Garnier Pure Active 3 In 1 Cleansing Mask Review

this is not very strong and deep clean if you use it as a face wash , however its a good makeup remover to be used in shower for a few times a week , soothing and gentle on sensitive skin as well ,it helps reducing the spots very well when using as a mask .

On trying this product I was immediately bought back to my teenage years when I first started using Garnier. The product is thick and glossy, it’s feels luxurious on your hands and skin. It feels slightly menthol like on your skin but in the best way! You feel refreshed, smooth and polished after using. When using as a cleanser it is light and frothy on the face. It leaves you feeling clean, but not stripped of oils. As a scrub and mask it is much the same, but leaves you feeling smoothed, plump and refreshed. The smell is pleasant, although a little stronger than it maybe needs. It is a very generous product portion wise and will last a long time as a little goes a long way. The packaging is sleek and the cap seals firmly so there’s no chance of leakage or wasted product. The RRP and wide availability means that it is easily accessible to all walks of life and would be great for those just starting out on their skincare journey and who need an all round product.

I tried this product with all 3 methods, I prefer the wash as I find chemical exfoliants are less harsh on the skin but the mask was not bad and did very quickly so is good and gave a very soft and clean skin feel. Overall it is good value for money as you get a lot out of the one product.

Garnier pure active 3 in 1 mask is the first clay mask I've ever used and it was surprisingly easy to apply. The smell hit me straight away, the smell of jif. I noticed after applying, my face felt like I had rubbed something minty all over my face and then realised it has eucalyptus in it. Second night of washing my face with this it kind of burnt. It did leave my face feeling super smooth and clean so I will still use this product for that reason. If you have sensitive skin I probably would not recommend this product.

I really enjoyed this product, it delivered in the sense that my skin appeared healthier and had less blackheads. I was apprehensive about using a scrub and a product with salicylic acid daily, and did find that my skin was ‘squeaky clean’ post application. Some people may not like this ‘drying’ feeling. I liked the sent and I think it added to the overall feeling of freshness post use. So overall, I liked this product and would use it again, however personally I don’t think I would use it daily.

Love this product, especially the fact it’s cruelty free, affordable a multi use product and comes from a reputable brand like Garnier. I have had it in the shower and use it everyday. It has a fresh minty smell, not over powering. It doesn’t dry out my skin and has a nice gentle exfoliation which is great for every day use. The mask element is great and allows you to take some time out for yourself without having to spend crazy amounts of money on fancy face masks. Would definitely buy again!! Will add this to my staple list

I first tried it as a mask, a little product went far and was easy to apply. It smelt nice and fresh and did not sting at all. It dried really quick and was easy to remove. After removing skin had slight tightness and skin felt smooth. I next used it as a scrub and whilst being gentle compared to some harsh and abrasive scrubs it was still abrasive enough to actually remove old skin. I don't think I would use an exfoliator as an everyday wash. Overall great product that I would definitely use again.
