Goodness Be Cool Mist Toner Review

One of the first things that attracted me to this product that it is a New Zealand brand that I have heard quite a bit about lately. It is also a brand that uses lots of great ingredients that are good for the skin and is vegan-friendly.

The packaging works well with the natural focus of the product. It is simple but stands out with the use of pale green with brown text. The product comes in a spray bottle which, for me, is a new way to apply a toner, which makes for a quick on the go application.

I simply sprayed the toner on after cleansing my face but before moisturizer. I also used it during the day as a refreshing wake up spray. The spray came out nicely and evenly and was great both before and after makeup. I didn't notice that my makeup lasting any longer than without the toner but it also didn't wear off faster which I thought may have been the case. I really enjoyed using this during the day when I was feeling tired or when I had a headache as it is very refreshing.

The smell of this toner is amazing! I would wear this smell as a fragrance I loved it that much. Because of the smell alone, I found myself spraying not only my face but also my chest and back.

The first time I used this toner I sprayed my whole face including my lips which left a funny taste so the following times I sucked in my lips to avoid this taste. This is the only thing I didn't like about this toner which really isn't much of an issue!

Overall this is a great toner. I loved how quick it was to apply and it was very refreshing. If I was to purchase it again it most likely would be over summer as a spray like this would be perfect on a hot day.

I received this for review, it came in the post, when I opened the post bag the bottle had leaked (even tho the lid seemed to be on fine) and there was at least 10mls inside the bag. So that was a disappointing start. The bottle didn't give much away on what to do with it, or when you should use it apart from whenever you want to. I have combination skin, the first time I used it my face was a little dry, I was expecting it to spray on my face like a fine mist, but it did not. My face got very wet with med-large size drops, I did have to rub it in a lot and if I wasn't fast enough it just ran off my face. Did my face feel better after.. Yes and the smell was pleasant to, but I didn't like the way it felt being sprayed on. I don't think I would use it again.

I was a little nervous to try this at first. I have very sensitive skin and break out easily. I was hoping that I wouldn't get a rash from using this! But I actually love this product.

My first impression of the packaging was that it is simple, cute and easy to read. There are no problems with the squirty bit and it sprays the Tiber evenly. The toner is vegan and made from natural products and it also smells great! Win win. It has a fresh, clean and energizing smell. I love using this first thing in the morning after a shower as it really wakes me up.

I have a very oily t zone and this toner actually helps regulate the oil production on my face. I've noticed my skin is a lot less oily during the day. It makes my skin feel fresh and clean and hydrated. I was worried it would make my skin feel dry and irritated but it doesn't at all!

I honestly love this. I've tried it on my dad, mum and partner and they all feel that it's refreshing, tightens their skin and smells really good

I've been using a few of the products from the Goodness range and I really like that they are vegan friendly and don't have as many ingredients as many other products. They always smell really great and do exactly as described. The Be Cool Mist Toner was a new product for me, I generally don't 'tone' so wasn't quite sure when to use it, other than the instructions on the bottle that pretty much said use whenever. I used it a few times after the gym, which was lovely and cooling and then on a 'no make up' Sunday. I was really surprised at how moisturising it was for a toner, I found I didn't need a day moisturiser afterwards, my skin felt great all day, I imagine it would be really lovely to use on a long haul flight. The smell is lovely and refreshing, I find this with all of the Goodness products that's I've used and it was really gentle on my freshly cleansed skin. It was definitely more of a spray than a mist, I found that my skin felt very wet after spraying so I would be nervous to use it as a make up setting spray, I've tended to just use it straight after cleansing. I'd actually be really keen to use this on accidental sun burn! I think it would be so nourishing, hydrating, cooling and light...I think I might have to book a holiday :-)

Facial spritzers I think of as a luxury product as one can live without them but they're nice to have!

I've tried only a few refreshing facial sprays, and though this one is quite nice, it's been my least favourite out of the three that i've ever tried.

My bottle suffered a little bit of a beating in the post, the top came off and a small amount of the liquid leaked through the package, and I wonder if this has anything to do with the way that the product disperses..

I was able to pop the spray nozzle back on the bottle, to troubles. The way that the mist is dispersed though is a little thick and heavy I feel, I would prefer it to be lighter, more fine. The scent is super refreshing, mosty it smells of cucumber, and it gives my skin a nice little hydration hit. It is just ever so slightly sticky on my face however.

What I love about this procduct is that cucumber fragrance, excellent choice for a refreshing facial spray.

Other than that, i've enjoyed the other 2 refreshing facial sprays that i've tried more than I enjoy this one..

It's an okay product for it's purpose, it doesn't excite me though and I probably wouldn't purchase, but I have enjoyed using it!

I have super sensitive acne prone dry skin with an oily t-zone so I was interested to see if this would negatively affect my skin, I was quite surprised to find my skin didn't have a reaction. I used after cleansing and it actually did help my skin feel smoother for longer than I expected. I also tried it over makeup, it did work as a setting spray but not quite as good products aimed solely as a setting spray, it did help settle my powders down but I noticed that I started to look cakey after a few hours, I tried spraying some more product but it didn't seem to help on the nose area or between my eyebrows. This product definitely has a cooling effect as soon as it hits the skin, the mist is not fine rather medium sized droplets. The scent was not what I expected either which is more plant vibes, I do wish that it had more of a coconut smell. The packaging is simple and I like that it is vegan-friendly. The word toner used in the products name did confuse me a bit, I think it would be more suited as a be cool mist multi-tasker. The price of this product is really good, especially for the size, uses for the product and being vegan-friendly, I most likely will repurchase more so as an after cleanser product and for in the summer time.

A fresh burst of Aloe, Coconut Water, Cucumber & numerous other natural goodness An easy to use bottle with a generous spray that delivers a wonderfully refreshing and hydrating delicate mist. I used this as an anytime spray & love it. . Also works well as a makeup setting spray. Great size no frills packaging Easy to use NZ made Quite a strong scent but non irritating to my mature dry skin. Non greasy natural oils & extracts an over all indulgent skin treat. I would probably purchase again A small negative I noticed was that the over spray that inadvertently gets onto my lips tastes terrible.

Thanks BR i really like this product, its a cool brand, cool bottle and such a refreshing scent. I can't wait to use it in the summer months! Ive tried it on busy days at work when i can just feel my makeup going arghh and it instantly relaxed me and my cheeks. Ive tried it in the mornings to wake me up - instant! I tried it after a gym workout and while it stung a little (maybe a reaction with my sweat) it was still great. I used it to set my makeup and a few times through the day I'm not convinced it does set your makeup but it does definitely refresh you. The cool cucumber scent is very relaxing and fresh. I tried it on my husband and son and they said they'd be tempted to sneak a few sprays on a warm day or when they were feeling sleepy!!! Maybe i shouldn't have tried it on them lol.

I use it as an everyday toner and it makes my skin feel great!!! I also use it just to sprits on my face when I'm hot or my face is burning up

I found it very refreshing on my face, and smelt nice and refreshing. I didn't use it as a toner as such, I would spray my face in the morning to feel refreshed, or even throughout the day if I was feeling a bit hot. Smells refreshing and cooling! And can be used for many purposes, as a toner, as a simple refresher, a setting spray for makeup. Love how its natural and no baddies. The design is simple and cute
