An awesome product that really left my skin feeling replenished, as well as having the oily Tzone feeling cleansed, fresh but not dry. The exfoliant was soft enough as to not damage the skin which was a huge plus, as well as the smell being very light and fresh. The clay mask was easy to remove and overall am super happy with the results of brighter skin, I could feel my acne being deeply cleansed which was awesome too. Would recommend to a friend with oily/combination skin over anyone with dry skin already

Tips: Focus on having lots of warm water if a cleanser is the effect you are intending rather than a clay mask as it does form and dry quickly
The product for me personally is to gritty as an exfoliant and irritates the skin. How ever as a mask in my congested areas kaolin being one of the main ingredients is great and it's a gentle way to help reduce excess oil production. The salysillic acid eucalyptus also help with this. As the salysillic will help to kill the P acne bacterial in the break outs. This would also be a great scrub for other areas of the body where the skin is thicker and won't be as irritates from the pumice.
Tips: Will be a great product to help reduce keratosis Polaris :)
I have super duper oily skin and this is perfect for people like me. Just be sure not to use it more than once a week or this will dry out your skin. I always have to deeply moisturise my skin after using this.
Pros: A good mask/ scrub that would remove all the dead skin.
Cons: Suitable for oily skin and has a tendency to dry out the skin and make it more oilier in the end
Tips: Use it in the shower. Apply it, leave it for 3-5 minutes and then wet it again and scrub lightly in a circular motion and wash it off.
•This is fantastic as a mask and face wash! Scrub?...probably not so much as it feels there are only a few exfoliating bits per one use. •It comes in a large squeeze bottle and has a tight snap clip lid. •I would say this item would fare well in the hands of an oily faced gal. It has ultimately left my face ‘ish’ dry throughout the day. Personally I like this because it appears to have held back the oil, making it easier to wear foundation and even concealer. • I don’t know if it’s just me, but I feel the redness in my cheeks has calmed down a tone (still there, but definitely down a tone). This may relate to the clay content / eucalyptus / salicylic acid. •On that note...this is best to use in the shower or when you have time to meticulously rinse off at a hand basin. It is very white, and drips everywhere when water hits it. •The Eucalyptus & salicylic acid ACTUALLY does it’s thing. It cools your face and you can ‘feel’ it working. You know what I mean. If you are someone who likes the feeling of a tingly face wash, you will find this one good! •Overall, this face wash is very wholesome, does what it says but is nothing fancy. May buy again, may not depending on ingredients list.
Tips: Check your hairline when your face is dry, I had some dry out and turn white that I thought I had washed away.
Consistency: Thick with small exfoliating beads. Good consistency for wash, scrub and mask. It dries well as a mask and feels like a regular clay mask (as opposed to a 3 in 1).
Application: Very easy to apply. It spreads well as a mask and can easily be applied using fingers. I noticed that you don't even have to look at a mirror and you can still get full coverage as it spreads well. After it dries you have to carefully wash it all off and it is easy to miss spots if you're not looking in a mirror. As a wash and scrub it is easy to apply all over your face and wash off.
Fragrance: Smells leafy, smell goes away after you wash it off. Makes my face feel minty and refreshed when applied.
Coverage: You don't need to use much if you use it as a wash. As a mask you need to use more - around the size of 2 peas for a thin layer.
Usage: I've been using for over a week with other members of the family using it also. The bottle still feels full. I think it will last a long time.
Price: The price is standard for this kind of wash. Not expensive, not cheap.
Packaging: Standard design, maybe a bit too similar to their other product offerings which makes it harder to find information about the particular product.
Results: Definitely helps to mattify my skin. I've also noticed that my skin doesn't get as oily after using this wash.
I don't think it has helped reduce the impurities on my skin (pimples), the appearance has stayed about the same. The mask however, I believe has made my underlying pimples come to the surface which will help them go away faster. It is okay at exfoliating and gets rid of blackheads. My skin feels soft after use (though it feels as if there is a waxy layer on my skin when I first wash it off; but it goes away quickly).
Recommend: I would recommend it for people with oily skin, but don't expect it to magically get rid of all the impurities on your face. Overall a good wash.
Tips: Put the mask on in the shower, it makes it easier to wash off.
This product comes in a generous size that will last quite a while. It looks fresh, has lots of information on it and lets you know the three different ways of using it on the back.
The consistency of this product is a thick white paste with obvious particles that serve as an exfoliant. The smell is fresh, with the eucalyptus reminding me of fresh lemongrass.
The three different uses differ in the way that you apply it. I found that the face wash and exfoliant were much in the same, so would classify this as having two uses rather than three. Even with a wet face, and wet fingertips to thin out the paste it was still exfoliating my face.
After using this product my face was smooth without being overly dry. I look forward to seeing the long term benefits of continued use.
Tips: No matter how much you thin out the product it will still exfoliate your skin. I would use this every couple of days alongside a more gentle face wash.
I have really enjoyed using this wee product, It has really helped improve my skin and my skintone. I love using it as a facial scrub it really exfoliates my skin and has helped with my pores, it has a nice slight scent, an isn't to thick, It is definitely now in my skin care routine and i have recommended to friends and family.
Tips: You dont need alot,
Background to my skin type - I am 26 years old with oily/combination/normal skin that is prone to the occasional breakout. I get blackheads in my chin sometimes, but not often.
The product is a white/grey colour with blue bits throughout. It has a thick consistency with little natural exfoliating particles in it. It has a manly/minty scent to it, but the smell goes away once you've washed it off. It contains eucalyptus extract, zinc, and salicylic acid which are all good for clearing up pimples.
I've now been using this product daily for around two weeks on my face, chest, and shoulders. Although I've only used this wash a short amount of time, I have noticed some improvements in my skin since using this product. I seem to have less breakouts recently and my face also seems to be a little less oily. However, my favourite part about this product is how fresh it smells. It's really nice to use on hot days, as it makes my face feel cooler and its great for a deep cleanse.
This is meant to be a 3 in 1 product, but I think that's a bit of a gimmick as there's really only two ways to use it. It's supposed to be used as a wash, scrub, and mask however the wash and scrub method are basically the same thing. There's no real way to only use this as a wash without it also being a scrub, since it's full of little exfoliants.
The mask aspect of this product was very effective and did properly dry down. This could be due to clay component of the mask. I would only use this as a mask once a week though, as I don't want to strip my skin of its natural oils and leave my skin too dry.
Overall I enjoyed this product. I didn't notice any improvements in blackheads, but I only get small amounts of them anyway. I'll definitely continue to use this until the tube is empty. I wouldn't recommend this if you have dry skin, but give it a go if you have combination/oily skin!
This is another 3 in 1 product from the Garnier skincare range and it was a pretty interesting product to try out. I have to say that it wasn't my favourite (the charcoal one is still the best), but it did a good job of cleaning and exfoliating my skin. I prefer to use these types of scrubbing cleansers a few times a week and always after wearing makeup. It's designed for oily to combination skin which helped to make my skin less oily but I didn't see much improvement in the areas of my face with blackheads such as my nose and chin.
Personally I found the clay to be quite thick which made washing the mask off more difficult so I would recommend using a washcloth/face halo or using the mask in the shower when I wash my hair. Overall this product worked great and I would highly recommend it for those with greasy skin and imperfections but I think the scrub might be too harsh for those with very sensitive skin.
Tips: Use a washcloth to wash the mask off or use the 3 in 1 product in the shower.
Skincare is something I've always found Garnier has done pretty well, for a brand you can pick up at the supermarket you get good quality products which work. This 3 in 1 Cleansing Mask is no exception.
The tube packaging is convenient and good for ease of use. First thing I noticed about the actual product was the scent, like most Garnier products it is very strong particularly being an acne fighter, if you don't like a heavy scent then this won't be for you. I think of this more as a 2 in 1 product than a 3 in 1. This is as a cleanser it is exfoliating, so having them listed separately seems like an extra claim. It does work hard as both. This is definately an active not a gentle product. As a cleanser the small exfolliating beads buff away and leave your skin feeling very clean and smooth, but I did find it left mine feeling quite tight so was too harsh for me to use daily. I also found it quite messy and so preferred to useit on yhe shower. I did try this as a mask and found this was very drying but I used to during a breakout and it helped to clear my skin up.
Overall I probably wouldn't use it again as I found it quite harsh on my combo skin but I would recommend it for those woth purely oily skin types, particularly younger acne prone skin. It would be a great entry product for those starting out in skincare too.
Tips: I foumd it quite messy so liked to use it in the shower.
