again just because I found the smell a little too much.

When I opened this parcel I was extremely impressed at the high quality, beautiful packaging! The box had clear instructions of how to use the product. As I opened the box, I was equally impressed with the quality and appearance of each product jar. It looks lovely on my bathroom shelf. My initial thought of the moisturising cream was the delightful fragrance! The moisturiser provides the perfect base to my foundation, it leaves my skin nice and hydrated and I can see a noticable improvement in the texture of my skin. It also smells divine! It absorbs quickly into the skin and does not leave an oily or sticky residue. This product is up there with fragrance, absorption and effects! Well done Garnier!!!!

This is one of the best face creams i have tried its lovely, thick and soaks into the skin so well. It doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy and the price is super reasonable for the great quality. It has a pleasant smell and the jar it comes in makes it easy to get the cream out.
