What I love about this product is the simplicity of it. From the packaging through to how it feels on your face - its simple, subtle, understated but feels great. It's not oily or greasy; it is absorbed by the skin quickly and you don't have to spare the amount you put on, nor do you have to slather it on to feel the effect. It makes the skin feel alive, and adds a tightness that is a welcome barrier before putting make up on. Highly recommended for this product to become part of your daily routine.

Reviews
I have been using L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Collagen Expert Retightening Care Day Cream for 7 days now.
I was most surprised to see there was no SPF protection....which amazed me! While Expert Retightening Care combines a daily collagen boost with a Melanin Block complex to tackle pigmentation and fade age spots, it seemed silly to be that it was doing nothing to prevent similar sun damage.
The day cream is thick and luxurious to the touch with a pleasant fragrance. There is a surprising amount in the 50 ml pot. I have found that is absorbs quickly and makes a nice base to a foundation.
It is difficult to see if my wrinkles/laugh lines have really reduced but overall my skin is more hydrated and plumper with a better look to my face all day.
Tips: Use sunscreen in your foundation over the day cream.
I did like this day cream, It comes in a nice white square container and has no smell. Cream is easy to apply and my skin does feel silky and smooth. I can't really say my skin feels plumper, maybe I haven't been using it long enough. I have an age spot on my cheek and it hasn't become any less noticeable while using this cream. I will continue to use this until I have finished the product and see if I notice any difference.
Tips: You don't need to apply too much, a little does cover a lot of skin
Packagjng was attractive to the eye but the pot itself wasxwhite with gold banding around the lid which looks very boring and plain so didn't like this. The pinkisk coloured cream smells good but was way too greasy when applied to my skin it did cause me to break out initially. I did not notice any change to my skin but thats probably that the trial period wasnt that long. I really did not like this cream and would not recommended or buy again
Tips: For people with dry skin
Love love this cream. The consistency is firm in the pot but smooth to apply, finger tips are all you need to apply this cream. Some creams in the past I have found the need for a stick or applicator. It has a light fragrance similar the the night cream. Like a light perfume of flowers but nothing floral. I have used more of this cream than the night so will not last as long, but it’s price point of around $25.00 means it is cost effective when purchasing it every 6 weeks. I found it covered well and felt great going on, it was light on the face, not leaving a greasy residue. It seemed to last all day, even with walking most lockdown days in windy weather. I like the light refreshing packaging, easy to recognise on a shop shelf with little waste of trees to produce the packaging. I think it is working and some fine lines have lessened. Overall I fully recommend this day cream.
Tips: Use sparingly on a freshly washed skin. It works well after a warm shower, the cream is soaked up by my skin in a short time, making it feel amazing. Easy then to apply foundation, a smooth base to adhere to.
I am in love with this beautiful day cream, it compliments the night cream with the same benefits. Perfect for my ageing skin, I have noticed improvements in the texture of my skin - absolutely amazing. I have sensitive skin and have found my skin is totally ok with this day cream - and the hydration is wonderful on my winter skin. And it does what it says it will do on the box - reduce age spots I had a big one on my cheek and isn’t as noticeable. A beautiful moisturiser for under make-up, except since lockdown make-up has gone out the window but not using this cream, I just love the way it makes my skin feel so are happy to go around the house without any makeup. I do recommend this day cream, I think even if I was younger I’d give it a try, my sister has done out and brought this cream as she’s heard me rave on about it and seen the results from my skin. Definitely will be continuing with this collagen boasting cream. Thanks L’Oréal for helping me fight the signs of ageing.
Tips: I studied my skin thoroughly before trying this cream and saw the improvement within a couple of weeks!
Loved the way the new Loreal Age Perfect, Collagen Tightening, worked with the other Loreal products l am using in their range It feels very creamy when applying and covets skin very well , l found it non greasy and the day cream allowed me to apply makeup with virtually no wait time for it to be absorbed. Has a nice gentle fragrance, and the classic Loreal jar shape is great for l have a lack of space and l can stack the jars easily. My skin did feel and look more hydrated and refreshed, which makes my fine lines less visible.
Tips: Used Slugging to get maximum benefits from the entire range at night .
Thanks to the team for providing the opportunity to trial the L’Oreal Age Perfect Day Cream. I’m pretty happy with this product it comes in attractive packaging which looks nice when left out. The product has a nice fragrance and is soft and creamy. It’s easily applied leaving skin feeling soft and nourished without the greasy feeling. A little goes along way so will last awhile. In regards to Anti-Sagging & Anti-Age Spots I didn’t notice a lot of different but regardless it definitely has my skin feeling nourished and it’s cost effective so would definitely recommend giving it ago.
Tips: Little goes along way
I love this kind of packaging where the cream is in a jar so you can use up every last little bit of the cream. A lot of products now come in pump bottles, but you end up not being able to get to the last of the cream, so I feel that’s a waste. I use a tiny plastic spatula to get the cream out of the jar. The cream goes on smoothly and really made my skin feel hydrated. I felt it had a nice, dewy look even four hours after applying it. It has a light, pleasant fragrance as well. It made my skin look dewy, so I wore nothing but sunblock and a small amount of liquid blush on my cheeks. I tend to have dry skin and this has helped my skin look less dry. The package says this product is “Collagen Tightening Cream” and claims to be anti-sagging and anti age spots. As the review is due after only being able to trial the product for 14 days, I can’t honestly say I’ve seen much of a difference in terms of sagging, but most products take much longer to see results than just 14 days. I will carry on using this product in the hope that it delivers on the promise of anti-sagging. I would definitely buy this day cream in future and I’d recommend it to others as well. Make sure you remember to use a sunblock 365 days of the year.
Tips: This day cream doesn’t have a sunscreen in it, so be sure to add your sunblock a few minutes after applying your day cream. Let your day cream sink in first before applying sunblock.
This day moisturiser comes in a heavy white pottle and gold lid which is a little old fashioned to my mind and you have to scoop the cream out so would suggest perhaps get a small spatula for hygene purposes. The cream is a peachy colour with a very light scent. It feels quite thick and creamy but does absorb very quickly. It has not got SPF in which is a little disappointing as I feel with any skin care these days it is becoming usual to have some sun protecting in day creams. Overall my skin liked this cream and absorbed quickly and my skin felt very solt and hydrated but I didn't notice any other benefits overall however still a nice basic moisturiser. The cost at just under $40 is realistic and the cream is pleasant so a good standby.
Tips: Use a small spatula to disperse product.
