Garnier Organics Lavandin Anti-Age Eye Care Reviews

I had run out of eye cream and this was amazingly cheap at countdown so I grabbed some of this to try and also to hopefully tie me over until I could buy my usual.

It was an ok product to use in the meantime.. I wouldn’t say it is very effective as it isn’t. I usually find with products like this they are very gentle and mild, I have no allergic reactions but also that the effects aren’t long lived or noticeable.

It’s probably too mild for my skin type or I am in that next age group that just needs something a wee bit stronger. I think this would be perfect and very affordable for someone in their 20s. But for me I just need something that has a bit more smoothing and filling power.

If anything it was probably only good at moisturising briefly but I didn’t notice any smoothing or plumping sadly.

I wasn’t too keen on the scent either but given the price and ingredients if your looking for something to start your eye skin care routine, if you don’t have the deepest set wrinkles yet and you want something without harsh ingredients this is a good bet for you.

I received this eye cream in a Beauty Vault. I like the Garnier brand, so I was curious to try it.

The eye cream comes in a green cardboard box with green writing, and a picture of the lavandin plant on it. On the box it states that it is a vegan formula, that it contains vitamin E, and that the lavandin plant is grown in France. It also states that it is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin. It recommends applying it twice daily. Inside the box is a green tube with a white screw-on lid. The tube is 15mls. The tube has a long, narrow nozzle which allows a lot of control over the amount you squeeze out. You do not need to use much at all; around half a pea for each eye.

The cream itself is white, and it has a very mild scent. It goes onto the skin easily, and it absorbs well. I have dry, sensitive skin, and very sensitive eyes, so I have to be careful what I apply to them. I have been applying this eye cream twice a day for the past couple of months and it has not irritated my eyes at all. My eyes feel calm and moisturised after using this cream. It is hard to tell if the cream has had any effect on wrinkles around my eyes, as I have not noticed a huge difference, but I am enjoying using it.

Altogether this is a gentle, non-irritating and affordable eye cream. I will continue to use it and I may repurchase it once the tube has been used up.

I was sent the Garnier Organics Lavandin Anti-Age Eye Cream following a Beauty Vault Haul when I'd ordered the Garnier Organics Lavandin Anti-Age Day Cream but am guessing stock of that product had run out. I typically use more expensive eye creams and I didn't feel wowed or swayed to change that habit by this one. Yes it's moisturising and non-greasy, but whether it's adding brightness or bring any real anti-aging benefits to the table I'm unsure. But I definitely appreciate the fact it's vegan, at a fair price point and suitable for sensitive skin.

wow i have tried this product this morning and it feels totally amazing. nice and light on your skin, smells really good and feels nice a silky to apply.love that it is suitable for sensitive skin, no animal ingredients and organic. The commitments the have made are so fab for the enviroment. You can ee the full ingredent list. I feel like this a trusted product because of the efforts they have gone to. I absolutly love this and will be using it on a daily

I haven't seen any impact from using the cream so far, so difficult to recommend. However I have found the cream easy to apply due to the thin tip of the tube. Not much product required so I imagine it will last a while. I'm not usually a fan of lavender, but the smell is very subtle. I am looking forward to noticing some improvements in the skin around the eye as I continue using the eye cream

I was given this eye cream for mothers day but technically i bought it myself so..yknow.

Tube is an awesome size and shape and i like the little nozzle as it means i dont squeeze too much out.

Very drying on its own (is that how it tightens the face? Hahaahah) but with the rest of my routine its a really nice addition.

To be honest i didnt think there was much difference but rubbing my eyes now the skin underneath is definitely a lot softer and smoother.

Scent wise its definitely not overpowering, i barely smell anything! It also hasn't made me break out near my eyes so, stoked! I'll probably repurchase this!

The Garnier Organics Lavandin eye cream is a great and easy to use product to add to your skin care routine!

It retails for $20 which is a great price for organic skin care, but potentially a bit steep for a small eye cream from the supermarket.

The packaging is very good - the cardboard box contain lots of information about the product and the range; and I love that the tube and box are made from recycled products, and can in turn be recycled.

The cream is scented with lavandin (which smells like lavender) and as long as you don't abhor lavender scents, then I think you'll be fine using this. The fragrance isn't overdone - its very present, but it dissipates quickly after use and is really pleasant.

This is your typical eye cream - Ive never been really convinced they contain anything more than a day cream inside, but I've been using it religiously and my under eyes look less dark and the fine lines do actually look like they've plumped up a bit.

I'll keep using it and see if I miss it when its gone!

I was pleasantly surprised by this eye cream - I've never been really convinced I've needed one but this has me convinced!

The lavander scent is very light in this product so you don't need to worry about fragrance near the eye area.

I found this really easy to apply and it absorbs well. It's non-greasy and doesn't pill under concealer or foundation.

After 2 weeks of use I've noticed my eye area does look better than before - it feels brighter and firmer.

I'm really impressed and would recommend.

I would not shy from admitting that although I love my skin, I am not very good at using eye creams to be benefitted as much as I should. The Lavandin Anti Age eye cream is the second eye cream I have seriously used around my eye skin. The packaging is of the normal plastic eye cream tube and again this is a smooth textured product. Unlike the lavandin facial oil and anti-age day cream, I could hardly smell any fragrance. I guess that was because of small opening of eye cream tube.

I used it for 6 days till today, before I could review with all my honesty. I always read use instructions and as with my other eye cream before I apply them and apply like Basmati Rice grain size around both of my eyes with my eyes closed. I popped out exact rice grain sized drop out of the eye cream tube and applied in rolling upwards and downward directions around my eyes. I also messaged from inner to outward directions under my eyes like I have learnt in beauty hacks. The eye cream jade roller would have been perfect, but I prefer messaging all my creams on face using my fingertips and palms for soaking into product fully.

As a mum like many of you, I might not be getting enough sleep, and that is main reason for dark circles and sunken eyes, but I drink plenty of water and apply my facial creams also under eyes mornings and nights to take care of my facial skin. But as I said I am not an ardent fan of eye creams; I still would love to use them continuing with the Lavandin Anti- Age Eye Cream henceforth. Yes, I will recommend it to my near ones, as I felt fresh waking up to the moisture of this eye care around my eyes. I am sure if I had used it a bit longer before I reviewed, I could have noticed some more benefits like reduced dark circles, and fine line towards the inner and outer ends under my eyes. But I will leave a comment under my own review once I have finished this Garnier Organics Lavandin eye care to tell you more about my results.

I absolutely love this eye cream!!! It comes in a tube which makes squeezing out the required amount a breeze. It has a creamy consistency which is easy to apply with a lovely lavender fragrance. I found that it absorbed into the skin nice and quickly leaving my skin feeling silky and smooth around the eyes. I have only been using it for 2 weeks and already think the fine lines around my eyes are softer. I definitely recommend this eye cream!
