Garnier Skin Active Hyaluronic Aloe Jelly Night Moisturising Cream

I used the Garnier Skin Active Hyaluronic Aloe Night Jelly Moisturiser in combination with the Gel-Wash, replumping serum and Day Jelly Moisturiser.

I have noticed such a difference in the appearance and feel of my skin - I have been using all 4 products for approximately 1.5 weeks. In this time, I have not had any breakouts, any sign of dry skin or irritation. I have psoriasis so this is a massive win for me.

I used this product first thing in the evening after completing the gel wash and using serum.

This comes in a 50ml jar. It is clear, and has a thick jelly like consistency. It literally feels like aloe vera is being applied to my skin straight from the plant. Only difference is this jelly has a subtle but pleasant scent.

Im not sure why but I wasn't a fan of this. I think it is just the texture that puts me off. I wanted to like this as I really like what the combination of the 4 products are doing to my skin and the results I am seeing. I will continue using this however I am not sure that it will remain a staple in my routine like the wash gel and serum.

Love using the night jelly after washing my face with the gel wash. It’s so refreshing and definitely cooling. I haven’t done the night mask only because I feel like the small amount I use at night is plenty. I wake up and my skin still feels hydrated and not at all greasy or dry in some places like it usually would. This will definitely stay as my night time ritual. Also love the smell, the whole set has been very pleasant to use and can’t wait to keep using it.

With a fresh botanical scent and a gel texture that means a little goes a long way, you can’t go wrong with this night moisturiser. It takes a few minutes to absorb and leaves a barrier to the skin that feels a bit tight. But skin looks gorgeous and Dewey after the first use. I have been using for 4 weeks and have found the texture and plumpness has improved greatly with daily use. This is an excellent product to add to your nightly beauty routine. A pea size amount does face, neck and décolletage- so excellent value. And with summer comming up I imagine the cooling gel will feel amazing!

My skin is happy every night getting pampered with this thick, luxurious Jelly. Apply the serum first. Pleasant, non intrusive smell. Goes into the skin very easily.

I was very interested to see what the Garnier Skin Active Hyaluronic Aloe Jelly Night Moisturising Cream would be like. Normally I like a thick creamy moisturiser as a night cream, something that feels like it is going to do something! So I wasn't really sure if a lighter jelly moisturiser would work for me or not.

When I first saw the product I thought the packaging looked nice. I like aloe vera and the idea of having hydrated skin for up to 48 hours. The smell was pleasant and I was happy with the texture of the jelly moisturiser. I also like how Ganier likes to make some of their products 'double duty' so you can use it as a night cream or you can apply it thicker as a mask.

The moisturiser went on nicely and didn't take long to absorb. It had a very refreshing and hydrating feel. I only needed a small quantity to feel like I got good coverage.

I would recommend the Garnier Skin Active Hyaluronic Aloe Jelly Night Moisturising Cream to anyone who is looking for a hydrating night cream.

I absolutely loved this night moisturiser! It felt so nice when being applied on my skin, and I woke up with a glow and refreshed face. I loved the way it smelt also, as I am big on products smelling nice. I highly recommend this product.

I trialled the Garnier Skin Active Hyaluronic Aloe Jelly Night Moisturising Cream along side the gel wash, serum and day moisturiser for the past month.

Like the day moisturiser gel, when I first opened the product it wasn’t quite what I was expecting, it looks like a creamy gel and quite different to the thick night creams I’ve tried in the past. It also soaked into my skin quickly. I would apply this after washing my face with the gel wash and applying the serum. In 2 weeks I saw a really positive improvement to my skin texture and appearance. My fine lines plumped up, my skin felt less irritated after washing, and the dry skin around the nose was less flaky. I used to wake up in the morning with a layer of oil on my face, but now I wake up with smooth skin that feels hydrated rather than oily. I’ve found that make up applies better on my skin, but also due to the improvement in texture and appearance I feel more comfortable using less make up.

Like the rest of the range, it is cruelty free and has no animal derived products.

My only criticism is that this packaging looks very similar to the day moisturiser and it would be great if they could change the colour of the lid (both are white) or change the packaging in a way that it’s easier to tell them apart at a glance!

I felt an instant difference when I used this the first time and over the course of 4 weeks, I truly see a difference!

The consistency is great! It is like a gel so when applying you don't need too much as it very nicely glides across the skin and locks in the moisture. It absorbs slowly through the night and when you wake up, you can still feel it on the skin but it is not greasy at all.

The product last roughly between 4-5 weeks, depending on if you are using it as a little mask which I did every Sunday evening where I applied a little thicker to really lock in the moisture and let it do it's thing. I noticed that a lot of my finer lines and smile lines have become less deep and have softened up.

I really struggle over the colder months to find something that can help rehydrate my skin and leave me feeling like I haven't just stripped all the oils and water away from my face. This product has ticked many boxes for me. I found that it left me feeling very hydrated and my skin looks more softer and the pores look more even.

I think this helped the skin under my eyes look more plump. As with the day cream i find it hard to get the right amount and feel like it dries rather dry feeling. Personally i prefer a richer night cream but i still think this one is quite nice.

Packaging is easy to open, visually appealing and colour is slightly different from the day cream so you don't mix them up.

Product is nice, smells good and the gel like texture feels nice and refreshing to apply. In terms of performance I wasn't a fan of this, I did not feel like it did much in terms of hydration- after 20 minutes of this being on my skin I applied more but that didn't do the trick so ended up layering a thicker cream over the top.

I have oily, sensitive skin and unfortunately this was not a win at all for me.
